What this role involves

Description

Company Overview

DeepHealth, a RadNet company, is focused on delivering AI-powered solutions that improve population health, optimize radiology workflows, and drive earlier detection of disease. Our portfolio spans breast, lung, brain, prostate, and thyroid imaging AI, deployed across enterprise imaging platforms and large screening programs.

Job Summary

The Technical Training Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality technical training programs for both external customers and internal technical staff. This role serves as the central connective tissue between product teams, subject matter experts, and the learner community — translating complex software functionality into engaging, accessible training experiences. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable leading a live system administration workshop, authoring a self-paced eLearning course, and coaching a seasoned engineer on how to share their expertise effectively.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Training Delivery

o   Plan, schedule, and facilitate instructor-led system administration training sessions for external customers, covering installation, configuration, user management, and day-to-day platform operations.

o   Adapt delivery style and content depth to accommodate audiences ranging from novice end users to experienced IT administrators.

o   Conduct pre-training needs assessments and post-training evaluations to ensure learning objectives are met and continuously improved.

o   Serve as a product knowledge resource during training engagements, fielding technical questions and escalating product issues as appropriate.

eLearning & Self-Paced Course Development

o   Design and produce self-paced training courses for electronic delivery using authoring tools.

o   Script, storyboard, record, and edit course content including video walkthroughs, interactive simulations, knowledge checks, and assessments.

o   Publish and maintain courses within the company’s Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and version control.

o   Apply instructional design principles to create learner-centered experiences that drive measurable outcomes.

New Product Introduction Training

o   Partner with Services Organizational Readiness Team (SORT) to identify training needs for new product releases, feature updates, and platform changes prior to general availability.

o   Develop and deliver timely internal technical enablement sessions to ensure customer-facing technical staff are fully prepared before new releases.

o   Translate complex engineering specifications and product documentation into clear, practical training content for technical audiences.

o   Maintain a continuous feedback loop with SORT and Product Management to keep training content aligned with evolving product direction.

Training Templates & Standards Development

o   Collaborate with Technical Writer to create and maintain standardized training templates including course shells, slide deck frameworks, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and course syllabus templates.

o   Establish and document training development standards, style guides, and quality checklists to ensure consistency across all training materials.

o   Continuously evaluate and refresh templates based on learner feedback, delivery experience, and changes in instructional best practices.

Subject Matter Expert (SME) Coordination & Knowledge Transfer

o   Identify, engage, and guide internal subject matter experts in converting deep technical knowledge into structured, learner-ready training content.

o   Conduct working sessions with SMEs to extract, organize, and validate technical content, minimizing the burden on SMEs while maximizing the quality of output.

o   Provide coaching and light instructional design support to SMEs contributing to training programs, building internal training capability over time.

o   Maintain a repository of SME-sourced knowledge assets and coordinate with team leads to ensure content remains current.

PLEASE NOTE: This is not an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities and requirements of the position described above.  Other functions may be assigned and management retains the right to add or change duties at any time.

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience:

The role is four live Zoom sessions a week with GCSE students across the UK. Foundation sessions run on Tuesday evenings (5-8pm UK time), Higher sessions on Sunday mornings (11am-1:30pm UK time). Ideally you'd be free for both, but if only one works for you, get in touch anyway - we can be flexible.

  • Design, build, and continuously improve a comprehensive sales training curriculum spanning new hire onboarding, ongoing skill development, product launches, and national/regional meeting programming
  • Develop structured learning journeys rooted in adult learning theory — incorporating spaced repetition, competency-based progressions, and blended modalities (live, virtual, asynchronous, and field-based)
  • Bring a strong eye for digital and online learning design — transforming existing content into interactive, visually engaging experiences
  • Build and run sales programs, role-play frameworks, sales playbooks, and best-in-class sales messaging to ensure reps can execute in the field with consistency and confidence
  • Own the architecture of training content within Showpad, EasyGenerator, or equivalent LMS, including learning pathways, assessments, and continuing education tracks — continuously evaluating and adopting new tools and platforms that improve learning outcomes
  • Actively leverage AI tools to develop training content, simulate coaching scenarios, analyze rep performance patterns, and scale program delivery without sacrificing quality
  • Use performance data and field analytics to identify training gaps, measure program effectiveness, and make evidence-based decisions about where to focus coaching effort — moving beyond gut instinct to a metrics-driven training model
  • Lead the onboarding process for new sales team members, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed from day one
  • Support in-person training at national sales meetings (NSMs) and regional meetings, delivering targeted, actionable coaching and facilitation for new hires and tenured reps
  • Lead workshops, breakout sessions, and live training activities at regional and national sales meetings and new hire training programs
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales Training and Legal to ensure all content and messaging is compliant with company objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain and update the Sales Training AI Chatbot with accurate, timely information — and identify opportunities to make it a smarter, more dynamic resource over time
  • Manage logistics for in-person new hire training programs
  • Requires approximately 30% travel for in-person training, national sales meetings, and regional meetings

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years designing and delivering sales training programs in a corporate environment — we are looking for someone who has built programs, not just facilitated them
  • Demonstrated experience developing sales programs, crafting effective sales messaging, and building competency-based coaching frameworks
  • Familiarity with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles (e.g., Kirkpatrick, ADDIE, spaced learning), with a strong sense for digital and online learning design
  • Experience building or managing content within Showpad (strongly preferred), EasyGenerator, or a comparable LMS or sales enablement platform
  • Hands-on comfort with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) and a genuine curiosity about how emerging technology can improve training design and delivery
  • Data-driven mindset — able to interpret sales performance metrics, identify trends, and translate data into actionable coaching and curriculum decisions
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and written communication skills; confident leading rooms of new hires to senior sales reps and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Exceptional project management and prioritization skills — able to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, business, or related field

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales training, whether home office or field-based
  • 5+ years of clinical or diagnostics field sales experience with a demonstrated track record of strong performance, with comfort translating clinical and technical content for a field sales audience
  • Familiarity with BillionToOne’s Unity Complete platform or women’s health, prenatal diagnostics, or competitive diagnostics companies — candidates with this background may take on greater strategic ownership within the role
  • Knowledge of sales methodology frameworks such as Challenger, MEDDIC, or similar
  • Experience deploying AI-powered tools or workflows within a sales enablement or training context
  • Multimedia content development experience
  • Experience with Notion for content organization and knowledge management, and/or podcast production tools such as Captivate

Welcome to Miaplaza!

Our vision is to elevate online learning by applying the most successful approaches in virtual education to create an accessible and inclusive homeschool curriculum platform where all students can be successful!

MiaPrep Online Academy of Ohio is our newest offering for Ohio families looking for a flexible public school option. The school will serve grades 7-11 in its first year. The school aims to serve 250 students year one, with plans to grow to over 1,000 students by 2030. 🚀

We’re seeking a passionate and resourceful Secondary English Teacher to join our team with a start date of July 20, 2026. This is a fully remote, asynchronous teaching role that emphasizes student support, feedback, and mentorship rather than live instruction. In addition to their teaching responsibilities, all MOAO teachers also serve as Academic Advisors to a caseload of up to 30 students, building relationships and helping students meet their goals.

See an example of an English lesson from MiaPrep:

A Day in the Role

  • Office Hours/Group Tutoring: Host weekly virtual group tutoring several times per week to clarify curriculum concepts, address questions, and offer additional support for English topics and assignments.

  • Message Board: Create and maintain a message board to provide resources for students who need additional support.

  • Academic Advising: Maintain a caseload of students for whom you will provide academic advising, including regular check-ins, and in some cases, targeted support plans.

  • Parental and Student Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for both parents and students in academic matters in your subject area, ensuring a constructive channel of communication.

  • School Community Engagement: Actively participate in school initiatives and contribute to the creation and implementation of school-wide academic policies. Lead or contribute to an extracurricular club or activity that aligns with your expertise or passion.

  • Positive Culture Building: Uphold and contribute to our school’s positive culture and values, both among the faculty and the student body.

  • Ownership: Be willing to speak up when things can be improved, and willing to step up when a need is identified or support is needed within the school community.

Schedule

  • MOAO Teachers are expected to have 40 hours of availability each week on a year-round basis.

  • A minimum of 25 hours of availability per week during school hours, Monday through Friday between 8 am and 4 pm in the Eastern time zone is required to accommodate office hours, staff collaboration, and student communication.

  • An additional 15 hours per week may occur outside of school hours for activities like grading and lesson planning.

All MOAO staff are considered mandated reporters and are required to respond to student safety and mental health concerns in accordance with the MOAO Crisis Response protocols. This includes participating in required training and, when appropriate, administering the Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS) and following all documentation and escalation procedures.
