Marketing CRM & Lifecycle Manager

Designs and executes CRM lifecycle programs using email, push, and in-app messaging to drive user onboarding, engagement, and retention.

Mid Remote Posted 1 day ago RemoteOK Dev
What this role involves

At Joko, we help consumers shop smarter. Our mission is to revolutionize shopping, empowering people to find what they need, make informed decisions, and save money.

Founded in Paris, Joko is a tech company and certified B Corp with over 105 talents across Paris, Barcelona, and New York (and beyond). More than 6 million users already save money every day at 10,000+ merchants with Joko.

From cashback and automatic coupons to price alerts and carbon tracking, we keep expanding our products to make shopping smarter. We’re now building an AI-powered shopping assistant to help users find the best products by price, quality, and environmental impact.

Having reached profitability in our core market, we’re now scaling globally, with a strong focus on the US.

It’s still day 1, come build the future of shopping with us!

This position is remote-friendly.

🧚 Our Marketing team

No one is more creative and data-driven than this team; they truly combine the best of both worlds. The Marketing team’s mission is to put our product into the hearts and hands of millions of users around the world.

  • The Growth Team builds and scales innovative growth engines to conquer markets, attract, and retain users.

  • The Brand & Communications Team shapes Joko's long-term vision and builds a lasting emotional connection with users.

  • The Campaign & Merchandising Team drives our B2C campaign calendar and elevates the shopping experience.

  • The B2B Marketing Team positions Joko as the top partner in our space and builds a standout employer brand.

Led by Isa, our CMO, the team is constantly innovating to take the business to new heights.

🎯 What you will do

As CRM & Lifecycle Manager, your mission is to design and run lifecycle programs that turn new signups into engaged, loyal, high-LTV Joko users. You will own the end-to-end CRM strategy across in-app, push, and email from the first onboarding message to the campaign that reactivates dormant users. You will join the Growth team, report to the VP Growth, and partner daily with Product, Data, and Brand teams.

Your main missions will be:

  • Guide new users to their first Joko “wow” moment: The first days shape everything that follows. You’ll design the onboarding journey: messaging, timing, and triggers so every new user feels understood and reaches activation quickly. At our scale, getting those first touches right compounds into millions of engaged users.

  • Turn engaged users into power users, and power users into advocates: You’ll build retention and referral programs that deepen usage among our best users, drive word of mouth, and lift long-term retention.

  • Maximize LTV across the full lifecycle: You’ll design cross-channel journeys that deliver the right benefit to the right user at the right moment. You’ll partner closely with Data to turn behavioral signals into segmentation and triggers, and with Product to keep lifecycle nudges tightly aligned with the in-app experience.

  • Raise the bar on experimentation: You’ll run a continuous A/B testing program (hypotheses, tests, learnings, iterations) to improve existing flows and challenge our current lifecycle map. Every decision should be grounded in evidence, not intuition.

  • Take CRM to the next level with AI: You’ll use AI to automate the operational grind (segmentation, copy iteration, QA, reporting) and unlock what we couldn’t run manually: sharper personalization, faster experimentation cycles, and richer lifecycle logic. You’ll decide where AI genuinely moves the needle (and where it doesn’t), then ship production solutions.

  • Drive growth across the company: You’ll work hand-in-hand with Product, Data, User Acquisition, and Brand so CRM compounds alongside everything else we’re building.

👀 Who we're looking for

  • Experience: You have 5+ years of experience in B2C CRM or lifecycle marketing, ideally in a high-growth mobile or consumer app. You’ve owned lifecycle programs end-to-end, not just executed individual components.

  • CRM craft: You’re hands-on with modern CRM platforms (Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or similar) and you know what “good” looks like across in-app, push, and email. Deliverability, segmentation logic, template design, and orchestration are second nature.

  • Data-driven to the core: You read cohort curves, funnel data, and A/B test results fluently. You use data to form opinions and drive decisions, not just to build reports.

  • Experimentation mindset: You’ve run structured A/B testing programs and know how to design experiments that actually teach you something, not just optimize a subject line.

  • Curious and hands-on with AI: You’re genuinely excited by what AI can do for CRM. You’ve already built solutions from scratch using AI to improve workflows or drive impact, and you have real opinions formed from real attempts on where it works and where it doesn’t.

  • User-centric: You’re relentlessly curious about how users think, what they need, and how they respond. Every message you ship starts from a real user insight, not a template.

  • Ownership and drive: You take initiative, hold yourself accountable to outcomes (not activities), and move fast without dropping the ball.

  • Attention to detail: You know a broken merge tag, a mistimed push, or a poorly segmented email can undo weeks of work. You have a talent for spotting flaws before they ship.

  • Languages: You’re a native-level French speaker and fluent in English, our internal working language.

💎 Our perks

(Some of the benefits listed below are available to full-time positions only)

At Joko, we believe that flexibility and trust are essential. Our work environment reflects this through:

  • Flexible remote : If you live in Paris, you can choose to work from our office or from home with no constraints. If you live elsewhere, we can provide access to a coworking space and a coworking budget.

  • Work from anywhere : Want to spend a month in Italy while working? You can work from most countries in the world for up to 3 months per year.

On top of that, we offer plenty of perks:

  • 💸 Top-market compensation

  • 📈 Equity for everyone with the chance to own a piece of what you build

  • 🤖 Half-day each week dedicated to leveling up with AI by exploring new tools, iterating hard, and sharpening your skills

  • 🌴 Yearly offsite in amazing locations and budget for team-building events & monthly in-person gatherings

  • 💪 Contribution to your ClassPass subscription

  • 🍼 8-week leave paid 100% for the second parent

  • …and much more, check the full list here!

🤝 Our hiring process

  1. Intro call: Quick screening with the Hiring Manager or the Talent team.

  2. Step 1 – Team interview (45 min): Conversation with two Joko team members (could include the Hiring Manager, people from the team you’d join, or colleagues from other teams).

  3. Step 2 – Role-specific assessments

    • For non-engineering roles: A take-home case study followed by a 45-min interview. We assess both your output and how you think in real time. The exercise will be relevant to your role (e.g. analysis, strategy, or process design).

    • For engineering roles: A 90-min live technical interview on CoderPad covering code understanding, review, system design, and product thinking (with AI serving as a collaboration tool).

  4. Step 3 – Leadership interview (45 min): Conversation with a SteerCo member and a Founder.

  5. References: Up to 3 calls with former colleagues or managers.

☕ You may also be invited for coffee with team members to get a feel for our culture.

Lead Remote Posted 5 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Company Description

👋🏼 We’re Nagarro.

We are a digital product engineering company that is scaling in a big way! We build products, services, and experiences that inspire, excite, and delight. We work at scale — across all devices and digital mediums, and our people exist everywhere in the world (18 000+ experts across 39 countries, to be exact). Our work culture is dynamic and non-hierarchical. We’re looking for great new colleagues. That’s where you come in!

By this point in your career, it is not just about the tech you know or how well you can code. It is about what more you want to do with that knowledge. Can you help your teammates proceed in the right direction? Can you tackle the challenges our clients face while always looking to take our solutions one step further to succeed at an even higher level? Yes? You may be ready to join us.

Job Description

About our team

Product Studio helps organizations define, design, build, and scale products, services, experiences, and AI-enabled capabilities. We work with enterprise organizations navigating technology shifts, changing customer expectations, product innovation, and the growing impact of AI. Our work sits at the intersection of business, technology, product, design, and transformation. We help organizations understand what is changing, identify where opportunities exist, and create a path forward.

About the role

We’re looking for a Marketing & Growth Lead to help Product Studio create awareness, generate opportunities, and accelerate growth. This is not a traditional marketing role. You won’t inherit a large team, a large budget, or a mature growth engine. You’ll help build it. You’ll work directly with Product Studio leaders, practitioners, account teams, customers, and partners to turn expertise into awareness, conversations, opportunities, and revenue. One day you might be refining positioning. The next you might be publishing thought leadership, launching a campaign, supporting a strategic pursuit, organizing an event, building a partnership, or experimenting with a new growth channel. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building, creating, and figuring things out.

What You’ll Do

  • Shape Product Studio’s positioning, messaging, and market narrative
  • Turn expertise into thought leadership, content, case studies, presentations, and campaigns
  • Create and run growth initiatives that generate awareness, engagement, and opportunities
  • Activate channels, communities, partnerships, events, and programs that expand our reach
  • Support strategic pursuits with compelling client-facing content and presentations
  • Collaborate with account teams to create and accelerate opportunities
  • Measure results, learn quickly, and continuously improve the growth engine
  • Use AI and emerging technologies to improve how content, campaigns, and growth initiatives are created and executed

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills
  • Experience creating growth through content, campaigns, community, partnerships, or GTM initiatives
  • Ability to move comfortably between strategy and execution
  • Strong business judgment and curiosity
  • Experience working with enterprise, B2B, technology, consulting, software, or product-focused organizations
  • Ability to turn expertise and complex ideas into compelling market-facing content
  • Demonstrated use of AI to improve the quality, speed, and scale of your work
  • A bias for action, experimentation, and learning
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building from scratch
  • A portfolio that demonstrates measurable business impact

Enterprise Context Matters

Most of our clients are enterprise organizations navigating technology, AI, product, and business transformation challenges. We’re less interested in traditional marketing experience and more interested in people who can help sophisticated ideas find the right audience and create meaningful business outcomes. Experience creating content, campaigns, thought leadership, or growth initiatives for enterprise and B2B audiences is highly valuable.

AI and Emerging Technology

Technology is changing how products are built, how organizations operate, and how growth happens. We’re looking for someone who actively incorporates AI into their daily work and continuously adapts as new capabilities emerge. The goal isn’t to use AI because it’s new. The goal is to create better outcomes, move faster, and increase leverage.

Additional Information

Portfolio Requirements

Portfolio is required. Please include examples that demonstrate:

  • Thought leadership
  • Articles and content
  • Campaigns
  • Positioning and messaging work
  • Executive presentations
  • Events or community initiatives
  • GTM programs
  • Growth initiatives
  • Measurable business outcomes

We’re interested in understanding how you think, what you created, and what impact it had. Be prepared to discuss your specific contributions, decisions, and results. We care more about evidence than credentials. We’re interested in what you’ve built, launched, written, created, and influenced. If this sounds like the kind of work you enjoy, we’d love to hear from you.

Marketing Senior B2C Marketing Manager (Lifecycle & Growth) at Accretive Capital LLC

Senior marketing operator runs email, SMS, and conversion funnel programs to drive subscriber growth and revenue, owning end-to-end lifecycle campaigns and experimentation.

Senior Remote Posted 5 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Senior B2C Marketing Manager (Lifecycle & Growth)

Department: Marketing, B2C Location: Remote Type: Full-Time Reports to: VP, B2C Marketing & Operations

Why This Role Exists

Benzinga is a high-velocity financial media company with a fast-growing B2C subscription business. Every message we send and every page we build moves a real revenue number, and this is the senior operator who owns that work end to end.

You will run our email and SMS programs, build and optimize the funnels that turn free users into trials and trials into paying subscribers, and drive a continuous experimentation cadence across all of it. You work with real autonomy: read the funnel, decide what to test next, build it, ship it, and own the result.

If you want a role where your work ships weekly, where the test you launched on Monday shows up in the revenue dashboard by Friday, and where there is a clear path to grow as the function scales, this is it.

What You Will Own

Three areas, equally weighted. You own the outcome on each.

  • Email and SMS. Own customer journeys, campaigns, promotions, and lifecycle communications for subscribers from day 1 to day 365, across both channels, coordinated so the two reinforce rather than collide.
  • Funnel and conversion. Build and optimize the landing pages, signup flows, and checkout experiences that move users from interest to paid, plus the event and webinar workflows that feed the funnel.
  • Experimentation. Own the testing roadmap across your channels and pages. Decide what to test next based on what the funnel is telling you, ship it, scale what works, kill what doesn’t, and report the revenue impact.

Across all three, you own the numbers on your programs, protect deliverability and list health, and keep attribution clean so every send and page is traceable to a source and a result.

How You Will Work

You will sit on a small, high-tempo B2C team and partner daily with paid media, product and engineering, content, and data science. We run on shared dashboards and one set of numbers. We move fast, we test constantly, and we bring problems early with a proposed solution attached.

What You Bring

Must-Haves

  • 5 to 8 years in B2C email, growth, CRM, or conversion marketing, ideally in subscription, media, or e-commerce.
  • Deep ESP fluency. You have built and owned journeys, segments, broadcasts, and triggered sends in a modern ESP, and you can ramp on a new one fast. Comfort across a range of email platforms is a strong plus.
  • SMS program experience. You have built and run an SMS program, including consent, compliance, and deliverability, not just sent a few campaigns.
  • Funnel and conversion depth. You have built and optimized landing pages, checkout flows, and signup funnels, and you can point to conversion wins you drove.
  • Self-directed builder. You take a revenue goal, decide what to build, and ship it yourself with care and accuracy. You do not need a task list, and you sweat the details and the QA.
  • Strong analytical judgment. You read performance data, spot the trend, form the hypothesis, and translate it into the next test. Comfort with spreadsheets is required; SQL is a plus.
  • Experimentation discipline. You run always-on testing as a default way of working and can show wins you owned end to end.
  • Compliance reflex. You instinctively catch performance-claim and promotional-language risk on your sends and pages before they ship. In financial media this is a default, not an afterthought.
  • Strong copy sense. You write subject lines, SMS hooks, and CTAs that earn the open and the click, and you can match and set brand voice.
  • Fluency with UTM tracking and attribution models.
  • Excellent written communication, sharp project management, and the discipline to run multiple programs at once without dropping a detail.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with onsite experimentation platforms.
  • Exposure to subscription billing systems and the entitlement logic behind paywalls and trials.
  • Experience with webinar and live-event marketing.

How Success Is Measured

At a high level, you own the growth and retention numbers on the programs you run: new and net subscription revenue influenced by your work, conversion through the funnel, engagement and deliverability across email and SMS, and the throughput and impact of your experimentation. We will get specific about targets and scorecards in the interview process.

The Growth Path

This is a senior individual-contributor role with real upside. The B2C function is scaling, and the operator who owns this execution layer becomes the person whose judgment shapes how we run lifecycle, SMS, and conversion across the business. There is room to grow into an operating-partner or leadership track as the function expands. Strong performance is visible, measurable, and rewarded.

Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive salary with performance-based upside.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Remote-first, flexible work arrangements.
  • Generous PTO and paid holidays.
  • Professional development and a front-row seat to a fast-moving subscription business.
