Education Lead Instructor: AI Augmented Engineering at Correlation One

Delivers live technical training sessions on AI-augmented full-stack engineering to enterprise software engineers, adapting content based on cohort needs and facilitating peer-level discussions.

Lead Remote Posted about 3 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Correlation One is the largest provider of AI and data workforce development programs globally, having trained over 500,000 professionals across 11 countries. As the largest training provider for Amazon Career Choice, and a growing partner to state governments building registered apprenticeship programs, Correlation One sits at the intersection of employer talent needs and scalable workforce training.

We work with Fortune 500 enterprises, federal and state government agencies, and leading employers to close skills gaps in AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, and operations leadership. Our programs produce job-ready graduates who are prepared to contribute from day one.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver engaging, effective live sessions (virtual, via Microsoft Teams) covering AI-augmented full-stack development: agentic workflows, spec-driven development, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, governance and compliance in AI-assisted engineering
  • Adapt delivery based on both evolving content (the underlying engineering platform is being built in parallel) and learner needs — reading the room to calibrate depth for beginners vs. more advanced participants
  • Review pre-work to understand where the cohort is struggling, then focus live time on the hard parts
  • Collaborate with SMEs and curriculum designers to stay current on what’s being taught and why

What we need from you:

  • Credibility in front of senior full-stack engineers at an enterprise. Engineers quickly lose trust in instructors who lack real technical depth, so you need to be someone they respect as a peer.
  • Strong live facilitation — pacing, energy, reading the room, handling off-script questions
  • Experience delivering multi-week technical training to software engineers (not one-off talks)
  • Software engineering background. You don’t need to be the deepest agentic AI expert, but you need enough technical fluency to teach the material and answer questions on the fly.
  • Familiarity with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, or similar)

Nice to have:

  • Experience teaching AI/ML or agentic development topics
  • Developer relations or technical education background
  • Experience in regulated industries

Logistics:

  • Remote delivery via Microsoft Teams
  • Must be available for consistent synchronous blocks during US Pacific time for 12 weeks (~October 2026 through January 2027)
  • You’ll be supported by our SME team on content — this is a delivery role, not a design role, though your in-room feedback shapes future content

Timeline: Briefing ~September 2026. Delivery ~October 2026 through January 2027. Potential for continued engagement as the program scales.

Correlation One’s Commitment

Correlation One is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to providing equal opportunity for all employees and applicants. Correlation One provides a work environment free of discrimination and harassment. Employment decisions at Correlation One are based solely on business needs, job requirements and individual qualifications, without regard to race, color, religion or belief, national, social or ethnic origin, sex (including pregnancy), age, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, marital, civil union or domestic partnership status, past or present military service, or any other status protected by the laws or regulations in the locations where we operate. We encourage applicants to bring their unique skills, experiences, and outlook to our work environment.

Correlation One is committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals. In keeping with our commitment, Correlation One strives to provide reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities to enable them to access the hiring process. If you need an accommodation to access the job application or interview process, please contact candidates@correlation-one.com.

Education Mathmo: Maths Coach

Deliver live Zoom mathematics coaching sessions to UK GCSE students, teaching foundational and higher-tier maths with engaging group instruction.

Mid Remote Posted 3 days ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: London
URL: http://www.mathmo.com

We're looking for incredible mathematicians with genuine personality. That's the whole brief. If you have a top maths degree and people find you easy to talk to, read on.

The role is four live Zoom sessions a week with GCSE students across the UK. Foundation sessions run on Tuesday evenings (5-8pm UK time), Higher sessions on Sunday mornings (11am-1:30pm UK time). Ideally you'd be free for both, but if only one works for you, get in touch anyway - we can be flexible.

There's also scope for one-to-one coaching alongside the group sessions (further down the line).

Pay is £75 per hour for sessions and £40 per hour for additional work like resource building or prep (again further down the line if needed).

You need to be comfortable with higher-tier GCSE and A Level, have a natural way with teenagers, and genuinely care about education - not just the maths, but the actual process of helping young people understand it. The sessions are genuinely good fun and the students are engaged.

You can be based anywhere, but you'll need to know the UK GCSE system well and be reliably available at the session times above.

The role is freelance to start. You can begin before the end of term or over the summer, with the aim of building into regular work from September.

Mathmo is growing fast. GCSE is the start - A Level, 11+, SATs and more are all coming. If you want to be part of building something in education that's actually working, apply here: https://forms.gle/cCzPxF3v6tuuDvnM6

Description

Location: 100% remote, resident of Ohio or within 25 miles of Ohio required

Classification: Full-time, non-exempt employee

Salary: $27 - $30 per hour

Welcome to Miaplaza!

Our vision is to elevate online learning by applying the most successful approaches in virtual education to create an accessible and inclusive homeschool curriculum platform where all students can be successful!

MiaPrep Online Academy of Ohio is our newest offering for Ohio families looking for a flexible public school option. The school will serve grades 7-11 in its first year. The school aims to serve 250 students year one, with plans to grow to over 1,000 students by 2030. 🚀

We’re seeking a passionate and resourceful Secondary English Teacher to join our team with a start date of July 20, 2026. This is a fully remote, asynchronous teaching role that emphasizes student support, feedback, and mentorship rather than live instruction. Teachers at MOAO do not create lesson plans or deliver live classes; instead, they guide students through our self-paced curriculum, providing coaching, small-group tutoring/office hours, and in-depth feedback on summative assignments. In addition to their teaching responsibilities, all MOAO teachers also serve as Academic Advisors to a caseload of up to 30 students, building relationships and helping students meet their goals.

See an example of an English lesson from MiaPrep:

A Day in the Role

  • Grading and Feedback: Efficiently evaluate students’ assignments for various subjects, such as Middle School Language Arts and Reading Comprehension, English 1-4, Theater Arts, and Journalism, providing comprehensive feedback to aid their learning and development.

  • Office Hours/Group Tutoring: Host weekly virtual group tutoring several times per week to clarify curriculum concepts, address questions, and offer additional support for English topics and assignments.

  • Message Board: Create and maintain a message board to provide resources for students who need additional support.

  • Academic Advising: Maintain a caseload of students for whom you will provide academic advising, including regular check-ins, and in some cases, targeted support plans.

  • Tiered Support: Identify struggling students and, together with the Academic Counselors, proactively provide tiered support solutions to enhance their academic performance.

  • Parental and Student Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for both parents and students in academic matters in your subject area, ensuring a constructive channel of communication.

  • School Community Engagement: Actively participate in school initiatives and contribute to the creation and implementation of school-wide academic policies. Lead or contribute to an extracurricular club or activity that aligns with your expertise or passion.

  • Positive Culture Building: Uphold and contribute to our school’s positive culture and values, both among the faculty and the student body.

  • Ownership: Be willing to speak up when things can be improved, and willing to step up when a need is identified or support is needed within the school community.

Schedule

  • MOAO Teachers are expected to have 40 hours of availability each week on a year-round basis.

  • A minimum of 25 hours of availability per week during school hours, Monday through Friday between 8 am and 4 pm in the Eastern time zone is required to accommodate office hours, staff collaboration, and student communication.

  • An additional 15 hours per week may occur outside of school hours for activities like grading and lesson planning.

All MOAO staff are considered mandated reporters and are required to respond to student safety and mental health concerns in accordance with the MOAO Crisis Response protocols. This includes participating in required training and, when appropriate, administering the Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS) and following all documentation and escalation procedures.
