Product Senior Product Manager - Platform Experience & AI at Taboola

Owns the platform, AI assistant, and agentic product experience, leading vision, roadmap, experimentation, and cross-functional delivery for advertisers.

Senior Onsite Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Realize your potential by joining the leading performance-driven advertising company!

As a Senior Product Manager for Platform Experience & AI in our Tel Aviv office, you’ll own how thousands of advertisers experience Realize, Taboola’s performance advertising platform, every day - in the product, through ABBY, our AI assistant, and increasingly through AI agents that operate Realize on the advertiser’s behalf via our public MCP server.

We are hiring a consumer product builder for a platform job. Realize is used by everyone from first-time SMB advertisers to global agencies, and the bar for it is consumer-grade: intuitive at first touch, effortless at scale, and smart enough to guide people to results. You’ll lead three connected surfaces - the core platform experience, ABBY, and the agentic (MCP) layer - together with a peer product lead in our Emerging Products Domain group. You’ll work with UX, R&D, Data Science, Product Analysts, Product Marketing and Business teams to make Realize the platform advertisers want to use, not just have to.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  1. Proven B2C product experience: 6+ years in product management, with a track record of shipping consumer products used by millions of people and owning outcomes like activation, engagement and retention. This is the core of the role.
  2. UX/UI craft at scale: You have led the experience of a high-traffic product, can critique a flow in detail, prototype your own ideas, and partner with design as a peer rather than a client. You know what “simple at scale” costs and how to get there.
  3. Strong product sense: You form a sharp point of view on what to build and what not to, back it with data and user insight, and make the call. You own a domain end-to-end - vision, roadmap, alignment across R&D, Design, Data Science and Business, and measurable outcomes.
  4. AI-native ways of working: You use AI tools every day as part of how you do product work - discovery, prototyping, analysis, writing - and you understand how LLM-based products behave well and badly. Building with AI is not new to you; it is how you work.
  5. Data and experimentation fluency: Comfortable designing and reading A/B tests, working with product analytics, and turning data into decisions and clear narratives for stakeholders.
  6. Communication that moves teams: Able to align global cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders behind a shared direction, and to make complex things simple in writing and in the room.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience mentoring or managing product managers
  • Ad-tech or performance-marketing experience, especially on self-serve ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads or similar) or products serving SMB advertisers
  • Experience shipping LLM-based assistants, copilots or agents; familiarity with MCP or other agent protocols
  • Experience with self-serve SaaS growth: onboarding, activation loops, product-led growth
  • Design, front-end or user-research background
  • Experience in a two-sided marketplace or platform business

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Bring consumer-grade craft to Realize: Own the end-to-end advertiser journey - onboarding, campaign creation, reporting and in-product guidance - and turn complex advertising workflows into experiences that feel obvious. You’ll set the UX bar for a platform used by thousands of advertisers at every level of sophistication.
  • Lead ABBY, our AI assistant: Define what ABBY does, where it shows up and how far it goes - from proactive insights and recommendations to taking action on the advertiser’s behalf. Make the product feel like it has a smart operator inside it.
  • Make Realize agentic: Shape how advertisers and their AI agents operate Realize from outside the UI through our public MCP (Model Context Protocol) server. Decide what the platform exposes, how it protects advertisers, and how the agent experience and the in-product experience reinforce each other.
  • Design for activation and retention at scale: Own the metrics that matter - time to first campaign, activation, feature adoption, retention and incremental spend - and move them through large-scale A/B tests and fast iteration.
  • Raise the bar for AI-native product work: Use AI tools daily to research, prototype, analyze and spec, and bring that way of working to the team around you.

Why Taboola?

If you ask Taboolars what they love about working here, they’ll tell you that they’ve been empowered to realize their full potential while growing and learning from and with smart and talented people. They’ll also share more about:

  • Adam Singolda, Taboola Founder and CEO: “You can copy anything from another business but you can’t copy a company’s culture.”
  • Well-being: Competitive benefits and well-being programs tailored to the region, including comprehensive health benefits, a fully stocked kitchen, and location-specific perks.
  • Flexibility: We offer a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office, with an option to come in more often if desired.
  • Work with some of the biggest names: Our publisher partners include Yahoo, Conde Nast, Fox Sports, NBCU, ESPN, CBS, and E! Online. Our advertiser clients include Wells Fargo, Honda, Pinterest, and Expedia.

Ready to realize your potential?

Taboola is an equal opportunity employer and we value diversity in all forms. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and believe such an environment is critical for success. Employment is decided on the basis of qualifications, merit, and business need.

About Us

At Cloudflare, we are on a mission to help build a better Internet. Today the company runs one of the world’s largest networks that powers millions of websites and other Internet properties for customers ranging from individual bloggers to SMBs to Fortune 500 companies. Cloudflare protects and accelerates any Internet application online without adding hardware, installing software, or changing a line of code. Internet properties powered by Cloudflare all have web traffic routed through its intelligent global network, which gets smarter with every request. As a result, they see significant improvement in performance and a decrease in spam and other attacks. Cloudflare was named to Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top Company Cultures list and ranked among the World’s Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company.

We value candidates who have the instinct to spot a “normalized” problem and the AI-native curiosity to create a solution using the latest tools. Our culture is built on iteration, leveraging AI to ship faster today to make it better tomorrow, while ensuring that every improvement, no matter how small, is shared across the team to lift everyone up. If you’re the type of person who values curiosity over bureaucracy, and that AI is a partner in solving tough problems to keep the Internet moving forward, you’ll fit right in.

About the Deal Desk Team

The Deal Desk team is a critical component of the Finance function, serving as a trusted advisor to critical internal stakeholders as deal architect working on structuring, negotiating, approving and closing large complex commitment deals while balancing margin preservation, compliance, and velocity. We are committed to building a data-centric and AI-augmented Deal Desk that leverages predictive analytics and automated workflows to optimize pricing in real-time and automate routine approvals, allowing for deeper strategic focus.

Role Summary

As a Deal Intelligence Analyst, you will be the analytical engine driving our transition to a data-centric and AI-augmented Deal Desk. Sitting within the Finance function, you will design the data systems and executive dashboards that allow our deal architects to analyze complex deal terms, protect margins, and close large, complex commitment deals with unprecedented velocity.

This role is designed for a “full-stack” analyst. You won’t just be querying pre-cleaned data—you possess the technical skills to build the pipelines that feed your insights. You will leverage Cloudflare’s Developer Platform (Workers, R2, D1, Workers AI) alongside standard data warehousing tools to extract raw CRM and CPQ data, integrate it into AI workflows, and deliver actionable insights that directly impact margin preservation and our global growth.

What you’ll do

  • Build Advanced Dashboards & Analytics: Design and maintain executive dashboards and self-serve reporting systems that provide real-time visibility into deal terms, discount thresholds, win/loss rates, and margin performance across all regions.
  • Transform Ideas into Reality: Work with stakeholders and help them refine their ideas and goals into queries that we’ll automate.
  • Drive Strategic Margin Analysis: Partner closely with Finance, Infrastructure and Deal Desk leadership to dive deep into historic and active pricing data, uncovering insights that ensure our quoting strategies consistently align with margin preservation goals.
  • Develop Data Pipelines: Apply your data engineering skills to build and maintain the ELT/ETL pipelines that extract messy data from Salesforce, CPQ, and billing systems, transforming it into clean, usable semantic models.
  • Power AI Workflows: Assist in integrating structured deal data into Deal Desk tools to help automate routine approvals and surface real-time pricing optimizations to deal managers.
  • Data Storytelling & Enablement: Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable narratives for non-technical stakeholders, empowering the Deal Desk team to use your data products for faster, data-driven negotiations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-5+ years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a technical RevOps role, with a strong emphasis on full-stack data problem solving.
  • Experience incorporating data into AI workflows, utilizing LLM orchestration frameworks, or building predictive models.
  • Expert-level SQL and deep proficiency in modern data visualization and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Sigma, PowerBI) to build intuitive executive reporting.
  • Strong programming skills in Python (or TypeScript) with hands-on experience building ELT/ETL pipelines, interacting with APIs, and cleaning raw data.
  • Experience designing analytical data models specifically tailored for financial and SaaS business analysis (e.g., margins, discount rates, ARR, NRR).
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms and an interest in edge computing/serverless architectures (Cloudflare Workers, R2, D1).
  • Domain expertise in CRM data structures (especially Salesforce custom objects), CPQ complexities, and the quote-to-cash lifecycle.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical data systems and strategic Finance operations.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Background working closely with Deal Desk, Finance, or Sales Strategy teams at a high-growth SaaS or technology company.

  • Familiarity with data transformation frameworks and orchestration tools (like Airflow).
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform or other analytics databases

If you’re excited by fast-paced innovation, dedicated to driving global growth, and want to help build a better internet, we’d love to hear from you.

Since the project, we’ve provided services to more than 425 local government election websites in 33 states.

At Cloudflare, we’re not looking for people who wait for a polished roadmap; we’re looking for the builders who see the cracks in the Internet that everyone else has simply learned to live with.

Operations Field Operations Lead, Sweden at KoBold Metals

Leads and coordinates field exploration operations in Sweden while ensuring safe, compliant, and effective work with teams, contractors, communities, and environments.

Lead Onsite Posted 5 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About the Company

In the coming decades, our world needs far more critical minerals including copper, lithium, and cobalt, to build electric infrastructure, vehicles, data centers, and electronics. The mining industry is making 10x fewer discoveries per dollar spent on exploration compared to 30 years ago because the easy-to-find, near surface deposits have largely been discovered.

KoBold is the leading scientific mineral exploration, mine development, and technology development company. Our goal is to turn mineral exploration into a repeatable science to discover the minerals the world needs—by integrating artificial intelligence, human intelligence, and new technology. Our multidisciplinary teams of data scientists, engineers, and geologists work together to build data systems, design new sensors, and establish industry-leading workflows to develop and test subsurface predictions on our exploration projects.

Our first discovery, Mingomba, is a high-grade copper deposit in Zambia, found after spending materially less than industry average. We are developing Mingomba with the same technical rigor that we apply to exploration. The Mingomba team brings together mine and processing engineers, geologists, data scientists, software engineers, and community, health & safety, construction, and operations specialists. By combining industry knowledge and cutting edge technology, we are developing Mingomba into a world class project that has safer and more predictable outcomes for ourselves, partners, and communities. It is expected to create thousands of good jobs for generations.

KoBold runs exploration programs in eight countries, all with the potential for another discovery.

KoBold is privately held; investors include institutional asset managers T. Rowe Price and Canada Pension Plan Investments; technology venture capitalists Andreessen Horowitz, Breakthrough Energy Ventures, BOND Capital, Durable Capital, StepStone, and Standard Investments; and strategic natural resources companies BHP and Mitsubishi.

About the Role

In the role of Field Operations Lead, you will plan and execute our field activities in Sweden to meet our business objectives without causing harm to our people, our contractors and partners, or the communities and environments where we operate. You will report to our Field Operations Director North America & Europe and other members of the operations and exploration team. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the leader of field operations for 1–3 projects per year across Sweden and potentially other Nordic or European jurisdictions.

Close

  • Lead site remediation and rehabilitation activities per Swedish regulatory standards
  • Lead contractor performance reviews and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement

Compliance and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Lead execution within regulatory compliance, monitoring, and reporting in accordance with Swedish mining and environmental legislation (including the Mining Act 621⁄2011 and Environmental Protection Act), EU regulations, and the practices of our joint venture partners
  • Ensure execution is done within Swedish permitting processes, land access agreements, community relations, third-party agreements, and any joint venture requirements
  • With leadership direction and support, represent KoBold Metals with local Swedish stakeholders, including communities, landowners, municipal authorities, and environmental bodies

Process Improvement and Mentoring

  • Create ways of working that allow us to continue to work more effectively and to be nimble so that we can support machine-learning-driven dynamic field programs, where we adapt our plan based on the data we collect at each stage
  • Mentor Field Operations Supervisors: ensure field operations follows KoBold’s systems, practices, and leading industry standards

Qualifications

Required

  •  At least 12 years of experience conducting field operations in mineral exploration and mining, oil and gas, or a related industry, with demonstrated progression in complexity and responsibility
  • Advanced knowledge of construction methodology, including winter and frozen-ground construction (tracks, pads, ice roads) relevant to Nordic operating environments

  • A high degree of independence and the ability to work effectively with limited supervision
  • Must speak, read, and write in Swedish and English; additional language skills are of benefit
  • Valid First Aid Certification (Level 3 or Wilderness First Aid preferred)

Preferred

  • Recognized internally or externally as a subject matter expert in field operations across at least two operation types (e.g., drilling, EM surveys, civil works)
  • Material understanding of data science products (e.g., catchment analyses) and their appropriate uses in exploration
  • Experience with Swedish and/or Nordic regulatory frameworks governing exploration operations
  • Experience working on projects with dedicated exploration teams including both Geologists and Data Scientists, demonstrating sustained partnership and effective interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Familiarity with project management principles and managing projects remotely across multiple jurisdictions
  • Experience with logistics tied to complex remote operations in cold-weather environments, including helicopter, weather, camps, chartered flights, and drilling operations
  • Finnish or other Nordic language skills are an asset

What We Value

  • Sustained partnership with exploration teams, including both Geologists and Data Scientists, on one or more exploration projects
  • Effective communication with team members across Geology, Data Science, HSE, Aviation, Legal, Community Relations, and Land and Permitting
  • Perpetuating KoBold’s ethical standards through your own actions and in communicating with others

What this role involves

At Cloudflare, we’re not looking for people who wait for a polished roadmap; we’re looking for the builders who see the cracks in the Internet that everyone else has simply learned to live with.

Available Locations: Lisbon
