Marketing Content Marketing Manager, Professional Learning & Growth at Colibri Group

Owns go-to-market strategy and launches for professional learning courses, coordinating curriculum development, writing marketing materials, and analyzing engagement data to scale educator offerings.

Mid Posted about 13 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

At Colibri Group, culture is at the heart of everything we do. Our values Love, Joy, Boldness, Teamwork, and Curiosity,  guide how we work together, support our customers, and make a difference in the communities we serve.

Colibri Group is a leader in online professional education, serving more than one million learners each year across a family of trusted education brands. Moreland University, part of our Teacher Education Ecosystem, supports educators around the world through innovative pathways into the teaching profession and continued professional growth.

Come Build What’s Next

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager – Professional Learning to help build and scale Moreland University’s professional learning offering for educators.

This is an individual contributor role with meaningful ownership over a new area of growth for Moreland. We’ve spent the last several years testing professional learning experiences with educators and have seen strong interest and demand. Now, we’re ready to turn that momentum into a scalable portfolio of on-demand courses, learning journeys, live experiences, and ultimately new subscription-based offerings.

You’ll own the professional learning go-to-market calendar and help move new offerings from idea through launch — partnering closely with faculty and subject matter experts who develop the curriculum while you provide project leadership, audience insight, editorial guidance, and marketing expertise.

We’re looking for a content marketer first: someone who can write, position, launch, and promote educational offerings while keeping multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines moving forward. Experience working with educators, teachers, EdTech, professional learning, or another teacher-facing audience will be especially valuable.

You should be equally comfortable writing a landing page, building a launch calendar, guiding a subject matter expert through a project, reviewing learning materials for quality and audience fit, and looking at engagement data to determine what we should build next.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the professional learning portfolio and launch calendar, helping prioritize, plan, and bring new on-demand courses, learning journeys, certificates, microcredentials, webinars, and other educator experiences to market

  • Lead projects from concept through launch, coordinating faculty, subject matter experts, creative partners, and cross-functional teams while keeping timelines, deliverables, and launch readiness on track

  • Create compelling short and long form marketing content including landing pages, course titles and descriptions, email campaigns, blog content, promotional messaging, participant communications, and sales enablement materials

  • Build and execute go-to-market strategies that drive awareness, registrations, subscriptions, repeat engagement, and long-term growth across Moreland’s professional learning portfolio

  • Use learner feedback, participation data, market insights, and performance metrics to improve existing offerings, identify new opportunities, and help scale professional learning into a meaningful new growth channel for Moreland

What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in content marketing or a closely related role, ideally within education, EdTech, professional learning, online learning, or another educator-facing environment

  • Direct experience creating marketing content and bringing programs, educational offerings, digital content, courses, events, or similar products to market not simply supporting content after launch

  • Strong writing and editorial skills across short- and long-form content, with the ability to translate educational concepts into clear, engaging messaging for teachers and other educator audiences

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from idea through execution, including coordinating subject matter experts or other partners who own specialized content

  • A combination of creative thinking, organization, audience empathy, and commercial awareness, with the ability to use performance insights to improve engagement and inform what gets built next

A bachelor’s degree is required. A degree in marketing, communications, education, instructional design, English, journalism, or a related field is preferred.

Experience as an educator, former teacher, or in another teacher-facing role is a meaningful plus. Experience with subscription-based products, learning platforms, digital content libraries, or professional learning portfolios is also valuable.

Tools, Platforms, and Methodologies You May Use

Experience with every tool or platform below is not required. We care most about your ability to create excellent content, manage work effectively, collaborate with experts, and use technology thoughtfully to improve how you work.

  • Content management and email marketing platforms

  • Project management and collaboration tools

  • Learning management or digital learning platforms

  • Analytics and performance-reporting tools

  • AI-assisted content and productivity tools, including Claude or similar platforms

We believe AI can be a powerful partner in the creative and operational process. You’ll be encouraged to use it thoughtfully to improve efficiency, support content development, and strengthen the learner experience while maintaining high standards for originality, quality, and brand integrity.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Build something new: You’ll help take a successful professional learning concept and turn it into a scalable offering for educators

  • Own meaningful work: This is not a small piece of someone else’s strategy, you’ll have significant ownership over the professional learning portfolio and how it goes to market

  • Work with people who know education: You’ll partner with an experienced faculty community and a strong, established content marketing team

  • Combine creativity with strategy: You’ll get to write and create while also shaping launches, managing projects, and influencing what we build next

  • See the impact: Your work will directly influence how educators discover, engage with, and continue learning through Moreland University

  • Join a mission driven organization where your creativity, judgment, and understanding of educators can have a visible impact

We Encourage You to Apply

You may not check every preferred box, and that’s okay!

We’d especially love to hear from candidates coming from content marketing, education marketing, EdTech, professional learning, continuing education, teacher-facing organizations, or digital learning businesses. Former educators who have since built strong professional experience in marketing and content are also encouraged to apply.

However, this role does require strong hands-on content marketing experience, demonstrated project ownership, and the ability to develop marketing content that brings an offering to market.

If your recent experience has primarily focused on social media content creation, influencer content, organic social, or curriculum/instructional design without meaningful marketing ownership, this role may not be the right match.

If you love writing, understand educators, enjoy bringing ideas to life, and get excited by the opportunity to build a new professional learning offering from the ground up, we’d love to hear from you.

What You Can Expect From Our Hiring Process

We want our interview process to give you a clear picture of the role, the team, and what it’s like to work at Colibri while giving us the opportunity to understand your experience, how you approach your work, and what you’re looking for next.

And yes, a real person reviews your application!! We do not use AI to screen, evaluate, or make decisions on applications. Every application is reviewed by a member of our Talent Acquisition team because we believe and feel your experience deserves a thoughtful, human consideration. Application deadline: 9/25/26

1. Recruiter Conversation

An introductory conversation with a member of our Talent Acquisition team to learn more about your experience, career goals, and interest in Colibri. We’ll also share more about the role, team, compensation, and what to expect throughout the process.

2. Hiring Manager Conversation

A structured conversation with the Sr. Director of Marketing focused on examples from your experience, your approach to content and project ownership, and the priorities and challenges this person will own.

3. Team & Cross-Functional Conversations

You’ll meet with key marketing and cross-functional partners to explore the skills and experiences most relevant to the position while learning more about how the Teacher Education Ecosystem works together.

Our goal is to keep the process streamlined, thoughtful, respectful, and transparent. Our Talent Acquisition team will keep you informed about next steps and timing throughout the process.

Our Commitment to Inclusion

Colibri Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome, respected, and empowered to do their best work. We encourage qualified candidates from all backgrounds, experiences, and career paths to apply.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. Marketing Active Member Marketing Manager at Twin Health

Builds and executes proactive member marketing strategy across email, SMS, in-app, push, and direct mail channels for an active patient base.

Mid Posted about 13 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Twin Health

At Twin Health, we empower people to improve and prevent chronic metabolic diseases, like type 2 diabetes and obesity, with a new standard of care. Twin Health is the only company applying AI Digital Twin technology exclusively toward metabolic health.

We start by building a dynamic model of each person’s metabolism — drawing on thousands of data points from CGMs, smartwatches, and meal logs — that maps their personal path to better health. Guided by a dedicated clinical care team, our members have lowered their A1C below the diabetes range, achieved lasting weight loss, and reduced or even eliminated medications, all while living healthier, happier lives.

Working here

Our team at Twin Health is passionate, talented, and united by a shared purpose: to improve the metabolic health and happiness of our members. We believe in empowering every Twin to make a meaningful impact for our members, our clients, and each other, while enjoying a supportive, collaborative work environment.

Twin has been recognized not only for our innovation but also for our culture, including: Innovator of the Year by the Employer Health Innovation Roundtable (EHIR), selected to CB Insights’ Digital Health 150, and named one of Newsweek’s Top Most Loved Workplace® .

With more than $100 million raised in recent funding, including a $53 million Series E round in 2025 led by Maj Invest, and a $50 million investment in 2023 led by Temasek, Twin is scaling rapidly across the U.S. and globally. Backed by leading venture firms like ICONIQ Growth, Sequoia, Sofina, Temasek, and Peak XV, we are building the most impactful digital health company in the world.

Join us as we reinvent the standard of care in metabolic health.

Opportunity

Today, Twin Health does almost no proactive marketing to our active members. Once someone enrolls, nearly every communication they receive is either a product-triggered push notification or a message from their care team. That has taken us a long way — but it leaves an entire layer of engagement unbuilt.

We are hiring our first Active Member Marketing Manager to build that layer. You will own the strategy and the execution of every proactive, non-clinically led communication a Twin member receives: email, SMS, in-app and push campaigns, direct mail testing, member webinars, and additional channel exploration we have not yet tried. You will design how those communications layer into the care team relationship and the product notification ecosystem already in place.

This is a build role requiring both strategic vision as well as executional know how. Twin members, data, clinical outcomes, and Braze infrastructure is already in place. What does not exist is a deliberate lifecycle program. You will write the strategy, then ship it yourself. We are looking for someone who can point to campaigns they personally built and outcomes they personally moved.

Responsibilities

Active Member Strategy and Program Ownership

  • Map the member journey to build sustained engagement, as well as winback for lapsed members, and define the communication strategy for each stage, including who we deliberately choose not to message.
  • Own the annual and quarterly engagement roadmap, with a defined direction on stage involvement
  • Build a segmentation model grounded in real member behavior, sensors, app engagement, care team interaction, clinical trajectory, enrollment channels, etc.
  • Govern the member communication calendar across marketing, care team, product, and clinical, so members experience one coherent voice instead of four uncoordinated ones.

Integration with the Care Team and Product Ecosystem

  • Inventory the existing touchpoint landscape and maintain that map as the source of truth.
  • Partner with Care Delivery and Clinical leadership to define the boundary between a marketing communication and a clinical one. Member marketing should make the care team more effective, not compete with it for attention.
  • Design suppression, frequency capping, and quiet-hours logic across all channels so total message volume stays deliberate as the program scales.
  • Work with Product on campaign-based push and in-app messaging
  • Ensure deployment accuracy by accounting for the operational realities of the point solution ecosystem: eligibility files, employer and health plan communication rules, benefits calendars, co-branding constraints, and the fact that our members are often being messaged by three other vendors the same week.

Execution, Platform, and Analysis

  • Build and ship campaigns end to end in Braze: audience logic, Canvas and journey build, content, QA, launch, and iteration.
  • Write copy and creative briefs, and manage design, clinical and legal review as needed to deliver timely campaigns on schedule.
  • Develop the Braze instance as it matures: event taxonomy, catalog and Connected Content usage, template library, preference center, deliverability and sender reputation, and the data contract with our Snowflake warehouse.
  • Stand up a formal testing program: subject lines and creative to start, then channel mix, cadence, timing, incentive structure, and a direct mail pilot
  • Measure performance and build dashboard in partnership with Marketing operations to showcase campaign efficacy
  • Report results to Growth Marketing and the broader leadership team on a regular cadence, including wins, losses and adjustments as a result.
  • Maintain compliance discipline throughout — HIPAA, PHI handling, TCPA and consent management for SMS, CAN-SPAM, and internal clinical review.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

  • 4–7 years in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or engagement marketing, with meaningful time spent owning programs end to end rather than executing someone else’s brief.
  • Hands-on Braze expertise. You can build a multi-branch Canvas with behavioral triggers, Liquid personalization, and proper suppression logic without waiting on engineering.
  • Real multi-channel experience including email plus at least one of SMS, push, or in-app
  • Demonstrated experimentation rigor: you design tests with holdouts, understand what a result can and cannot support, and are comfortable reporting a null.
  • Comfort building and defining processes. This program does not exist yet; you will be building the first version.

Strongly Preferred

  • Healthcare or digital health experience, with working fluency in HIPAA and PHI handling in marketing systems.
  • Direct experience in the point solution ecosystem: a digital health, condition management, or benefits vendor distributed through employers, health plans, or health systems. You understand eligibility-driven populations, client communication approvals, and the practical difference between enrollment marketing and active member marketing.
  • Experience marketing alongside a human care team or clinical staff
  • Exposure to offline or physical channels (direct mail, print, or member webinars) and how to measure them.

How We Will Measure Success

  • Channel metrics matter, but they are not the scoreboard. In the first year, this role will be evaluated on:
  • Member activation:  speed and rate of getting new members fully onboarded and using the program as designed.
  • Sustained engagement: sensor wear, app usage, and care team interaction over time, particularly past the point where members typically plateau.
  • Retention — reduced member attrition
  • Clinical outcomes — increased milestone achievements directly impact the bottom line for Twin. Program maturity — a functioning lifecycle engine: documented strategy, healthy deliverability, a running test backlog, and reporting the business trusts.

This remote opportunity based out of the U.S. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $125,000 - $140,000 annually.

Twin has an ambitious vision to empower people to live healthier and happier lives, and to achieve this purpose, we need the very best people to enhance our cutting-edge technology and medical science, deliver the best possible care, and turn our passion into value for our members, partners and investors. We are committed to delivering an outstanding culture and experience for every Twin employee through a company based on the values of passion, talent, and trust. We offer comprehensive benefits and perks in line with these principles, as well as a high level of flexibility for every Twin

  • A competitive compensation package in line with leading technology companies
  • A remote and accomplished global team
  • Opportunity for equity participation
  • Unlimited vacation with manager approval
  • 16 weeks of 100% paid parental leave for delivering parents; 8 weeks of 100% paid parental leave for non-delivering parents
  • 100% Employer sponsored healthcare, dental, and vision for you, and 80% coverage for your family; Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account options
  • 401k retirement savings plan

Marketing MarTech Lead at Mercury

Builds and maintains marketing technology infrastructure, data pipelines, and analytics platforms to enable Growth Marketing team execution and measurement.

Mid Posted about 13 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

In January 1983, a Sequential Prophet 600 and a Roland Jupiter 6 were connected at a trade show in Anaheim. They were synthesizers made by different companies, but pressing a key on one could produce a note on the other. It was the first public demonstration of MIDI, a way for electronic instruments to communicate. The music was still up to the person at the keyboard. MIDI history

At Mercury, we like technology that gives people more room to create. We’re hiring a Marketing Technology Lead to build and maintain the connections behind our Growth Marketing team’s work: reliable conversion signals, audiences that stay current, and tools that make new ideas easier to try. As we build banking* and financial software for ambitious companies, you’ll help our marketers spend more time putting those ideas into practice.

You’ll report to our Head of Growth Marketing in a hands-on individual contributor role, working closely with Performance Marketing, Lifecycle, SEO, Data, and Engineering. You’ll own marketing integrations and platform infrastructure, including implementation, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.

Our Data team owns the shared customer-data foundation, attribution methodology, and analytical models. Growth Engineering builds and maintains our GTM orchestration layer. You’ll partner with those teams to make their systems work effectively in marketing, using Mercury’s shared development tools and standards.

* Mercury is a fintech company, not an FDIC-insured bank. Banking services provided through Choice Financial Group and Column N.A., Members FDIC.

Here are some of the things that you’ll do:

  • Own the marketing technology roadmap with Growth Marketing leaders, prioritizing work that improves data reliability, customer experience, and the team’s ability to launch and learn.
  • Build and maintain marketing data pipelines using Segment and Polytomic. Make approved Snowflake attributes, audiences, and conversion signals usable in marketing platforms, and return marketing activity to our shared data systems.
  • Own GA4 administration and ongoing improvements, including event configuration, custom dimensions, platform connections, and reporting setup. Keep the platform reliable and useful for Marketing.
  • Build and maintain marketing tracking and advertising conversion integrations, including campaign tagging, cross-domain measurement, and browser- and server-side tracking. Investigate missing events, duplicate conversions, and reporting discrepancies, partnering with Engineering when fixes require changes to application code.
  • Partner with Data to implement agreed measurement definitions and attribution settings across marketing platforms, including GA4 and Rockerbox.
  • Build, test, deploy, and maintain marketing integrations and advanced automations using APIs, integration tools, and custom code. Own routine releases within an agreed scope, using Mercury’s approved development setup and partnering with Data and Engineering on changes to shared systems.
  • Maintain website forms, marketing tags, and experimentation tools. Partner with SEO and Web Engineering on publishing automation, structured-data checks, and the technical setup for SEO and AI-search experiments.
  • Monitor marketing integrations and resolve failures. Catch stale audiences and broken connections; establish clear testing, alerting, and recovery practices.
  • Keep marketing platforms well maintained through thoughtful configuration, access management, vendor coordination, and documentation. Build reusable tools and help teammates use them effectively.

There are lots of paths that could lead you to be successful in a role like this; we think the strongest candidates will have some of this experience:

  • Experience owning marketing technology or related systems, with examples of independently prioritizing and delivering work across acquisition and lifecycle marketing, including customer engagement platforms.
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience building integrations with APIs, webhooks, and cloud data warehouses. You can write, test, debug, and deploy code using shared development tools and review practices.
  • Hands-on experience administering GA4 and maintaining advertising conversion integrations, including browser- and server-side tracking and audience syncs. You understand how identity, permissions, and data quality affect measurement and campaign execution.
  • A track record of operating systems after launch. You know how to monitor failures, investigate unexpected results, recover from problems, and prevent them from recurring.
  • Clear communication and sound judgment. You can turn a marketer’s goal into technical requirements, work through tradeoffs with Data and Engineering, and explain your decisions in plain English.

Our current stack includes Snowflake, Segment, Polytomic, Customer.io, Salesforce, Dato, GA4, Rockerbox, and major search and social advertising platforms. Experience with these tools or comparable systems is valuable; we don’t expect you to have used every one.

Mercury values diversity & belonging and is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer. All individuals seeking employment at Mercury are considered without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, veteran status, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected characteristic. We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations throughout the recruitment process for applicants with disabilities or special needs. If you need assistance, or an accommodation, please let your recruiter know once you are contacted about a role.

Marketing Content Marketing Manager, Professional Learning & Growth at Colibri Group

Manages go-to-market strategy and launches for professional learning courses, writing positioning materials and coordinating cross-functional teams to bring educational offerings to market.

If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.

Marketing Active Member Marketing Manager at Twin Health

Develops and executes proactive marketing campaigns (email, SMS, in-app, push) to engage active members across multiple channels.

Salary range for US jobs

US Salary Range

We have been made aware of fraudulent interview requests being sent using the Twin Health’s name. All communications will come from official Twin Health channels and a twinhealth.com email address. SEO Manager develops and executes organic search strategies for 4-6 client accounts, leveraging AI/LLM expertise, data analysis, and client relationship management to drive performance.

Mid Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Silverback Strategies is a performance marketing agency built to help marketers grow and capitalize on change. Ad Age, Inc Magazine, The Washington Post, The Washingtonian, and The Washington Business Journal have recognized Silverback as one of the best places to work.

We hire the best and help them get better. Silverbackers are supported, challenged and inspired by their peers. Regardless of title or tenure, every Silverbacker plays a role in helping our agency get better. This is a place where you can make a difference.

Silverback’s next SEO Manager will serve as a premier subject matter expert in all things related to SEO & Organic Search.

You will develop and manage a portfolio of 4-6 SEO accounts while building great client relationships and managing projects & deliverables. You’ll bring a scrappy & tenacious attitude to your work, diving headfirst into the “new frontier” of organic search by pushing the boundaries of AI search testing. You’ll also flex best-in-class data analysis chops to break down performance metrics and directly impact the success of our clients’ businesses.

Here’s what we expect from our SEO Manager:

—What You’ll Do—

  • Strategic Chops: Responsible for driving and executing the strategy, innovation and performance of multiple client SEO strategies.

  • AI & LLM Expertise: Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs, including their influence on search behavior and the ability to implement optimized strategies for these engines.

  • Analytical Skills: Fluently leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO platforms, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Client-Facing: Lead recurring status and reporting calls & serve as assigned clients’ primary point of contact with Silverback for all things SEO. Clearly communicate complex SEO strategy and execution details to clients in a digestible, jargon-free manner.

  • Client Management: Act as a trusted advisor & consultant to clients — an extension of their marketing team — to build long-lasting client relationships.

  • Tactical Execution: Translate channel strategy to time-bound, tactical roadmaps. Build and maintain structured content systems, including topic clusters, pillar pages, internal links, and supporting schema. Prioritize performance-based initiatives and drive authoritative content at scale.

  • Innovation: Research emerging trends in search and AI technologies to refine strategies and implement innovative best practices.

  • Data Analysis: Review performance data to identify trends, measure the impact of initiatives and build actionable strategies.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teammates across measurement, paid media, and creative to bring strategies to life.

—What We’re Looking For—

  • Agency Background: You’ve previously “done the work” at another performance marketing agency, and know what it takes to deliver results

  • Years of Experience: We’re seeking candidates with at LEAST 2 years of agency experience; 3 years of overall relevant marketing/SEO experience is required, 5+ years preferred.

  • Client-Facing Comfortability: This role is not a good fit for someone who doesn’t want to talk directly to clients. You must be comfortable building rapport, establishing expertise / credibility, and serving as the face of the SEO engagement with your assigned clients.

  • AI Search Testing & Optimization: You have hands-on experience optimizing for AI search (not theoretical; actual tests). You don’t have all the answers — nobody does! — but you’re excited to test, experiment, and figure it out.

  • Business Acumen: Being able to build & execute SEO strategies across multiple industries is crucial, but your ability to tie SEO wins to a measurable impact on the clients’ business, bottom line, etc is what will make you a superstar.

  • Content Experience: You’re an expert at driving content strategy based on audience, keyword and competitor research. You have a strong ability to craft content briefs to provide to content teams for production.

  • Tools/Platforms: You’re a pro with common SEO tools & platforms such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, AHRefs, and Screaming Frog.

  • “Get Sh*t Done” Mentality: You’d rather take a big swing and miss than sit around twiddling your thumbs. You’re energized by & thrive in an environment where no two days are the same, and results are king.

  • Adaptability & Growth: Feedback fuels you. You lean into change, sharpen your skills, and push yourself and your team to get better every day.

  • Project & Time Management: You run a clean calendar and keep priorities straight. Competing demands don’t throw you.

—Why Silverback?—

  • Silverback isn’t for everybody. If you’re an A player, you will get paid more, learn more and grow faster with support from a smart and fun team. If you’re a B player, you will be miserable.

  • Work with the A team: We are ruthless about putting the best possible team on the field.

  • Make an impact: We’re a small agency. Everybody has the opportunity to drive change and impact.

  • Get paid: We hire the best and pay them generously.

  • Do cool sh*t: From media to SEO to measurement, learn the cutting edge of what works.

  • Years of Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of paid media agency experience - ideal candidate has 3-5 YOE. Previous performance agency experience is a MUST-HAVE!

  • Paid Search and Social Expertise: Must-have experience managing both Paid Search and Social campaigns. (Main platforms are Google & Meta; secondary platforms are LinkedIn and TikTok)

  • Client-Facing Comfortability: This role is not a good fit for someone who doesn’t want to talk directly to clients. You must be comfortable building rapport, establishing expertise / credibility, and serving as the face of the Paid Media engagement with your assigned clients.

  • Business Acumen: Being able to build & execute winning Paid Media strategies across multiple industries is crucial — but your ability to tie Media wins to a measurable impact on the clients’ business, revenue, etc is what will make you a superstar.

  • Ownership of Work: In this role, you’ll fully own the success of your 3-5 clients from strategy development, to tactical execution, to reporting & client-facing communication. You MUST have prior experience taking “full ownership” of client(s) in a similar vein in order to succeed at Silverback.

  • Curiosity & “Get Sh*t Done” Mentality: You’d rather take a big swing and miss than sit around twiddling your thumbs. You’re energized by & thrive in an environment where no two days are the same, and results are king. You’re relentlessly curious, eager to learn, and willing to make mistakes in the name of progress & growth.

  • Data Analysis: You’re a whiz in Excel and/or Google Sheets. Complex sets of data don’t throw you, and you’re comfortable analyzing & breaking down data using GA4 and other tools to produce clear, insightful, and meaningful reports for clients.

—Benefits & Perks—

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans

  • Virtual Team Events and a fun, casual, inclusive company culture

  • Company-paid ClassPass membership

  • 12 weeks of Paid Parental Leave

  • Summer Fridays

  • 401(k) with Employer Match

—Work Environment—

  • We’re a fully remote agency with employees working across the continental United States. At Silverback, you’ll be part of a remote work culture that emphasizes smooth, productive online communication.

  • We at Silverback pride ourselves on being an extremely tight-knit team. We boast an unparalleled culture of collaboration, empathy, and a truly “work hard, play hard” mentality.

  • We are consistently recognized as a Top Workplace on Glassdoor, and were most recently awarded a prestigious 2022 Best Places to Work designation by Ad Age. Apply today & discover for yourself what makes Silverback Strategies such a special place to work. We can’t wait to hear from you!
