Support Customer Solutions Engineer, EMEA at Abnormal AI

Provides customer-facing technical troubleshooting, platform optimization, configuration guidance, and documented handoffs for enterprise SaaS accounts.

Mid Posted about 8 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About the Role

Abnormal AI is looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer to join the Technical Account Management team. This role gives Abnormal a flexible, technical resource for situations that fall between standard support and a long-term, dedicated Technical Account Manager. Customer Solutions Engineers are floating technical specialists who partner with CSMs for the duration of a specific need, triggered by things like recurring support cases, asks beyond the typical support experience, or short-term project-based work. The ideal candidate combines deep technical fluency with strong triage judgment and is comfortable moving between engagements without an existing playbook.

What you will do

  • Serve as a flexible technical resource CSMs can bring into challenging or recurring account situations that a standard support case isn’t built to resolve.
  • Take on short-term, project-based technical engagements for customers without a dedicated TAM.
  • Partner with CSMs to assess customer technical needs, join investigative or best-practices calls, and determine the right next step.
  • Lead hands-on platform optimization: configuration reviews, best-practices setup, and proactive tuning that prevents issues from recurring.
  • Document session recaps and next steps in the CRM so recommendations are clear to the customer and visible to the broader team.
  • Advise customers on underused contracted features and flag upsell or professional services/deployment opportunities where relevant.
  • Recognize when a situation exceeds this role’s scope and hand it to the Critical Situation Manager or Technical Support with a clear, documented hand-off.
  • Surface patterns across engagements to Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive systemic improvement.

Support Customer Success Manager at InterPayments

Manages enterprise merchant relationships, leads business reviews and renewals, resolves account needs, and coordinates cross-functional efforts to drive customer outcomes.

Mid Posted about 8 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

InterPayments is a San Francisco, CA-based, FinTech SaaS company sitting at the exciting intersection of payments and data intelligence. Our Mission is to empower merchants and the software vendors they use to lower payment processing costs. We create innovative data services that Fortune 1000 companies rely upon to lower fees by putting payments in competition on every swipe.

We empower dedicated team-first individuals who are driven to solve problems to foster innovation, perform at their highest potential, and make a meaningful impact - while creating meaningful relationships along the way.

Role and Purpose

This is a high-impact, customer-facing role at the center of how InterPayments protects and grows its most important merchant relationships. You will own a defined portfolio of enterprise merchants post-go-live and become their primary point of contact for anything strategic: how their program is tracking against savings goals, questions about their contract, and what comes next for their account.

This role reports to the Senior Manager of Customer Success and works cross-functionally with Professional Services, Support, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Finance to ensure our merchants remain compliant, optimized on fee recovery, and confident that someone at InterPayments is accountable for their outcomes.

You value building trust and long-term relationships, enjoy consulting merchants through complex programs, and find satisfaction in turning uncertainty into relief. You are motivated by creating mutual success and comfortable owning a portfolio end to end: the strategic conversations, the day-to-day merchant requests, and the record-keeping that makes your work visible to the rest of the company.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Your time breaks down across three areas: proactive coverage of your portfolio, reactive merchant work, and the administrative discipline that keeps your book measurable.

Proactive Coverage

  • Program Performance Reviews: Own the full QBR cycle for your book: schedule and coordinate, research and build the report or deck, lead the conversation, and close out follow-ups. This is where merchants see the value InterPayments has delivered and where you shape what happens next.

  • Structured Check-ins: Run a lighter-cadence touch across your portfolio focused on account health and relationship strength, so issues surface before they become escalations.

  • Renewal Conversations: Lead renewal discussions that combine a program performance review with a clear terms conversation, backed by data on savings delivered and a plan for what comes next.

  • Retention Conversations: Identify at-risk accounts early, lead the conversation that addresses their concerns directly, and drive the resolution plan through to close.

Reactive Merchant Work

  • Daily Inbox, Triage and Follow-up: Own your queue: sort and prioritize incoming merchant requests, respond with clarity and urgency, and route anything that needs another team’s help.

  • Account Management: Program Questions and Support: Answer merchant questions about how their program works, run discovery when something needs investigation, and close the loop with a resolution.

  • Expansion Projects: Screen and scope new expansion opportunities with your merchants, partner with Solutions Architecture on feasibility, and hand off cleanly to Professional Services for implementation.

  • Merchant Projects: Lead non-expansion technical and program work on live accounts, from discovery through implementation handover.

Admin and Systems of Record

  • Post-Meeting Notes, Salesforce and Jira: Document every merchant meeting promptly and accurately, and keep the systems your teammates and leadership rely on for visibility up to date.

  • Record Hygiene and Reporting Upkeep: Maintain clean account records and contribute to the trackers and dashboards that give leadership a reliable view of your portfolio’s health.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing Customer Success, Account Management, or Relationship Management role, including at least 1 year owning mid-market to enterprise accounts with exposure to commercial (contract) discussions, renewals, and retention. Ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments, or a strong willingness to learn.

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools; comfortable building workflows, managing agents, and leveraging AI to optimize daily routines and tasks.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; you can lead a room of business and technical stakeholders and explain something complex without making it feel complicated.

  • A self-starter mindset: you prioritize your own book, balance proactive and reactive demands, and don’t wait to be told what needs attention.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM and customer success tooling (Salesforce or similar); comfort keeping your own records clean without being asked.

  • Based in or near the New York City area. We’re a fully remote company, but our 2027 goals are ambitious and we’re still building our CS function, so the ability to work in person with CS Leadership periodically, for planning sessions, working through open process questions, and key strategic moments, matters.

Nice to Have (but Not Required)

  • Experience in payments, merchant services, or a similarly regulated, complex product environment.
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, or technical integrations at a conceptual level.
  • Experience at an early-stage startup building process alongside a growing team.

Who You Are

  • You see joining a growing fintech company as a chance to build something real, not just execute against someone else’s playbook.
  • Customer-first: You genuinely care about the merchant on the other end of the conversation and put yourself in their shoes before you respond.
  • Structured and accountable: You keep a portfolio organized, follow through on what you commit to, and don’t let things fall through the cracks.
  • Calm under pressure: When a renewal gets tense or an account is at risk, you’re the person people want leading the conversation.
  • Curious: You ask why things work the way they do, because understanding the program is how you help a merchant get more value from it.
  • Builder-minded: You’re energized by creating process where none exists yet, whether that’s a QBR template, a health-scoring rubric, or a check-in cadence.

InterPayments’ Values

  • Customers and mission first: We align our goals with customer outcomes and keep their perspective central in every decision.
  • Always build trust: We focus on the long-term, assume good intent, act ethically, and are responsive and reliable in every interaction.
  • Do the hard(er) thing: We reject complacency, seek honest feedback, stay relentlessly curious, simplify complexity, and make data-driven decisions, even when it takes more work.

Remote pay range

$100,000—$125,000 USD

InterPayments’ core values are the building blocks of how we achieve our mission: Obsess about our Customers’ and Partners’ Needs; Be Relentless, Resilient, and Responsive; Collaborate with Teammates, Customers, and Partners; Act with Integrity and Empathy; Outperform your Potential; and Communicate Honestly and Respectfully.

Remote Work Eligibility:

This position is open to candidates who are located in the United States. All remote roles are limited to U.S.- based residents, and the company does not sponsor visas or employ individuals who require work authorization outside of the United States. Only applicants who are legally authorized to work in the U.S. will be considered.

InterPayments is an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status, and encourage all qualified applicants to apply.

Support Customer Solutions Engineer, EMEA at Abnormal AI

Provides hands-on technical guidance, troubleshooting, platform optimization, and customer engagement support for enterprise SaaS accounts.

Must Haves

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role (email infrastructure, IT security/administration, engineering, or technical support) in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity
  • Solid grounding in Abnormal’s platform and configuration best practices, sufficient to work independently with customers without a senior technical resource in the room
  • Strong triage judgment; able to recognize quickly whether a situation calls for hands-on technical guidance or a more senior technical resource
  • Comfortable stepping into a customer relationship for a defined engagement and stepping back out; this is not a standing account-ownership role
  • Able to manage multiple concurrent, time-bound engagements across a broad book of business rather than a fixed set of named accounts
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and business stakeholders, including comfort presenting to senior customer stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with email authentication/delivery protocols and cloud email platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
  • Prior experience in a floating/pooled technical resource model (e.g., professional services, deployment, or solutions engineering)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience

Support Customer Success Manager at BlueCat

Manages shared customer portfolios, guides product adoption, resolves inbound needs, and supports onboarding and renewals.

Mid Posted about 8 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

We’re BlueCat—a Great Place to Work for good reason. Our team solves critical network challenges for some of the world’s largest organizations. In simple terms, we manage the systems that keep networks running smoothly, securely, and reliably—the backbone infrastructure that powers digital transformation for enterprises globally. Our Intelligent Network Operations platform delivers and enables AI-driven agentic ops at scale, automating and simplifying how companies manage, secure, and optimize their networks.

But what makes us different is how we work: we believe great work happens in an environment where you’re trusted, heard, and supported. With teams globally, we’re building a workplace culture that values collaboration and integrity as much as innovation. If you’re looking to advance your career with a company that invests in its people, this is it.

As a Pooled Customer Success Manager, you serve a shared portfolio of customers alongside your teammates rather than owning a named list of your own. Any customer in the pool may be yours on any given day, and your job is to make that experience feel seamless to them.

This is a different craft from named account management. You work from a prioritized queue driven by health signals, product usage, support activity, and renewal proximity. You load context quickly, diagnose accurately, deliver value in a compressed number of touchpoints, and leave the account better documented than you found it so the next teammate can pick up exactly where you left off.

You are equally comfortable walking a network operations lead through a product capability and explaining business impact to a director. You thrive on variety and volume, and you take pride in doing high quality work at pace.

Key Responsibilities

Shared Portfolio Coverage & Customer Engagement

Serve customers across a shared portfolio, working from a prioritized queue rather than a fixed account list.

Deliver proactive lifecycle touchpoints including onboarding confirmation, adoption checkpoints, and structured pre renewal reviews.

Respond to inbound customer needs within team coverage standards and see them through to resolution.

Build credibility quickly with new stakeholders, often without the benefit of an established relationship.

Be the voice of the customer internally, using the breadth of the pool to spot patterns a single account view would miss.

Product & Technical Enablement

Guide customers on best practices, implementation planning, and usage optimization.

Deliver product demonstrations to drive adoption and unlock new use cases.

Collaborate with Support and Product teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Translate technical capability into business outcomes the customer cares about.

Value Realization at Scale

Execute standardized success plays consistently and well, adapting the message rather than rebuilding the motion.

Confirm that every customer you touch has clear, documented outcomes they are working toward.

Connect product adoption to tangible business results in every customer conversation.

Contribute improvements to the plays themselves based on what you see working in the field.

Retention, Risk & Renewal Readiness

Detect churn risk early through health signals, usage decline, support friction, and stakeholder change.

Run structured pre renewal reviews and prepare a clear readiness picture for each upcoming renewal.

Hand off renewals to the Renewals CSM with complete context, including value delivered, open risks, stakeholder map, and expansion signals.

Identify cross sell and up sell opportunities and route them to Sales with the supporting evidence.

Operational Excellence

Maintain rigorous documentation so account context lives in the system rather than in individual memory. This is the foundation of the pooled model.

Keep data accurate and current in internal systems, including Totango and Salesforce.

Manage many concurrent customer conversations without letting commitments slip.

Contribute to team KPIs including coverage, response time, adoption, health score, and retention.

What You Bring

2 to 4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Technical Support, or a similar customer facing role in B2B SaaS.

A balance of technical aptitude and business acumen. You can speak both languages. Exposure to networking, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, or infrastructure is an asset.

Comfort serving many customers at once and prioritizing by signal rather than by relationship history.

Excellent written communication. A significant share of pooled engagement happens asynchronously, and your writing carries the relationship.

Strong documentation habits and genuine discipline about leaving a clean trail for teammates.

Experience delivering demos and running structured customer conversations.

Familiarity with CS and CRM tooling such as Totango or Salesforce.

A proactive mindset. Driven, accountable, coachable, and naturally customer obsessed.

If you share our enthusiasm for the future of our company and are eager to contribute to our vibrant workplace, we look forward to receiving your application! Our comprehensive benefits encompass your health, financial well-being, and overall wellness, and we are committed to providing an exceptional work environment, enriching employee programs, and fostering a remarkable company culture. At our core, we champion values such as transparency, curiosity, respect, and above all, the pursuit of enjoyment.

In addition, we offer a range of appealing perks, including:

A Professional Development Budget

Dedicated Wellness Days and Wellness Week

A Lifestyle Spending Account

An Employee Recognition Program

Join us in shaping the future of our organization, where your talent and dedication can truly thrive. We invite you to apply and become a valuable member of our team!

BlueCat is an Equal Opportunity Employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity. We also take affirmative action to offer employment and advancement opportunities to all applicants, including minorities, women, protected veterans, and individuals with disabilities. BlueCat will not discriminate or retaliate against applicants who inquire about, disclose, or discuss their compensation or that of other applicants.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. What you will be doing

  • Handling technical inquiries received across multiple channels (Slack, in-app chat, and email), maintaining high standards for responsiveness and ticket hygiene

  • Contribute to Customer Support resources and deliver meaningful product feedback as the voice of the customer to leadership and relevant internal teams
  • Proactively identify improvements to the product, identify bugs, and otherwise determine high-impact opportunities to enhance the customer experience
  • Writing clear, structured handover notes at the start and end of each shift so incoming and outgoing regional teams have full context with no gaps
  • Making independent judgment calls on prioritization, troubleshooting approach, and escalation while working solo during unsupervised weekend hours, including recognizing when an issue requires paging an on-call engineer or escalating outside normal hours

What you will bring to the role

  • 2+ years of technical support experience within a SaaS environment, ideally in automation or a related field
  • Practical experience constructing, testing, and debugging REST and GraphQL API requests, using developer documentation and SDK examples to understand and troubleshoot integrations

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, including clear written communication for handover documentation, given the reliance on asynchronous handoffs with other regional shifts
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical and technical stakeholders alike
  • Experience handling inbound technical customer requests in various form channels (chat, email)
  • A proven track record of customer empathy, urgency, and technical competency
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills, and a consistent quality bar, whether working alongside the team or solo
  • Familiarity with at least one modern programming language, such as Python, TypeScript, or Ruby
  • Familiarity with query languages such as SQL and GraphQL
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, make sound decisions without direct supervision, and exercise good judgment on when to escalate versus solve independently
  • Comfort with ambiguity and self-directed problem-solving, including researching solutions independently using documentation, runbooks, and prior tickets
  • Resilience and composure when handling difficult technical or customer issues without immediate backup or a second opinion
  • Ability to context-switch effectively between collaborative, team-based work (weekdays) and independent, self-directed work (weekends) without losing continuity

Desirable Experience

  • An understanding of the computer networking principles (Firewalls, Network Protocols, Subnetting)
  • Experience supporting customers using AI and experience with leveraging AI to increase professional effectiveness
  • Fluent German
  • Tines certification
  • Familiarity with Docker containers, Postgres, Redis/Valkey, load balancers, and cloud orchestration platforms (AWS, Azure, GKE, OpenShift), sufficient to triage and troubleshoot Tines self-hosted deployment issues alongside customer IT and infrastructure teams

Support Customer Solutions Engineer, EMEA at Abnormal AI

Provides technical customer support, troubleshoots platform issues, optimizes configurations, and coordinates escalations with customer success and engineering teams.

Support Customer Success Manager at InterPayments

Manages enterprise merchant relationships, leads business reviews and renewals, resolves requests, and coordinates cross-functional support to drive customer outcomes.
