How You’ll Make an Impact:
As a Senior Frontend Engineer on the squad, you’ll build and evolve the guest-facing booking experience in a modern React and TypeScript codebase, partnering with backend, product, and design to ship features that are fast, polished, and built to convert. You’ll work across the full booking journey, from checkout to the customization tools properties use to make the experience their own, applying modern e-commerce best practices and leaning on analytics and experimentation to guide what we build. There’s also plenty of room to shape an increasingly AI-ready experience and to help create entirely new offerings that properties can sell directly through the booking engine.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $135,000 - $165,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above) and an annual performance bonus.
This role has an associated annual target bonus component which is paid out based on a number of factors which include Company performance, department performance, and individual performance. As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be responsible for a portfolio of accounts within our “high touch” engagement model. Your core focus will be to drive product adoption, maximize customer value, and to perform proactive activities to mitigate churn risks as well as uncover expansion opportunities.
