Operator Talent Operations Manager at Re:Build Manufacturing

Builds and manages AI-enabled recruiting workflows, hiring agents, ATS integrations, analytics, and responsible AI deployment.

Senior Posted about 8 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Re:Build

At Re:Build, our mission is to ensure the next generation of important products are made, at scale, in America. We are laying the foundation for a better future for our customers, employees, and communities by revitalizing America’s manufacturing base and creating meaningful jobs across the country, including in historically deindustrialized regions.

We operate an advanced, end-to-end manufacturing platform that partners with industrial companies and innovators to take products from first concept to full-scale production in critical verticals including aerospace and defense, electrification, medical, energy and environment, and robotics and automation.

The way we operate is as important as the work we do. It’s guided by The Re:Build Way, 16 principles that shape how we collaborate with each other, partner with our customers and vendors, and contribute to the communities where we operate. (link to The Re:Build Way principles )

Who we are looking for

Re:Build seeks a hands-on Recruiting Operations Manager to architect and build our AI-enabled talent acquisition function. Your most important qualification is expert-level experience deploying reliable AI workflows that deliver measurable results, not just using AI tools or creating demonstrations.

We have budget, internal resources, and support from our Digital Innovation Group. Our technology environment includes but does not have to be limited to Greenhouse ATS, Clay, LinkedIn Recruiter, Textio, and Criteria.

What you get to do

  • AI architecture and delivery: Own the roadmap from workflow design and prototyping through deployment, adoption, and improvement. Determine when to configure, integrate, buy, or build.
  • Conversational AI: Deploy hiring-team and candidate-facing agents for requisition intake, process guidance, scheduling, and updates, with authorized system actions and human handoffs.
  • Recruiting infrastructure: Own system configuration, integrations, data quality, documentation, and vendor performance; reduce administrative work and unnecessary tools.
  • Analytics and planning: Partner with Finance on workforce planning. Track on-time hiring against fill dates set at requisition opening, recruiter capacity, user experience, costs, and AI impact.
  • Team enablement: Partner with recruiters, hiring leaders, Digital Innovation, and IT to build practical AI capabilities and turn prototypes into adopted, supported workflows.
  • Responsible deployment: Establish testing, monitoring, access controls, data protection, accessibility, and fairness safeguards, preserving human accountability for hiring decisions.

What you bring to the Team

  • Personally delivered multiple AI-enabled workflows into sustained use, including recruiting applications, with measurable results.
  • Production experience with conversational agents, trusted knowledge sources, connected systems, multi-step tasks, and human escalation.
  • Hands-on fluency with APIs, webhooks, structured data, automation platforms, and AI-assisted development; able to build independently and guide technical partners.
  • Strong recruiting operations, analytics, and change-management expertise, with the judgment to distinguish technology needs from process or capacity issues.

Experience that would be especially valuable

Experience with our tools, manufacturing, engineering, skilled-trades, or multi-business recruiting is valuable. Exact-tool experience does not replace demonstrated AI implementation expertise.

What success looks like

Less administrative work, better hiring-team and candidate experiences, stronger workforce visibility, and measurable gains in speed, quality, service, and cost, with reliable solutions people use.

How we will assess your experience

Be prepared to discuss two production deployments: what you personally built, reliability and adoption, measurable impact, and lessons learned. Demonstrated delivery matters more than years using a particular AI product.

The base salary range for this position is $160k - $190k per year. This range represents the Company’s good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting.  Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans. The Company offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.

The BIG payoff

We are a company who is going to make a difference in the industries and the communities in which we choose to operate.  Every employee of Re:Build will share ownership in the company and will share in the financial rewards of the success we achieve together, at all levels of the company!

We want to work with people that reflect the communities in which we operate

Operator Director, AI and ServiceNow Business Process Architecture at NewRocket

Leads client process redesign using ServiceNow and AI agents, while managing architects, supporting sales, and building an AI-enabled business process practice.

Exec Remote Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Director, ServiceNow Business Process Architecture

Remote – Western US (Pacific or Mountain time zone preferred)

Why Us

NewRocket is a ServiceNow Elite Partner and a Claude Select partner, helping enterprises reimagine how work gets done with ServiceNow and AI. We work with public and private sector organizations, including some of the world’s biggest brands, to simplify processes, remove complexity, and turn the promise of AI into measurable business outcomes. We are “Raising the Bar” in delivering technology’s promise to create new kinds of experiences for our customers.

Our Core Values: Excellence, Creativity, Integrity, Teamwork and Empathy #ExCITE. At NewRocket, these values guide everything we do: they are the foundation of our culture and define how we Go Beyond for our clients.

The Role

We are hiring a Director, Business Process Architecture within our Service Delivery organization, reporting to the Area Vice President, US West Delivery. This is a player-coach role: you will deliver directly with clients, leading process discovery and redesign on strategic ServiceNow and Claude engagements, while also leading and growing a team of Business Process Architects, supporting pre-sales, and building our AI-enabled business process practice.

As organizations move from digitizing workflows to redesigning them around AI agents, the way processes are designed has to change. You will help our clients, and our own team, make that shift by combining deep ServiceNow platform experience with hands-on knowledge of Now Assist, AI agents, and large language models such as Claude.

This role is a great fit for an experienced ServiceNow professional with a track record of leading engagements, customers, and project teams, including those ready to step into a more formal people-management role.

We are #GoingBeyond! Come join our crew!

What You Will Be Doing

Client Delivery

  • Lead executive and stakeholder workshops to capture current-state processes, desired outcomes, and success measures across ServiceNow workflows and AI solutions such as Claude
  • Redesign processes for an AI-first world: identify where Now Assist, AI agents, and LLMs such as Claude can automate, augment, or remove work, and where human judgment must stay in the loop
  • Define future-state process architecture, requirements, and roadmaps, and make recommendations that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and experience
  • Partner with Solution and Technical Architects to translate process designs into implementation plans
  • Use AI tools such as Claude in your own delivery work to speed up discovery, process mapping, documentation, and analysis
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client leaders; identify and mitigate risk and escalate appropriately

Team Leadership

  • Hire, coach, and develop a growing team of Business Process Architects, including career progression, performance reviews, and mentoring
  • Upskill the team on Now Assist, AI agents, and Claude so every Business Process Architect can confidently lead AI-driven process conversations
  • Conduct peer reviews to ensure quality and consistent use of leading practices
  • Manage team financials, including utilization, revenue, and margin targets

Pre-Sales and Practice Building

  • Support sales with scoping, estimates, SOW development, and client presentations for process and AI-led engagements
  • Build packaged offerings for AI process redesign and agentic readiness, such as AI opportunity assessments and process redesign accelerators
  • Develop reusable methods, templates, and AI-enabled tools that make our delivery faster and more consistent
  • Provide input to Delivery leadership on strategy, hiring, and process improvements, and collaborate across NewRocket on special initiatives

What You Bring Along

  • 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, with broad platform knowledge across multiple workflows (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SPM) rather than a single module
  • Hands-on experience applying AI to business processes, including ServiceNow Now Assist and AI Agents, and LLMs such as Claude
  • Ability to rethink processes around AI and agentic automation, not just digitize the current state
  • Proven experience leading engagements, programs, or customer relationships end to end
  • Demonstrated leadership, formal or informal (e.g., engagement lead, workstream lead, or acting manager); prior people management is a plus but not required
  • Experience supporting pre-sales, including scoping, estimating, and presenting to prospective clients
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the presence to lead executive-level workshops
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with all levels of an organization, including executives
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex situations
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, change, and working in a matrixed consulting environment

Certifications & Knowledge

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
  • One or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred
  • ServiceNow AI certifications (e.g., Now Assist micro-certifications) preferred
  • Claude certifications (such as the CCAR-F or CCDV-F) preferred; if you don’t hold them yet, you must be willing to earn them within your first 90 days

We Take Care of Our People

Operator Sr. AI Governance Architect at Cyclotron, Inc.

Designs and implements enterprise AI, agent, data, and platform governance frameworks, controls, operating models, and Centers of Excellence.

Senior Remote Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Job Type: FTE

Level: Senior

Department: AI Transformation Group

Location:  Remote (US or Canada)

Rate: $160,000 to $180,000 USD (rates vary in Canada)

Position Overview

Cyclotron’s AI Transformation Group is hiring a Sr. AI Governance Consultant to drive how our enterprise clients govern AI and agents across the entire Microsoft estate. This is a senior, client-facing role that is both broad and deep. You will own AI and agent governance and data governance as your primary disciplines: Copilot Studio and Agent Builder lifecycle, Agent 365, Microsoft Purview, data readiness for AI, and responsible AI controls. You will also be expected to carry real depth in Power Platform governance and in platform and workload governance across Microsoft 365 and Azure. The right person has designed a governance operating model, sold it to an AI Council or Architecture Review Board, and then configured it in the tenant. They stood in front of an estate of agents and environments and knew where to start. You will lead engagements, shape scope with our sellers, and raise the bar for the consultants around you. We treat governance not as a brake but as the thing that lets AI scale safely.

Responsibilities

AI & Agent Governance

  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise AI and agent governance frameworks: target operating model, governance decisions, policies and standards, roles and responsibilities, and a prioritized, adoptable roadmap.
  • Govern the full agent lifecycle across Agent Builder, SharePoint agents, Copilot Studio, Frontier agents, and Copilot connectors: intake and registration, routing criteria (Agent Builder vs. Copilot Studio), maker access and publishing models, production promotion checkpoints, ownership change, monitoring, and retirement.
  • Design Agent 365 governance: agent identity boundaries, policy, monitoring, audit, and alignment with Microsoft Defender, Purview, and Entra ID.
  • Define Copilot Studio-specific security and DLP controls (event triggers, channels, knowledge sources, HTTP requests, Graph and federated connectors), along with credit consumption and capacity guardrails.
  • Stand up and formalize AI Centers of Excellence: agent lifecycle and connectors, monitoring and reporting, audit and compliance roles, review cadences (for example, Agent Insights and monthly usage reviews), and escalation into existing ARB and AI Council structures.
  • Map responsible AI and regulatory expectations (NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, EU AI Act, industry-specific requirements) into practical controls, evaluation gates, and audit evidence.

Data Governance

  • Lead data governance workstreams in Microsoft Purview and Fabric: catalog, lineage, classification, data quality, sensitivity labeling, and data product ownership.
  • Assess data readiness for AI: data estate assessments, oversharing risk in SharePoint and OneDrive, grounding and knowledge source governance for agents, and the data controls needed before Copilot and agents go broad.
  • Design Purview protections for AI (DSPM for AI, DLP, information protection, retention, audit) and coordinate them with Power Platform and Copilot Studio policy.
  • Govern Dataverse and Dataverse-to-Fabric patterns so agent and app data stays classified, owned, and auditable.

Power Platform Governance

  • Design environment strategy and landing zones: tiered and functional environments, environment groups, Development to Stage/UAT to Production models, naming, ownership, and provisioning standards.
  • Design classic and advanced DLP and connector classification, run impact analysis against existing resources, and remediate without breaking the business.
  • Own ALM and deployment governance: solution packaging, versioning, environment variables, Power Platform Pipelines and Azure DevOps approval gates, and rollback.
  • Deploy and operationalize the CoE Starter Kit and Copilot Studio Starter Kit, managed environments, and security group and role models in Entra ID.

Platform & Workload Governance

  • Shape Microsoft 365 collaboration governance: Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange policy, external sharing, information barriers, lifecycle, and retention.
  • Advise on Azure governance for AI workloads: landing zones, Azure Policy, RBAC, tagging, cost controls, and governance of Azure OpenAI and AI Foundry deployments.
  • Define application and SDLC governance for AI solutions: API Management, Logic Apps, secrets handling, code review and model release gates, prompt management, and evaluation gates in Azure DevOps and GitHub.

Client Leadership & Growth

  • Serve as the governance lead on multi-pillar engagements; direct mid-level consultants and engineers and own the quality of what ships.
  • Lead executive briefings, AI Opportunity Labs, environment strategy workshops, and security and DLP strategy workshops; run the room without dominating it.
  • Partner with sellers and solution engineering on discovery, estimates, WBS, and SOWs, making in-scope and out-of-scope governance offerings explicit.
  • Produce client deliverables that get used: governance frameworks, playbooks, runbooks, decision logs, intake forms, and policy templates.
  • Contribute to Cyclotron’s Governance Offering Suite: reusable IP, accelerators, and the quality bar that separates foundational from strategic work.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of enterprise technology experience, including 4+ years leading governance, security, or architecture work on Microsoft platforms in multi-business-unit, regulated, or high-scrutiny environments.
  • Proven depth in AI and agent governance: Copilot Studio, Agent Builder, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Agent 365, including publishing models, agent identity, security posture, and monitoring at enterprise scale.
  • Proven depth in data governance with Microsoft Purview (information protection, DLP, data map and catalog, DSPM for AI) and working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric.
  • Strong hands-on Power Platform governance: environment strategy, DLP design and enforcement, managed environments, CoE Starter Kit, and ALM with Pipelines or Azure DevOps. You can navigate PPAC quickly and know what each setting actually does.
  • Solid grounding in identity and security: Entra ID, least privilege, conditional access, RBAC, Defender, and auditability, and how they map onto AI, data, and Power Platform decisions.
  • Working knowledge of Azure governance (landing zones, Azure Policy, RBAC, cost controls) and Microsoft 365 collaboration governance.
  • A track record of both architecting and implementing: you designed the model, secured the decision, and configured it. Portfolio evidence expected.
  • Executive-grade communication and emotional intelligence: you can explain governance trade-offs and risk to a CIO, CISO, or AI Council, in writing and in the room.
  • Able to work remotely within the United States or Canada with reliable overlap for Eastern and Central business hours.

Governance-fluent bar: we are looking for someone visibly engaged with how Microsoft AI, data, and automation platforms actually get governed at enterprise scale. You don’t need to check every box below, but the majority should feel like a clear “yes,” and you should be ready to walk us through the relevant ones in a portfolio review:

  • You have governed an agent estate at scale, including inventory, risk triage, and bringing unmanaged agents and environments into a governed model.
  • You have designed Purview controls specifically to make Copilot and agents safe to scale, and can explain how you handled oversharing and knowledge source risk.
  • You have stood up an AI CoE or AI Council operating cadence at a real client and can describe the intake, escalation, and political work it took to stick.
  • You have informed opinions on Agent 365, Copilot Studio security, and where Microsoft’s native guardrails still fall short.
  • You have translated a responsible AI framework into concrete controls, evaluation gates, and audit evidence.
  • You stay current: you read the release plans, try features in preview, and have a view on where Copilot, agents, and Purview are heading next.

Additional Knowledge & Skills

  • Azure AI depth: Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, AI Search, content safety, and evaluation tooling, and how they integrate with Copilot Studio.
  • Pro-code extensions: Azure Functions, Logic Apps, custom connectors, API Management, and GitHub Advanced Security.
  • ServiceNow or other ITSM integration for agent intake and approvals.
  • Adoption and change management: AI Ambassador or champion programs, Viva Insights, and the Copilot Dashboard.
  • Certifications such as SC-100, SC-401, PL-600, AB-100, or AZ-305, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
  • Consulting or professional services experience, pre-sales exposure, and a track record of mentoring consultants or growing a practice.

Job Type: FTE

Level: Mid to Senior

Department: AI Transformation Group

Position Overview

Cyclotron’s AI Transformation Group is hiring an AI & Data Governance Consultant to help enterprise clients govern AI and agents across the Microsoft estate. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with a broad remit: your center of gravity is AI and agent governance and data governance, with solid working skills in Power Platform and platform and workload governance. You will configure Copilot Studio and agent guardrails, build Purview controls that make Copilot safe to scale, run intake and lifecycle processes, and produce the frameworks and playbooks our clients operate from. You will work alongside a Sr. AI Governance Consultant on larger programs and own workstreams end to end on smaller ones. The right person has implemented governance in real tenants, is starting to design it, and wants to grow into leading engagements.

Responsibilities

AI & Agent Governance

  • Implement agent lifecycle governance across Agent Builder, SharePoint agents, Copilot Studio, and Copilot connectors: intake forms and routing, maker access and publishing models, ownership change processes, monitoring, and retirement.
  • Configure Copilot Studio-specific DLP and connector policy (event triggers, channels, knowledge sources, HTTP requests, Graph and federated connectors) and credit consumption caps.
  • Support Agent 365 governance: agent inventory, identity, policy, and audit alongside Defender, Purview, and Entra ID.
  • Build AI CoE operating artifacts: roles and responsibilities, monitoring cadences, Agent Insights reporting, and review and escalation workflows.

Data Governance

  • Configure Microsoft Purview for AI readiness: sensitivity labels, DLP, information protection, retention, audit, and DSPM for AI.
  • Perform data estate and oversharing assessments across SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, and recommend remediation before Copilot and agents go broad.
  • Support catalog, classification, lineage, and data ownership work in Purview and Fabric, and govern Dataverse data used by apps and agents.

Power Platform & Platform Governance

  • Configure environments, environment groups, managed environments, and security group and role assignments; validate DLP impact on existing resources.

  • Apply Microsoft 365 and Azure governance fundamentals where they touch AI: external sharing, retention, Azure Policy, and RBAC.

Client Engagement & Communication

  • Act as a trusted advisor to client administrators, platform owners, and security teams; explain governance trade-offs clearly.
  • Co-lead governance workshops, discovery sessions, and knowledge transfer; deliver instructor-led training on Copilot Studio governance when needed.
  • Contribute to deliverables: governance frameworks, intake and lifecycle playbooks, runbooks, validation summaries, and decision logs.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of enterprise Microsoft platform experience, with 2+ years hands-on in Copilot, Copilot Studio, Purview, or Power Platform governance or administration.
  • Hands-on Copilot Studio experience, including agent publishing, security settings, knowledge sources, connectors, and how agents interact with Microsoft 365.
  • Hands-on Microsoft Purview experience: sensitivity labels, DLP, retention, and audit, ideally applied to Copilot or agent scenarios.
  • Working Power Platform governance experience: environment strategy, DLP, managed environments, and PPAC administration.
  • Solid understanding of Entra ID, least privilege, conditional access, and RBAC as they apply to AI and data controls.
  • Evidence of implementing governance in production tenants, with some exposure to designing or recommending the approach.
  • Clear, confident client communication and strong emotional intelligence; you can hold your own with technical leads and brief executives with support.
  • Able to work remotely within the United States or Canada with reliable overlap for Eastern and Central business hours.

Governance-fluent bar: we are looking for someone visibly engaged with how Microsoft AI, data, and automation platforms are governed at enterprise scale. • You have configured Copilot Studio or Agent Builder governance controls in a real tenant and can walk through the choices you made.
  • You have run an oversharing or data readiness assessment ahead of a Copilot or agent rollout.
  • You have supported an agent intake, approval, or CoE process that clients actually used.
  • You follow the release plans for Copilot Studio, Agent 365, and Purview and try features in preview.

Additional Knowledge & Skills

  • Microsoft Fabric and Dataverse-to-Fabric integration patterns.
  • Azure AI services: Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, AI Search, and content safety.
  • Familiarity with responsible AI frameworks such as NIST AI RMF or ISO/IEC 42001.
  • ServiceNow or ITSM-based intake and approval workflows.
  • Certifications such as SC-401, SC-900, PL-900, AB-100, or MS-102, or equivalent experience.

Govern AI agents and enterprise data by configuring Copilot, Purview, Power Platform controls, lifecycle processes, and governance frameworks for clients.

Senior Remote Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Job Type: FTE

Level: Mid to Senior

Department: AI Transformation Group

Location:  Remote (US or Canada)

Rate: $115,000 to $140,000 USD (rates vary in Canada)

  • Contribute to AI Opportunity Labs: AI solution and agent inventory, risk and security gap analysis, and governance maturity scoring.

  • Implement ALM processes with Power Platform Pipelines or Azure DevOps, including approval gates and end-to-end test deployments.
  • Deploy and report from the CoE Starter Kit and Copilot Studio Starter Kit.

You don’t need to check every box below, but the majority should feel like a clear “yes,” and you should be ready to walk us through the relevant ones in a portfolio review:

  • Consulting or professional services experience.

Operator Director, IT & Business Enablement at Censys

Leads IT systems, endpoint operations, internal tooling, and secure AI adoption to improve company workflows and employee productivity.

Lead Posted 4 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Company Background

Censys’ mission is to be the one place to understand everything on the internet. Frustrated by the lack of trustworthy Internet intelligence, we set out to create the industry’s most comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date map of the Internet. Today, Censys delivers real-time Internet intelligence and actionable threat insights to global governments, over 50% of the Fortune 500, and leading threat intelligence providers worldwide.

As Director of IT & Business Enablement, you’ll own the systems, tools, and technology experience that power every team at Censys. Your mandate: make our internal tools fast, reliable, and easy to use — and make sure we’re getting maximum leverage out of AI across everything we run. You understand that availability and usability are often in tension, and you know how to balance both without slowing the business down.

You’ll own the full lifecycle of our internal technology stack — from endpoint provisioning and SaaS tooling to the adoption, integration, and optimization of AI across our systems. You’re the person every employee turns to for equipment and tooling needs, and the person finance turns to for software utilization and budget decisions. You’re energized by automating the boring stuff and building systems that act as force multipliers for the company.

Responsibilities

  • Own, build, and scale the team and systems supporting Censys’s IT infrastructure
  • Own company technology needs end-to-end: new hire equipment, IT onboarding, and the tools that keep employees productive
  • Hire, mentor, and develop members of the IT team to support evolving needs of our global workforce
  • Own the complete endpoint lifecycle: provisioning, application deployment and endpoint patching, and asset retirement
  • Manage and administer identity systems that enable access to corporate systems and infrastructure
  • Enable secure AI adoption across the company: identify where AI can improve internal tools and workflows, lead integration of AI capabilities into our systems, and continuously optimize existing AI tooling for effectiveness and ROI
  • Evaluate, select, and manage the internal tooling and software stack, ensuring the right tools are in place and being used effectively
  • Own software and hardware budget planning and vendor management in partnership with finance
  • Build and maintain documentation for IT processes, systems, and support workflows
  • Develop and deliver internal training on tools and systems to drive adoption
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills/Experience you’ll have:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT management, systems administration, or technology operations, including 5+ years leading a team
  • Proven experience owning endpoint lifecycle management (provisioning, deployment, retirement) at scale, ideally for a fully or hybrid-remote workforce
  • Hands-on experience managing a modern SaaS tooling stack (identity/access management, MDM, collaboration tools, etc.) and making build-vs-buy / consolidate-vs-expand decisions
  • Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools into business workflows (not just using AI tools personally, but leading adoption across a team or company –e.g., rolling out AI-powered support tools, automating workflows with AI, evaluating AI vendor tooling)
  • Experience managing software/hardware budgets and vendor relationships, with the ability to translate technical decisions into cost and ROI terms for finance and leadership
  • Strong track record of building documentation, processes, and support systems from scratch
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills, and comfortable being the technical translator between engineering, finance, and non-technical employees

For high cost of living areas in the US (San Francisco / Seattle / NYC), the expected salary range for this position is $200,000 USD - $230,000 USD, plus bonus eligibility and equity.

For all other locations in the US, the expected salary range for this position is $180,000 USD - $220,000 USD, plus bonus eligibility and equity.

For candidates being considered outside of the US, location specific market data will be evaluated and discussed during the interview process.

Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 83% and 100% of range. Please discuss your specific work location with your recruiter for more information.

For US Employees: Censys offers a competitive benefits package to employees, including equity, health, dental & vision coverage, retirement with company contribution, parental leave, mental health & wellness benefits, flexible PTO, and a professional development stipend. Censys also offers sales incentive pay for most sales roles and an annual bonus plan for eligible non-sales roles. Please see our careers page for more details. For employees located outside of the US, location-specific benefits are available and the information pertaining to those will be provided to you during the interview process.

We will work to ensure individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to apply for a role, participate in the interview process, perform essential job functions, and receive other benefits and privileges of employment. If you require accommodation, please reach out to your recruiter. These modifications enable an individual with a disability to have an equal opportunity not only to get a job, but successfully perform their job tasks to the same extent as people without disabilities.

To ensure the integrity of our hiring process and in attempt to facilitate a more personal connection, we require all candidates to keep their cameras on during video interviews. You may also be required to meet a Censys employee at one point during your process. Additionally, if hired, you will be invited to visit Ann Arbor, Michigan for in-person onboarding.

By applying for this job, the candidate acknowledges and agrees that any personal data contained in their application or supporting materials will be processed in accordance with our Censys Privacy Policy.

We value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. Censys is an equal opportunity employer.

Note to external recruiters/agencies: We are not currently engaging with third-party agencies for this role and will not accept unsolicited outreach . We kindly ask that you do not submit resumes or candidate profiles to our team.

Identity Verification

As part of our hiring process, all candidates who receive an offer of employment will be asked to complete an identity verification through CLEAR.

  • Co-develop with clients their requirements and translate them into deployable solutions together with product and engineering teams.

  • Build and manage a global pipeline of strategic AI opportunities.

  • Monitor market, competitive, regulatory, and technological developments.

Team Leadership

  • Build and lead the AI Expansion team globally.

  • Recruit expansion managers, partnership leads, solution architects, and other key profiles.

  • Establish KPIs, execution playbooks, and commercial processes.

  • Work closely with Tether’s AI, engineering, product, and regional Expansion teams.

  • Strong relationships with senior decision-makers across enterprises, technology companies, and/or governments.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience building and managing high-performing teams.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate independently in fast-moving environments.

Operator AI Transformation Coordinator at E&C Consultants

Coordinates AI adoption by prioritizing use cases, measuring impact, supporting employees, delivering training, and guiding safe workflow automation.

What this role involves

Description

We are looking for and AI Transformation Coordinator - not a technical expert, but an effective communicator, automations enthusiast, who

ensures AI is adopted safely, practically and consistently across E&C, and turns business needs into useful AI solutions.

LOCATION: Remote work is possible, however the E&C’er needs to be located within European E&C entities: E&C Group Locations

Why E&C Consultants?

You can read more details here: Becoming an E&Cer, but in big lines:

  • We are a Great Place To Work®certified company - employee satisfaction stamped by our staff

  • We provide Growth Opportunities - as E&C continues to expand, you grow with us

  • We implemented a Flexible and Empowering Culture - we pioneer with our unique Teal management style, which includes Empowerment, Ownership, Self-Management, Integrity, Transparency and Trust

  • We offer 46 days off / year (yes, 46!) regardless of the country you live & work in

  • Remote work is possible but the E&C’er has to be located in the European E&C entity

Why did we decide to create such a role at E&C?

Most of the value in AI is not in the tools themselves. It is in the distance between having access to them and using them well, and that distance is currently being crossed unevenly and informally across the business. This role exists to close that gap deliberately: to make good practice visible and repeatable, to stop capable people from spending hours rediscovering what a colleague solved last month, and to make sure the initiatives we invest in are the ones that actually pay back. Equally, the role exists to apply judgement about where AI is not the answer — an honest recommendation to keep a process manual, or to solve it with a spreadsheet, a script or a conversation, is as valuable as an automation delivered.

What would you be trusted with if you join us?

  • Identify and prioritize AI use cases by working with teams to understand pain points, expected value, feasibility and data sensitivity

  • Measure and report business impact (usage, hours returned, cycle‑time improvements, automated workflows, cost vs benefit)

  • Be a point of contact for our E&Cers for AI questions & ideas

  • Design and deliver targeted training, policies & guidance ( with the help of our amazing HR and Admin teams ), workshops and knowledge sessions tailored to different audiences and technical confidence levels.

  • Shape a network of AI champions embedded across functions to sustain capability building

  • Partner with IT to ensure AI use aligns with information security, data governance and records requirements, help mitigate risks (client confidentiality, personal data, IP, output accuracy and appropriate human oversight)

It’s a very new role - so, fair question: what success looks like?

In 12 months we’d hope for:

  • Increased enthusiasm and awareness of sensible usage of AI solutions (yes, we know, that’s not something you can really control, but we are all here to support you in making it happen!)

  • A clear, documented pathway from idea to deployed AI solution, understood and used across the business

  • Measurable growth in active, competent use of approved AI tools: not licences issued, but work genuinely being done differently

  • A published set of AI guidelines that E&Cers can find, understand and follow, aligned with our security and data governance

  • A maintained inventory of AI tools and use cases, with costs and benefits overview

  • An active AI champions network reducing reliance on this role as the single point of support

  • Reduced duplication across AI initiatives - which investments are returning value and which should stop?

Requirements

What makes you the perfect match?

  • Not a surprising one - we count on deep, hands-on fluency with current generative AI tools, including assistants, agentic workflows and automation platforms, together with the habit of staying current as the field moves

  • We do not need AI implementation experience (we know, that’s new!), but ideally in change management; designing and delivering training or enablement that changed how people worked afterwards

  • Soft skills magic: the ability to sit with a team whose work you do not know, break a vague “could AI do this?” into discrete steps, and design a workflow that runs - without needing to be the expert in their domain

  • Even more on that: facilitation skills, and the credibility to earn the trust of sceptics and apply restraint to enthusiasts in equal measure

  • Writing skills (and, yes, you can use AI help for that :D) - the ability to write guidance people will actually read & understand: also the data safety part

  • Comfort with numbers: tracking usage and licence costs across a toolset, constructing a credible view of return, and making the case for change when the value is not there

  • We remain sensible though: the willingness to recommend against an AI solution when a simpler approach would serve the business better is also important

  • Resilience to a moving target - advice given in March for example may be superseded in June and will need to be revised without defensiveness

In essence:

This is not a research position, and it is not a role for someone principally interested in new tools for their own sake. It is a role for someone who holds genuine enthusiasm for what these tools make possible alongside a healthy scepticism of the surrounding hype, and who takes real satisfaction in watching a colleague reach the point where they understand how to do it themselves.

Nor is it a role that succeeds from a desk. The work happens alongside the teams whose processes are changing.

If you are still here and reading, you must be really interested. Great, as E&C is the best place to be! Last but not least then, a sneak peek into our application process:

  • First call with HR or COO - 45 min

  • Assessment: online ability tests + personality questionnaire - 45min

  • Final round interview: Business case (can be prepared in advance) & discussion on the online assessment + meeting the team - 90min

The process usually takes around 2-3 weeks. Time to click apply!

Through my application for a role with E&C I hereby authorize the Company to process my personal data for the purposes of the job recruitment. I declare that I am aware of the voluntary submission of data and I am informed about the right to access the data and the right to correct it.

Your personal data will be processed by E&C Group BV with its registered seat in Kortrijk, Belgium and its affiliates for the purposes of the recruitment process only. The list of all affiliates may be found at www.eecc.eu.
