Own discovery, requirements, and cross-functional coordination for service of process products including mobile apps, web portals, and enterprise APIs.
About ABC Legal Services ABC Legal Services is proud to be the national leader in service of process. We are a team of 1000 and growing with offices in Los Angeles, Oklahoma City, Phoenix, Brooklyn, Chicago, Washington DC, and more. Seattle is our home and headquarters. We’ve been successful in this unique business for over 30 years and we continue to advance our technology and business processes to remain years ahead of what our competition is able to offer. Our focus is to expand our technology lead, acquire and integrate less efficient competitors, and tap into new segments through an integrated inbound marketing and sales approach.
Job Overview
ABC Legal is a tech-forward, tech-enabled legal services business — we use technology to power a core operational service, not the other way around. We’re hiring a Product Manager to help own one or more of our Service of Process product line: the mobile app process servers use in the field, the customer-facing web portal, the enterprise APIs our largest clients integrate with, and the proprietary platform that powers job assignment, routing, task management, and evidence chain.
Reporting directly to the CTO as a Product Manager, you will own discovery, requirements, cross-functional coordination, launch readiness, and outcome accountability — not backlog grooming and engineering coordination. You’ll work directly with process servers, our operations team, enterprise customers, and engineering, Our product team today sits closer to the execution side of product and is strong at delivery, lighter on discovery, market insight, and outcome ownership. Part of your role is to model what upstream product work looks like at ABC.
Why This Job Is Interesting
Every job we run is a physical-world logistics problem — get a real person to a real address, at a time they’ll actually be there. Our product has to serve a distributed field workforce, a demanding set of legal customers, an internal operations organization of hundreds, and a court system that has different rules by county.
We’re also further into production AI than almost anyone in this industry: dozens of AI agents run live today across service validation, document handling, evidence review, and operational decision support. You’ll help decide where that belongs in the product — and where it doesn’t.
Key Responsibilities
Own your product area end to end
Own outcomes, not just output, for your area of the Service of Process product line like the APIs and integrations our largest clients build against, and the proprietary platform behind job assignment, routing, task management, and evidence chain, as well as the customer web portal and our field mobile app.
Set and defend the priority order. Decide what gets built, what waits, and what we stop doing
Maintain a rolling roadmap that survives contact with reality: sequenced, tied to business outcomes, revised openly when the evidence changes.
Run your own discovery
Get into the field. Ride along with process servers, sit with the operations teams who work jobs all day, and watch customers use the product.
Run structured discovery with customers — interviews, win/loss input, support themes, usage data — and turn it into a written point of view about what to build and why.
Serve two distinct user populations: external customers who want speed, price, and certainty, and internal operators whose throughput determines whether we can deliver it.
Turn insight into shipped software
Write the requirements: crisp problem statements, success criteria, edge cases, and the operational and legal constraints that apply by jurisdiction
Own the backlog for your team(s) within our SAFe cadence: features and stories, acceptance, iteration planning, and PI planning.
Work directly and daily with mobile, web, and backend engineering. Break work into releasable increments, unblock decisions fast, and make tradeoff calls
Own launch readiness end to end: rollout plan, internal enablement, support readiness, migration and backfill, and a defined rollback path.
Own release quality for your area. We have no separate QA team: you decide what needs testing and to what depth, shape the test approach, and coordinate the business owners and operations partners who validate the work in their own domain.
Make the go/no-go call, and confirm after release that what shipped does what the requirements said and that the customer and operational outcomes you predicted show up in production.
Partner with Operations as a first-class customer
Treat internal operations as a product surface with real users and real cost. Tooling that saves an ops team minutes per job compounds across hundreds of thousands of jobs
Find where automation, better routing, or better decision support removes manual work — and quantify what that work is worth before committing to it
Ship AI into the product responsibly
ABC runs AI in production today across service validation, evidence review, document handling, and operational decision support. Own where AI belongs in your product area
Define the accuracy bar, the human-review path, and the failure behavior for every AI-assisted feature before it ships. Default to advisory; earn the right to automate by clearing a threshold you set in advance.
Hold AI features to the same outcome accountability as everything else: measured agreement with the qualified human who would otherwise make the call.
Measure, and be accountable to the measurement
Define the success metric for every initiative _before_ it ships, and name the dashboard where it will be watched.
Pull your own numbers. You’ll have direct access to our analytics environment and reporting to decide what worked and what didn’t and act on it
Manage risk and compliance
Understand the regulatory and evidentiary texture of this business: jurisdiction- specific service and filing requirements, chain-of-evidence integrity, proof of service standards, and the handling of sensitive case and party data.
Identify compliance and operational risk early and design around it — a product decision that creates a defect in a proof of service is a legal problem, not a bug.
Ensure changes clear the appropriate cross-functional review before release.
What We’re Looking For
4–7 years of product management experience, including at least one product spanning multiple technical surfaces (e.g. mobile + web, or a field/consumer app backed by a core platform).
Demonstrated track record of running your own discovery and turning it into shipped requirements — not just executing a spec you were handed.
Comfortable working directly with engineering across mobile, web, and backend teams simultaneously.
Hands-on backlog ownership in a scaled agile environment — writing and accepting work, running iteration planning, and participating in quarterly planning. SAFe specifically is a plus; scaled agile of some kind is expected.
Experience with B2B APIs, integrations, or platform products — versioning, developer-facing documentation, integration partners, enterprise technical requirements. This is where the role is most likely to center.
Comfortable with data. You can pull your own numbers and build your own view rather than waiting on an analyst. SQL is a plus, not a requirement.
Evidence that you’ve raised the product bar around you — introduced a discovery practice, moved a team from output to outcomes, or influenced peers and leaders who don’t report to you. This role carries a change mandate, not just a delivery mandate.
Experience owning release quality without a dedicated QA team behind you — scoping what to test, running UAT with business stakeholders, and holding people who don’t report to you to a testing commitment. If you’ve only shipped with a QA org catching things downstream of you, this part of the job will be a real adjustment.
Some go-to-market experience — comfortable partnering on launch messaging, sales enablement, or customer rollout, not just handing off a shipped feature and moving on.
Experience navigating a cross-functional sign-off or impact-review process before release, or a clear point of view on why one matters.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
Native mobile product experience (iOS/Android), especially apps used by a field workforce in real working conditions.
Experience building for internal operators — where the product’s users are colleagues and their throughput _is_ the business.
Experience shipping AI-assisted features, and a clear point of view on where automation should and shouldn’t replace human judgment.
Legal services, legal tech, process serving, litigation support, courts, or another regulated / compliance-heavy industry background. Genuinely a plus, genuinely not required — we’ll teach you this domain.

Staff Product Manager sets product strategy and owns the roadmap for SEO and AI visibility solutions across a platform serving 20,000+ real estate websites.
Luxury Presence is building the AI growth platform for real estate. Backed by Bessemer Venture Partners and other top investors, we’re a Series C company that has hit $100M in annual recurring revenue. More than 90,000 real estate professionals, including over 30% of the WSJ Real Trends top 100 agents in the United States, use us to run and grow their business.
We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to own the SEO and AI visibility solutions we build for our clients: more than 20,000 real estate websites that rank independently, each in its own market, with its own authority, its own competitors, and a real business depending on the outcome. This is not the SEO of a single corporate domain or one large marketplace. It is a platform product, where one change to a template, a schema implementation, or the way we render content moves thousands of domains at once.
The mandate is an excellent organic discovery platform: technical foundations, page experience, conversion, content, measurement, migrations, and experimentation. AI search is a growing part of that. Our clients are evaluated by Google’s AI Overviews and AI Mode, by ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini, and by every prospective seller who asks an assistant which agent they should call. The best people in this job design for three constituencies at once: the people who visit these sites, the crawlers and AI agents that read them, and the real estate business whose revenue depends on both.
This is not a job for someone who runs audits and hands recommendations to other people. You will set the strategy, ship with your own engineering team, and build the defaults, standards, and safeguards that make quality hold across the entire fleet. Most real estate professionals will never hire a technical SEO of their own. Our platform is how they get one.
$150,000 - $180,000 a year

Every year since 2020, Luxury Presence has ranked on BuiltIn’s Best Place to Work lists. HousingWire named our founder and CEO a 2024 Tech Trendsetter, we’ve received several Tech100 Awards, and we just scored an Inman Innovation Award for Best AI-Powered Platform.
Luxury Presence is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.
Recruitment Notice: Luxury Presence employees will only contact candidates from an @luxurypresence.com email address.

Senior Product Manager owns the vendor payment system roadmap, aligns customer needs with business priorities, and drives straight-through processing improvements for production finance workflows.
About Us:
Wrapbook is the AI platform for production finance. We’re building a system of action that puts finance teams in control of their whole production, from payroll, to spend, to accounting.
Built for feature films, TV, and commercials, Wrapbook is trusted by teams at Netflix, Paramount, Anonymous Content, and more. With backing from Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Jeffrey Katzenberg’s WndrCo, our team of 350+ is using AI to transform how finance teams work and empower them to do more with less.
The Opportunity – Senior Product Manager II, Vendor Spend (Remote - USA / Canada)
Do you love product problems where real money moves, mistakes have consequences, and a better workflow is worth millions in time and trust? Are you a self-starter who thrives on technical depth, systems thinking, and genuine customer stakes? Then this role is for you.
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to own Vendor Spend: the vendor-payment layer of Wrapbook. This role owns how production companies pay their vendors — every payment method, the workflows around each payment, and the tracking and reporting that show customers exactly what’s been paid. Your mandate is to broaden and speed up how vendors get paid, push toward straight-through processing, and open up net-new ways for productions to spend — while keeping every dollar accurate, compliant, and fraud-resistant.
This is one of the higher-leverage roles in the product org. Vendor payments touch cash flow, fraud and AML exposure, tax reporting, and the general ledger, and they sit at the crossroads of banking, accounting, and go-to-market. You’ll own a domain with high technical complexity, a large cross-team surface area, and a direct line to customer and business outcomes.
You’ll partner with a tenured engineering team, an experienced designer, and be a key product voice across the AP & Payments group and the teams upstream and downstream of you.
What You’ll Do:
Own the roadmap and vision for Vendor Spend — aligning customer needs and business priorities into a clear, sequenced plan you can defend, and defining the success metrics that prove it’s working (adoption, cost and fraud reduction, revenue signals).
Expand and streamline how productions pay AP vendors — ACH (moving toward faster settlement), checks, direct-to-bank processing, card payments, and international — reducing time-to-payment and pushing toward true straight-through processing.
Lead the expense-management bet, a meaningful 0→1 opportunity: Wrapbook-issued spend/purchasing cards and virtual AP cards for invoice payments, including issuance, controls, and how card spend flows back into accounting.
Advocate for accuracy, compliance, and fraud protection. Positive pay and check-fraud prevention, ACH transaction screening and AML controls, and vendor tax reporting (1099) are core to the domain, not afterthoughts.
Partner with our banking infrastructure team on payment rails, defining clear service boundaries so vendor-payment workflows and the underlying bank transport evolve independently without surprises.
Keep vendor payments correct in the ledger, partnering with Accounting so payments and their reconciliation flow cleanly into production accounting.
Triage and prioritize competing demands from across the company — other product teams, Client Operations, Sales, Finance, Risk, Legal, and Support all touch this domain — managing them as part of your roadmap rather than as interruptions.
Use AI tools daily to accelerate your workflow — from discovery and analysis to writing, code comprehension, and prototyping. We expect our PMs to be builders, not just strategists.
What You’ll Have:
5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS, fintech, or similarly complex technical environment.
A track record of measurable outcomes, not just shipped features. You can point to products you drove that moved a real number — adoption, new market or segment access, cost or fraud reduction, revenue — and explain your specific contribution.
Domain proximity to money movement. Background in accounts payable, vendor/B2B payments, card issuance, or accounting is strongly preferred, so you can go deep quickly rather than ramping from zero on how funds and ledgers actually work.
A technical orientation. You reason with engineering about systems, data models, integrations, fund flows, and failure modes without heavy hand-holding.
Active, daily AI usage in your PM workflow — not experimental and not just ChatGPT. You use LLMs, AI-assisted coding tools, and AI workflows as core parts of how you ship, and can articulate specifically how AI has changed your PM work and where it’s headed.
Experience owning products with high cross-functional surface area, where other teams and stakeholders depend on the systems and workflows you own.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias toward action, balanced against the compliance and quality bar a payments product demands.
Comfort with ambiguity — able to dive deep and become a subject-matter expert in an unfamiliar, technically complex domain.
Excellent written and verbal communication. Clear, structured, decision-oriented writing that keeps engineering and cross-functional partners aligned.
Data self-sufficiency. You independently pull and interpret data using tools like SQL, Pendo, Omni, or Snowflake to define, track, and measure product success.
A growth mindset, and deep empathy for the customers and operators who live in these workflows every day.
Extra Points If You Have:
Payments & domain depth: hands-on experience with AP / vendor payments, B2B money movement, or card issuance — including payment rails (ACH/NACHA, checks, positive pay, direct-to-bank, processor integrations like Stripe) and the tradeoffs in fund flows, settlement timing, and reconciliation. Ideally in fintech, payroll, accounting/ERP, or entertainment/production.
0→1 experience standing up a new payments or card capability under real ambiguity.
Risk & compliance: fraud/AML controls, transaction screening, or tax reporting (1099) in a financial product.
Scale-up experience at a high-growth SaaS company, maturing product process while keeping speed.
Why Join Us
At Wrapbook, creativity meets technology — and not just in the product.

Senior Product Manager owns the vision, roadmap, and delivery of a claims adjudication platform, working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and compliance to ensure system correctness and regulatory compliance.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Rightway is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own claims adjudication, the system at the center of Rightway’s PBM. Adjudication covers the full lifecycle of a pharmacy claim: eligibility, coverage, pricing, rejections, overrides, and coordination of benefits. It is one of the most complex and consequential product areas at Rightway, and this role owns its strategy, roadmap, and delivery.
You will develop deep expertise in how pharmacy claims adjudicate today and use that to define where the platform goes next — working through real claim behavior alongside engineering, writing requirements precise enough to build against, setting the bar for correctness, and owning the validation approach that proves the system is ready for production volume. The role reports to the Director, Product Management, and operates with a high degree of independence. It requires someone who can take full ownership of a major product initiative and work cross-functionally across product, engineering, operations, clinical, and compliance.

Our Mission:
To actively connect people to their next great opportunity.
Who We Are:
ZipRecruiter is a leading online employment marketplace. Powered by AI-driven smart matching technology, the company actively connects millions of all-sized businesses and job seekers through innovative mobile, web, and email services, as well as through partnerships with the best job boards on the web. Summary:
Messaging is how ZipRecruiter shows up for job seekers when they are not on the site. Every day we send millions of emails and push notifications: new job alerts, fresh matches, communications from employers, and updates on applications already in flight. This portfolio is one of the largest single sources of job applications on ZipRecruiter, and it is the primary channel for re-engaging job seekers who would otherwise drift away.
You will own Product for this entire channel. That means deciding which messages exist and what each one is for, who receives them and when, how the portfolio balances message volume against job seeker trust and long-term retention, and how we decide for each job seeker the single best thing to send next.
The role sits at the center of the marketplace. Your messages carry the output of our matching and ranking models, so you will work daily with data science and machine learning teams. Product Manager owns discovery, requirements, and cross-functional coordination for service of process products including mobile apps, web portals, and enterprise APIs.
