Project Management Toptal : Technical Program Manager — ServiceNow Program | Remote

Technical Program Manager leads enterprise-scale ServiceNow program delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders, risks, and milestones.

Senior Remote Posted about 1 hour ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: Remote
URL: https://www.toptal.com/

About the Role

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead delivery of an enterprise ServiceNow program. This is a program and delivery leadership role, not hands-on development — you'll coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, operations, and delivery to keep a high-visibility, enterprise-scale ServiceNow initiative on track. ServiceNow platform familiarity matters here, but your core value is program rigor: planning, stakeholder alignment, and risk management at scale.

What You'll Do

  • Own program-level planning and coordination for enterprise ServiceNow initiatives

  • Align stakeholders across IT, operations, and delivery teams throughout the program lifecycle

  • Track milestones, risks, and dependencies, proactively surfacing and resolving blockers

  • Support and inform implementation decisions in collaboration with hands-on ServiceNow development teams

  • Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, including status updates and progress reporting

  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, workshops, and planning sessions

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement across the program

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or Delivery Lead on enterprise-scale technology programs

  • Working familiarity with the ServiceNow platform (competent-level understanding, not hands-on development)

  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills

  • Experience tracking and managing program risk, milestones, and dependencies at an enterprise scale

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details for business stakeholders

  • Comfort operating in a high-visibility, enterprise program environment

Nice to Have

  • PMP or other project/program management certification

  • Experience with IT service management (ITSM) programs or platforms beyond ServiceNow

  • Background in enterprise IT or consumer goods/enterprise technology environments

Trainer Toptal: CAD Engineer — AI Model Training & Evaluation | Remote

CAD engineer creates assignments, reviews AI-generated work, and provides feedback to train and evaluate AI models using domain expertise.

Mid Remote Posted about 1 hour ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters:
URL: https://www.toptal.com/

About the Role

We're looking for CAD Engineers to support the training and evaluation of AI models through task-based work. This isn't traditional CAD production work — you'll apply deep CAD domain expertise to create realistic assignments, define clear requirements and expected outputs, and rigorously review completed work for accuracy. If you can think like both an engineer and an evaluator, this role is built for that.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze CAD domains to identify realistic, representative task scenarios

  • Create well-defined assignments with clear requirements and expected outputs

  • Review completed work for technical accuracy and adherence to CAD best practices

  • Source and validate CAD files to ensure quality and relevance for AI training use cases

  • Provide clear, structured feedback to support AI model evaluation

  • Complete a short paid test task, which determines eligibility for larger batches of ongoing work

What You Bring

  • Strong hands-on CAD engineering experience across relevant domains and tools

  • Ability to design realistic, well-scoped technical assignments from scratch

  • Strong attention to detail for reviewing and validating technical work

  • Comfort working in a task-based, output-driven engagement structure

  • Ability to source and assess CAD files for quality and appropriateness

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience contributing to AI training, evaluation, or data annotation projects

  • Familiarity with multiple CAD platforms or specialized CAD domains

Why This Role

  • Flexible, task-based structure: Work in discrete assignments rather than a fixed long-term commitment

  • High-leverage impact: Your CAD expertise directly shapes how AI models learn and are evaluated

  • Low-commitment entry point: Start with a short paid test task before scaling into larger batches of work

  • Domain expertise valued: Real engineering judgment matters here, not just task completion

Designs, builds, and maintains enterprise ServiceNow implementations including module configuration, API integrations, and JavaScript development with focus on upgrade-safe practices.

Senior Remote Posted about 2 hours ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: Remote
URL: https://www.toptal.com/

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise ServiceNow implementations — from module configuration and integrations to platform lifecycle management and technical debt reduction. This is a hands-on development role: requirements and user stories are typically already defined, and you'll execute against them with real platform depth, not just admin-level configuration. Strong overlap with US business hours is required.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions across relevant modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and others depending on engagement)

  • Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers with existing enterprise systems

  • Write advanced JavaScript for ServiceNow scripting — Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions

  • Follow upgrade-safe, OOTB-first configuration practices, favoring Flow Designer and Decision Tables over heavy custom scripting where possible

  • Support platform governance, data integrity, and technical debt reduction

  • Collaborate closely with existing product and delivery teams against defined requirements and user stories

  • Contribute to platform-architecture-level initiatives such as Now Assist (GenAI), Virtual Agent, CSDM, and ITOM AIOps where applicable

  • Support ACL remediation and platform security hygiene

What You Bring

  • Strong to expert-level hands-on ServiceNow development experience

  • 5+ years hands-on enterprise ServiceNow development experience (8+ years in Information Services overall preferred)

  • Advanced JavaScript skills for ServiceNow scripting (Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions)

  • Strong communication skills for close collaboration with client and delivery teams

  • Comfort working within an upgrade-safe, OOTB-first configuration philosophy

  • Ability to work independently against pre-defined requirements and user stories

Nice to Have

  • Experience with specialized ServiceNow modules: Integration Hub, Performance Analytics, Software Asset Management (SAM), CSM, or App Engine Studio

  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification

  • Experience with AI-enabled ServiceNow capabilities (Now Assist / GenAI, Virtual Agent)

  • Experience with CSDM 4.0/5.0 and enterprise-scale platform architecture

• Partner cross-functionally with program, finance, marketing, and leadership teams to shape funding opportunities and translate impact into compelling investment cases

• Track proposal deadlines, reporting requirements, pipeline movement, and revenue forecasting

• Help strengthen institutional fundraising systems, prospect management practices, and donor engagement strategies

• Maintain accurate donor and pipeline records within Salesforce or comparable CRM systems

• Contribute to broader philanthropic investment and organizational growth planning

IDEAL EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• 5–8+ years of institutional fundraising, foundation relations, or grant strategy experience

• Demonstrated success securing five- and six-figure grants and institutional partnerships

• Proven ability to build pipeline and develop new funding opportunities

• Strong strategic thinking and revenue planning capabilities

• Exceptional writing, communication, and storytelling skills

• Strong project management and organizational abilities

• Experience managing complex proposal and reporting processes
