  • Strong understanding of India enterprise buying dynamics, including the role of trust, regulation, partners, SI ecosystems, and local proof points.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

  • Experience working closely with Sales, GTM, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Comms teams in a matrixed organization.

  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, with strong stakeholder management and influence skills across business, policy, product, and GTM audiences.

  • Experience managing teams, agencies, vendors, and regional or local partners in India preferred.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience marketing AI, developer, or highly technical products.

  • Familiarity with regulated industries or trust-sensitive enterprise environments.

  • Prior experience leading India, South Asia, regional, or global marketing scopes.

Come be a part of something bigger than just a job—build your career with an employee-owned company that invests in you!

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Candidates must be willing to work West Coast hours to ensure strong partnership with stakeholders.

Working closely with the Senior Director of Marketing, Business Development, executive leadership, and subject matter experts, you will organize Teague’s expertise, case studies, thought leadership, strategic priorities, and business development needs into a clear, repeatable marketing system.

This is not a traditional demand generation or campaign management role. Success will be measured by your ability to create clarity, establish repeatable processes, develop strategic marketing assets, and leave behind a framework that supports long-term growth.

Travel Expectations

Occasional domestic and international travel to support client and/or vendor projects or meetings.

WHO YOU ARE:

You’re a master builder with a designer’s eye - equal parts craftsman and creative problem-solver. You thrive in hands-on environments where ideas move fast and precision matters. Whether you’re interpreting CAD drawings or bringing a napkin sketch to life, you have the technical skills and intuitive judgment to build with excellence.

You’re fluent in working with materials like wood, metal, foam, and composites, and you understand how to pivot seamlessly between prototypes and polished presentations. Collaboration energizes you—you enjoy working alongside designers, engineers, and clients to troubleshoot, refine, and execute builds that push boundaries.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

OWNING:

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Assess Teague’s current marketing, content, and business development efforts.
  • Develop a repeatable marketing operating framework that connects service offerings, strategic themes, proof points, buyer needs, business development priorities, and marketing activities.

  • Create practical decision-making frameworks that help prioritize marketing initiatives and investments.

THINKING:

Content Strategy & Thought Leadership

  • Identify content opportunities and gaps across Teague’s service offerings and strategic growth priorities.
  • Develop a content architecture that connects thought leadership, case studies, proof points, and business development needs.
  • Transform existing project work and expertise into reusable marketing assets.
  • Create executive briefings, insight articles, account-focused materials, and other strategic marketing content.

DOING:

Business Development Enablement

  • Design practical approaches for distributing marketing assets throughout long-cycle, relationship-driven business development efforts.
  • Develop playbooks for executive engagement, event follow-up, strategic account support, and thought leadership distribution.
  • Pilot account engagement approaches with the Business Development team and refine recommendations based on results.

Capability Building

  • Facilitate workshops and interviews with leadership, subject matter experts, and Business Development.
  • Develop templates, governance, and documentation that support ongoing execution.
  • Train the internal marketing team on the operating framework and supporting tools.
  • Present recommendations and progress to executive leadership throughout the engagement.

SUCCESS INDICATORS:

  • By the end of the engagement, Teague will have:
  • A documented marketing operating framework.
  • A visual marketing architecture connecting service offerings, strategic themes, proof points, target accounts, marketing activities, and business development.
  • A 12-month marketing operating plan.
  • A content architecture and editorial roadmap.
  • Business development engagement and distribution playbooks.
  • A pilot library of reusable marketing assets.
  • Templates, documentation, and training materials that enable the internal marketing team to own and evolve the framework.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic B2B marketing, professional services marketing, consulting, or marketing leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience building marketing operating models, strategic planning frameworks, content architectures, or business development enablement programs.
  • Experience supporting relationship-driven business development within consulting, engineering, architecture, design, aerospace, defense, industrial, or similarly complex B2B organizations strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional interviewing, facilitation, writing, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong systems-thinking, organizational, and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Ability to translate complex technical expertise into compelling business narratives.
  • Experience working with HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Marketing Director, Lifecycle Marketing at Going

Director leads lifecycle marketing strategy and execution across email, push, in-app, and web channels for 2M+ members, managing team, reporting, and AI-enhanced automation initiatives.

Lead Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About the role

As Going’s Director, Lifecycle Marketing, you will own the strategy, execution, and performance of the member lifecycle for our 2M+ monthly active members across email, push, in-app, and web — from onboarding through winback. You will set the roadmap, own the lifecycle calendar, build the reporting that tracks our impact, and lead and develop the lifecycle team. This is a semi-technical leadership role: you’ll be the senior owner of our Braze CRM and the go-to partner for Product, Engineering, and Data & Insights, while pushing the program toward AI-enhanced efficiency and automation at scale.

Why we’re hiring for this role now: As the world’s favorite cheap flight alert platform, we’re constantly looking for ways to improve our members’ experience. By hiring a Director, Lifecycle Marketing we will significantly improve our members’ experience from the moment they sign up and throughout their years of membership. You will report to the VP, Marketing.

In the short term, you will

  • Develop a deep understanding of Going’s Braze integration, lifecycle program, and marketing tech stack, identifying the highest-impact opportunities to improve member experience and business results.

  • Take ownership of the lifecycle calendar and campaign workflows, establishing clear intake, prioritization, QA, and conflict-free scheduling.

  • Build a consolidated view of lifecycle performance and establish a reporting cadence with leadership.

  • Get to know your team — their goals, strengths, and development areas — and establish your management rhythm (1:1s, rituals, priorities).

  • Publish a prioritized lifecycle roadmap and experimentation plan.

In the long term, you will

  • Own the strategy, enhancement, and execution of the full lifecycle program. Including scaling personalized, omni-channel communications across email, push, in-app, and web that support the Going mobile app, website, and new-to-market product value.

  • Own performance and reporting end-to-end (onboarding through winback), continually improving key metrics like activation, adoption, engagement, retention, and LTV, and owning the dashboards that track and socialize results.

  • Apply AI to all relevant automated journeys to increase program performance and team efficiency.

  • Translate business goals into delivery requirements — data, segmentation, targeting logic, and dynamic content — partnering closely with Data, Product, and Engineering teams on technical projects.

  • Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing lifecycle team that approaches problem-solving with a member-first mindset and a strong testing culture.

What you know

Required:

  • 8+ years in lifecycle/CRM/retention marketing for B2C brands (ideally a consumer app or subscription business), with 3+ years leading and developing people.

  • Proven ownership of an end-to-end lifecycle program across multiple channels (email, push, in-app, web), including calendar ownership and program governance.

  • Deep, hands-on expertise in Braze (or a comparable enterprise CRM) — Canvas, segmentation, behavioral triggers, and personalization/Liquid logic.

  • Strong analytical skills: cohort analysis, LTV modeling, A/B testing, and retention/funnel reporting. Comfortable building and socializing dashboards. SQL experience or willingness to learn.

  • Hands-on experience applying AI to lifecycle marketing — e.g., AI-driven personalization, send-time optimization, predictive segmentation, dynamic content, and automation — with the judgment to evaluate AI outputs against brand and quality standards and awareness of data privacy/governance.

  • Track record of partnering with Data, Product, and Engineering to ship technical projects; able to translate fluently between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • A strong copywriter who can write clear, on-brand, high-converting copy across email, push, in-app, and web. You’re not a designer, but you write well, give sharp and constructive creative critique, and raise the quality bar across the team.

  • Proven campaign development chops — you can take a campaign from concept and brief through messaging, creative direction, and execution, and you partner effectively with designers (strong briefs, balancing brand voice with performance).

  • Outstanding project management and organization; a self-starter who balances multiple priorities and follows through.

  • Goal-oriented, with a track record of setting and achieving long-term performance metrics. Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, wearing multiple hats and working on a breadth of projects.

  • You’re legally authorized to work in the United States and able to work US-hours.

Preferred:

  • Experience at a consumer subscription or membership business; experience scaling lifecycle for a mobile app.

  • Experience building toward an AI-native or highly automated lifecycle system.

  • Familiarity with CDPs, deliverability, and the broader lifecycle/orchestration tech stack.

Benefits & Perks you’ll love…

  • The salary for this role starts at $175,000 + equity

  • 100% remote work environment

  • Annual team retreats, with past destinations including Scottsdale, Washington D.C., Vancouver, and Mexico City.

  • Open vacation policy, with a 15-day minimum

  • Comprehensive health, vision, dental, and life insurance

  • 401(k) with a 5% match

  • $750/quarter remote work, wellness, and wisdom stipend

  • Up to 12 weeks of paid family leave

  • Meetup stipend when you cross paths with a co-worker

  • Continuing education & development reimbursement

  • Challenging problems to solve and an awesome team to collaborate with every single day

We want you to bring your authentic self to work every single day. We accept you for who you are and consider everyone on an equal opportunity basis without regard to ancestry; age; appearance; color; gender identity and/or expression; genetics; family or parental status; marital, civil union, or domestic partnership status; mental, physical, or sensory disability; national, social or ethnic origin; past or present military service; sexual orientation; socioeconomic status; race; religion or belief; hair length; organ donor status. Head of Brand & Corporate Marketing builds and scales Veriff's brand platform, content strategy, and market narrative to drive pipeline and establish category leadership.

Lead Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Veriff is building the trust infrastructure that powers the internet and the world needs to know it. As Head of Corporate Marketing, you will own how Veriff shows up in the world: our brand, our voice, our presence in the market, and the content that earns us credibility at every stage of the buyer journey.

This is a build and transform role. You will bring together Brand, Content, and Design under a single mandate: make Veriff impossible to ignore in the markets we are going after. In your first year, success will be defined by sharpening our category narrative, elevating our brand presence in priority verticals, and building a high-impact brand and content engine that directly supports pipeline.

Reporting to the CMO, you will build and run a high-performance, lean team that delivers at scale. You are a storyteller, a strategist, and an operator, someone who can shape the narrative, raise the bar on execution, and tie it all back to business outcomes.

What you’ll do?

Brand & Narrative

  • Own Veriff’s brand platform (positioning, narrative, visual identity, and voice) and ensure it is applied consistently across every customer, partner, and employee touchpoint
  • Own Veriff’s brand architecture and messaging framework across corporate, product, and solution marketing.
  • Translate our trust infrastructure positioning into a clear, differentiated market narrative that sets us apart in a crowded identity verification landscape
  • Partner closely with Product and Product Marketing to evolve the narrative as our portfolio and category expand
  • Lead category-building initiatives that position Veriff as a leader in digital trust

Content & Thought Leadership

  • Build and own a content strategy that serves both pipeline and brand goals with efficient and transparent data reporting
  • Develop a content engine that equips Sales with high-impact, credible materials for priority accounts and deals while establishing Veriff as the authority in identity and trust
  • Oversee the development of customer stories, thought leadership, solution messaging, sales content, and digital experiences that establish Veriff as the category leader.
  • Partner closely with Revenue Marketing to ensure content drives conversion and enterprise pipeline, not just awareness
  • Implement AI-assisted workflows to scale content production without sacrificing quality

Owned Channels & Brand Activation

  • Own the strategy for how Veriff’s brand and content are activated across owned channels, including web, social, and digital experiences.
  • Build an authentic and credible executive social presence that strengthens brand authority and market relevance
  • Amplify key moments including product launches, customer wins, and thought leadership to maximize reach and share of voice

Design & Creative

  • Lead the creative and web development team responsible for all brand-aligned visual output across marketing, web, events, and sales enablement
  • Establish and maintain a design system that enables teams across Veriff to produce high-quality, on-brand work at scale

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Revenue Marketing and Product Marketing to ensure messaging is consistent and effective across all customer touchpoints
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Account Management to support pipeline through customer stories, vertical narratives, and deal-enabling content
  • Measure and report on brand awareness, website engagement, content performance, and pipeline influence.

You Are the Right Future Veriffian for This Job If You Have

  • 10+ years of marketing leadership experience, including ownership of brand, corporate marketing, or creative strategy in a B2B technology or SaaS company
  • Proven ability to build and lead lean, high-performing teams that deliver outsized impact
  • A track record of elevating a company’s market presence through brand, content, creative, and digital experiences with clear business results
  • Strong content and storytelling instincts. You know how to build narrative that resonates and converts
  • Strong understanding of modern brand building, content strategy, digital storytelling, and AI-enabled marketing operations.
  • Experience operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment, ideally in identity, fintech, security, or a related category
  • Exceptional communication skills and a high bar for quality in everything that leaves your team
  • Experience managing agencies and external partners to extend team impact

  • Own GTM for product launches and major releases from positioning through market activation

Marketing Head of Brand & Corporate Marketing at Veriff

Head of Brand & Corporate Marketing builds and leads brand, content, and design strategy to establish market presence, drive pipeline, and position Veriff as a category leader in digital trust.

Job Description

About our team

Product Studio helps organizations define, design, build, and scale products, services, experiences, and AI-enabled capabilities. We work with enterprise organizations navigating technology shifts, changing customer expectations, product innovation, and the growing impact of AI. Our work sits at the intersection of business, technology, product, design, and transformation. We help organizations understand what is changing, identify where opportunities exist, and create a path forward.

About the role

We’re looking for a Marketing & Growth Lead to help Product Studio create awareness, generate opportunities, and accelerate growth. This is not a traditional marketing role. You won’t inherit a large team, a large budget, or a mature growth engine. You’ll help build it. You’ll work directly with Product Studio leaders, practitioners, account teams, customers, and partners to turn expertise into awareness, conversations, opportunities, and revenue. One day you might be refining positioning. The next you might be publishing thought leadership, launching a campaign, supporting a strategic pursuit, organizing an event, building a partnership, or experimenting with a new growth channel. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building, creating, and figuring things out.

What You’ll Do

  • Shape Product Studio’s positioning, messaging, and market narrative
  • Turn expertise into thought leadership, content, case studies, presentations, and campaigns
  • Create and run growth initiatives that generate awareness, engagement, and opportunities
  • Activate channels, communities, partnerships, events, and programs that expand our reach
  • Support strategic pursuits with compelling client-facing content and presentations
  • Collaborate with account teams to create and accelerate opportunities
  • Measure results, learn quickly, and continuously improve the growth engine
  • Use AI and emerging technologies to improve how content, campaigns, and growth initiatives are created and executed

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills
  • Experience creating growth through content, campaigns, community, partnerships, or GTM initiatives
  • Ability to move comfortably between strategy and execution
  • Strong business judgment and curiosity
  • Experience working with enterprise, B2B, technology, consulting, software, or product-focused organizations
  • Ability to turn expertise and complex ideas into compelling market-facing content
  • Demonstrated use of AI to improve the quality, speed, and scale of your work
  • A bias for action, experimentation, and learning
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building from scratch
  • A portfolio that demonstrates measurable business impact

Enterprise Context Matters

Most of our clients are enterprise organizations navigating technology, AI, product, and business transformation challenges. We’re less interested in traditional marketing experience and more interested in people who can help sophisticated ideas find the right audience and create meaningful business outcomes. Experience creating content, campaigns, thought leadership, or growth initiatives for enterprise and B2B audiences is highly valuable.

AI and Emerging Technology

Technology is changing how products are built, how organizations operate, and how growth happens. We’re looking for someone who actively incorporates AI into their daily work and continuously adapts as new capabilities emerge. The goal isn’t to use AI because it’s new. The goal is to create better outcomes, move faster, and increase leverage.

Additional Information

Portfolio Requirements

Portfolio is required. Please include examples that demonstrate:

  • Thought leadership
  • Articles and content
  • Campaigns
  • Positioning and messaging work
  • Executive presentations
  • Events or community initiatives
  • GTM programs
  • Growth initiatives
  • Measurable business outcomes

We’re interested in understanding how you think, what you created, and what impact it had. Be prepared to discuss your specific contributions, decisions, and results. We care more about evidence than credentials. We’re interested in what you’ve built, launched, written, created, and influenced. If this sounds like the kind of work you enjoy, we’d love to hear from you.

Marketing Sr. Principal Technical Product Marketing Manager at 6sense

Develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for a technical platform pillar, translating complex capabilities into differentiated stories for technical and economic buyers.

Lead Posted 6 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Our Mission:

6sense’s mission is to multiply what matters: growth, retention, and efficiency.  We envision a future where companies, teams and people reach their full potential.

Our People:

People are the heart and soul of 6sense. We serve with passion and purpose. We live by our Being 6sense values of Win as One Team, Stay Curious, Do The Right Thing, Own the Outcome, and Create Belonging.  Every 6sensor plays a part in dening the future of our industry-leading technology.  6sense is a place where difference-makers roll up their sleeves, take risks, act with integrity, and measure success by the value we create for our customers.  We want 6sense to be the best chapter of your career.

Sr. Principal Technical Product Marketing Manager – Foundation Pillar

Team: Product Marketing

Reports to: VP, Product Marketing

About the Role

6sense is the GTM Intelligence Platform, and Foundation is the layer the rest of it stands on — “platform, data, infrastructure: the backbone everything builds on.” It owns account and people data, matching and identity, the APIs and MCP framework, security and connectors, signal publication, and the workflows that move data through the system. When buyers ask whether 6sense is accurate, extensible, secure, and composable, the answer lives here.

We’re looking for a Principal Technical Product Marketing Manager to own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for the Foundation pillar. This is the most technical seat on the PMM team. You’ll translate deep capabilities — identity resolution, data coverage and accuracy, API extensibility, the MCP framework, security and compliance — into differentiated stories that win over the technical and economic buyers who scrutinize them: RevOps architects, IT and security teams, data leaders, and increasingly developers building agentic GTM stacks.

You’ll also carry one of the most strategically important narratives in the company: that 6sense is a composable intelligence layer other systems and AI agents plug into — “AI to the data, not data to the AI” — rather than a closed destination. With the MCP framework moving to GA, this is a present-tense story, and you’ll be the one who tells it credibly.

What You’ll Own

  • Positioning and messaging for the Foundation pillar — platform, data, infrastructure, identity and matching, APIs and the MCP framework, security and connectors, signal publication, and workflows. You set the narrative and keep it coherent with the Intelligence and Activation pillars.
  • Technical proof. Turn capability into credibility: architecture explainers, technical briefs and whitepapers, benchmarks, and reference narratives that substantiate the “backbone everything builds on” claim — especially around data accuracy, coverage, and identity resolution.
  • The composable / MCP-agent story. Own the infrastructure-layer narrative — 6sense as the data and intelligence layer that agentic GTM stacks compose with. Lead GTM for the MCP framework and the developer / technical-buyer audience it opens up.
  • Differentiation for the data and identity layer. Make the case against point data providers and infrastructure alternatives — coverage, match rates, identity quality, enrichment, security posture — and arm the field to win on it.
  • Field and partner enablement for technical evaluations. Build the battlecards, objection handling, FAQs, and solution content that win RFPs, security reviews, and technical POCs. Partner with Sales Engineering to make the technical buyer’s diligence a place 6sense wins.
  • Launches. Drive end-to-end GTM for Foundation releases: new data assets, API and MCP capabilities, security packages (SCIM, SSO role mapping, audit, custom roles), connectors, and workflow features.
  • Cross-functional partnership. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Foundation Product and Engineering leaders to shape roadmap-to-market, and with Customer Success to surface the post-sale and admin/security use cases that prove the platform’s breadth.
  • Market and competitive intelligence for the data and platform layer, feeding insight back into roadmap and pricing/packaging conversations.

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years in product marketing, technical product management, or a closely related function, with substantial technical PMM experience for platform, data, infrastructure, API, or developer products.
  • A proven ability to translate technical concepts — APIs, data pipelines, identity resolution, integrations, security, and AI/agent architectures like MCP — into crisp positioning and business value, without losing the engineers in the room or the buyers outside it.
  • A track record owning messaging for technical products and enabling technical sales motions (Sales Engineering, RFPs, security reviews, POCs).
  • Hands-on, not hand-wavy. You’ll personally call the APIs, stand up and configure the MCP server, connect it to an agent, and build the demo — and your messaging is sharper because you’ve done the thing, not just read the spec.
  • Strong writing — you can produce content that is technically rigorous and genuinely clear, from a one-line value prop to an architecture whitepaper.
  • Fluency with the B2B SaaS buyer, ideally in martech, RevTech, or data platforms, and comfort selling to technical and economic buyers (RevOps architects, IT, security, data teams, developers).
  • The judgment and presence to operate as a senior individual contributor: set strategy, lead cross-functionally without authority, and influence product and executive stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on familiarity with data enrichment and identity (waterfall enrichment, matching, intent data), MCP and agentic AI architectures, or composable/API-first platforms.
  • Experience marketing to developers or technical evaluators, including documentation-adjacent and developer-community work.
  • Background in or adjacent to GTM intelligence, ABM, sales intelligence, CDP, iPaaS, or identity platforms.

What Success Looks Like

In your first 6–12 months, Foundation has a differentiated, defensible position that technical buyers recognize; the composable/MCP infrastructure story is landed with the field and the market as something that exists today, not a roadmap promise; the data and identity credibility story is substantiated with proof, not assertion; and the field has the enablement to win the technical evaluation every time it comes.

As our Head of Marketing, you’ll lead all demand generation efforts, balancing two key priorities:

  • Run the Engine – Build and scale always-on programs that ensure Truv is consistently in front of in-market buyers and turning interest into pipeline.

  • Find the Next Stair Step of Growth – Design strategic campaigns that generate new spikes in demand, unlock expansion, and open up new customer segments.

You’ll be both the architect and operator of this engine, collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success while leading a growing marketing team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Full-Funnel Demand Generation: Craft multi-channel strategies (ABM, paid media, content, webinars, events, partnerships, email, SEO) that scale both field and digital revenue pipelines.

  • PLG Strategy & Execution: Drive self-serve onboarding, trial sign-ups, usage-based growth, and product-qualified leads conversion. Build cadence and channels to accelerate free-to-paid conversion.

  • Messaging & Positioning: Collaborate with Product Marketing to refine Truv’s positioning, highlighting real-time data, borrower empowerment, GSE alignment, and efficiency in lending workflows.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align marketing with Sales, Product, RevOps, and Customer Success to optimize funnel flows from awareness to revenue.

  • Analytics & Optimization: Monitor critical KPIs: MQLs, PQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, CAC, ROI, and leverage data to continually iterate and scale marketing impact.

  • Team Leadership & Enablement: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team across demand, product marketing, content, and growth engineering.

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Manage marketing budgets, forecast pipeline impact, and deliver transparent results to executive leadership.

Who You Are:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including leading demand generation and PLG initiatives.

  • Has carried a quota and comes from a BDR or Sales background, with a revenue-owner’s mindset toward pipeline and results.

  • Proven track record scaling marketing motion from early-stage inbound pipeline to enterprise and self-serve revenue growth.

  • Hands-on experience with PLG playbooks, driving growth with usage-based models, onboarding flows, and conversion optimization.

  • Deep expertise in marketing tech stack: CRM (HubSpot), MQL/PQL scoring, automation and enrichment tools (Clay), analytics dashboards, and heavy use of Claude Code in day-to-day workflows.

  • Comfortable writing code to build marketing tooling, automations, and experiments (vibe coding is fine) and working in GitHub.

  • Strong analytical mindset; proven experience in data-driven funnel optimization and attribution modeling.

  • Exceptional leadership skills with a history of building cross-functional teams and enabling SDR/BDR alignment.

  • Experience marketing fintech or verification solutions to financial institutions or lending verticals preferred.

Nice to Have:

  • Platform-builder mindset, scaling repeatable GTM processes.

  • Experience running ABM programs targeting enterprise lenders and credit unions.

Marketing Head of Marketing at BlueOptima

Head of Marketing owns full marketing strategy, budget, and execution with focus on generating sales pipeline through content campaigns, paid channels, webinars, and field marketing.

Lead Posted 6 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Company Description

BlueOptima is an engineering intelligence platform trusted by some of the world’s largest banks, insurers, and enterprises. We give CTOs, CIOs, and engineering leaders the objective data they need to measure software engineering productivity, prove AI ROI, and reduce delivery risk.

The conversation we sit in the middle of is one of the most pressing in enterprise technology right now. Every large organisation is rolling out AI coding tools and nobody can tell their board whether it is actually working. We can. Our research and our platform provide the answer, and we are building the commercial engine to get that message in front of the people who need to hear it.

Job Description

This is a senior marketing hire reporting directly to the CRO. You will own the full marketing function including strategy, budget, campaign execution, and pipeline contribution. Your primary accountability is marketing-sourced pipeline. Not impressions, not MQL volume for its own sake, but discovery meetings that turn into revenue.

You will have direct access to the CRO, full ownership of the marketing budget, and the ability to make decisions and move fast without layers of approval. You will manage a content manager, work with external creative support, and partner closely with our sales development and account executive teams to run a joined-up go-to-market motion. You will also work with RevOps to make sure HubSpot, lead scoring, and attribution are working the way they should.

This is a hands-on role. You will be setting strategy and executing it yourself. If you are looking for a role where you brief agencies and review decks, this is not it.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Owning the marketing-sourced pipeline target and reporting on it weekly to the CRO
  • Running major content-led campaigns across the year built around our research, each with a full asset kit including landing page, email nurture, SDR sequences, webinar, supporting blogs, sales one-pager, and social content
  • Managing paid channels including LinkedIn ABM and paid search, making budget decisions based on conversion data not assumptions
  • Running the webinar programme from topic selection through to post-event follow-up
  • Planning and delivering a field marketing and executive event programme
  • Owning HubSpot campaign tracking, UTM structure, lead scoring, and MQL routing in partnership with RevOps
  • Briefing and managing content and social support to deliver the creative and social layer of each campaign
  • Making the BlueOptima brand show up consistently and credibly in the places our buyers spend time

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

You will have at least eight years in B2B marketing with a meaningful chunk of that in enterprise SaaS. You have owned a pipeline number before and you are comfortable being held to one. You know the difference between a marketing qualified lead and a real buying signal and you build programmes around that distinction.

You are strong on HubSpot. Not at an admin level but at a level where you can look at a lead scoring model, a routing workflow, or an attribution report and know immediately whether it is set up correctly. You understand how long enterprise deals take to close and you build your campaigns accordingly.

You are a good writer and a good briefer. The campaigns we run are research-led and content-heavy. You do not need to produce everything yourself but you need strong enough judgement to know what good looks like and to get it out of the people around you.

Experience in developer tooling, DevOps, cybersecurity, or any SaaS product sold to engineering leadership is a genuine advantage. You will understand the buyer faster and the learning curve will be shorter.

What We Are Not Looking For:

Someone who has spent their career in high-velocity SMB or product-led growth environments will find this role a difficult adjustment. Our sales cycles run five to eight months and our buyers are CTOs and CFOs. The motion is deliberate, account-based, and relationship-driven.

We are also not looking for someone who leads with brand. Brand matters but it is not the job. The job is pipeline.

What Success Looks Like:

After twelve months you will have delivered the marketing-sourced pipeline target, improved MQL to meeting conversion meaningfully, executed four major campaigns with measurable pipeline contribution, and built a marketing motion that the sales team trusts and relies on.

Additional Information

Benefits we offer :

  • London HQ, 3 days in office, 2 remote
  • 32 days holiday including bank holidays
  • 12 weeks paid maternity and paternity leave
  • 4 weeks per year flexible remote working from anywhere
  • Annual Leave purchase (up to 10 extra days)
  • Work from Home Equipment allowance
  • Pet friendly office
  • Sponsored Learning Opportunities
  • Cycle2work scheme
  • Team Socials
