Product Senior Product Manager, Acquisition at PandaDoc

Senior Product Manager drives user acquisition strategy and roadmap, designing growth loops and exploring AI-native distribution surfaces to scale top-of-funnel product discovery.

Senior Posted 19 minutes ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive PandaDoc’s user acquisition product strategy in the next era of product-led and agent-led growth.

Acquisition is undergoing a fundamental shift. Traditional channels like SEO and paid acquisition are giving way to new discovery surfaces: generative engines, agent ecosystems, marketplaces, integrations, and AI-native distribution. The future of growth is moving from PLG to agent-led growth — where products are discovered, recommended, and activated through intelligent systems and workflows.

As Sr. PM, Growth, you’ll own the product strategy and roadmap for how new users discover and activate on PandaDoc. You’ll define the product surfaces, loops, and mechanics that drive top-of-funnel growth. You’ll work at the intersection of product, data, and growth, translating acquisition signals into durable product investments.

This is a product role with a growth mandate: you’ll own a roadmap, drive cross-functional execution, and build product capabilities that compound over time. You’ll report to the Sr. Director of Product.

What You’ll Do

Own the acquisition product roadmap

  • Define and execute PandaDoc’s top-of-funnel product strategy, from freemium entry points to AI-native discovery surfaces
  • Own the roadmap for acquisition-related product surfaces: From MCPs and skills to sharing mechanics and new entry points
  • Partner with engineering, design, and data to ship product changes that move acquisition metrics

Build acquisition loops, not just features

  • Design growth systems that compound: product loops, integrations, template distribution, sharing mechanics, and workflow ecosystems
  • Identify ways PandaDoc naturally spreads through collaboration, workflows, and document sharing
  • Turn user behavior and product capabilities into scalable acquisition engines

Explore and validate new distribution surfaces

  • Develop product strategy for emerging acquisition channels including generative search (GEO), AI discovery surfaces, MCP servers, agent marketplaces, and ecosystem integrations
  • Identify new ways PandaDoc can be surfaced, recommended, and activated within AI workflows and automation ecosystems
  • Run scoped product experiments to validate new distribution mechanics before committing to full builds

Drive a high-velocity experimentation practice

  • Maintain a rigorous experimentation roadmap for acquisition loops and onboarding entry points
  • Define hypotheses, instrument experiments, analyze results, and translate learnings into product decisions
  • Balance quick experiments with longer-horizon product investments

Use data to drive decisions

  • Own the acquisition funnel metrics: traffic, signups, activation, and channel-level conversion
  • Work with analytics to build clear measurement frameworks for new acquisition initiatives
  • Identify the leading indicators that predict sustainable growth

Partner across the company

  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and GTM to execute acquisition initiatives
  • Align leadership around evolving acquisition strategies and emerging opportunities
  • Represent the acquisition roadmap in planning processes and to executive stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 5–8+ years in product management, with significant time in growth, acquisition, or PLG-focused roles at SaaS companies
  • Proven track record owning a product roadmap and shipping features that measurably moved top-of-funnel metrics
  • Experience with product-led growth models: freemium funnels, self-serve onboarding, viral and sharing loops
  • Proven experience working, managing, and influencing multiple teams

Product instincts

  • Strong ability to identify the product investments that will compound — not just campaigns or one-off experiments
  • Comfortable translating ambiguous growth problems into clear product bets with defined success criteria
  • Skilled at scoping experiments appropriately and knowing when a signal is strong enough to build on

Data fluency

  • Data-informed decision making; comfortable owning funnel metrics and digging into data to form and test hypotheses
  • Experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Hex, or Snowflake)
  • Able to design experiments with proper instrumentation and interpret results rigorously

AI-native orientation

  • Deep belief that user acquisition is fundamentally changing in the age of AI
  • Understands how generative AI, agentic workflows, and new distribution surfaces are reshaping product discovery
  • Uses AI tools hands-on to accelerate research, prototyping, and experimentation

Technical comfort

  • Comfortable collaborating with engineers and digging into technical tradeoffs
  • Able to explore APIs, integrations, and automation platforms to understand distribution opportunities
  • Not necessarily an engineer, but technically curious and fluent

What this role involves

About Trellis:

Trellis (https://trellis.law/) is the largest legal research platform for state trial courts, with coverage spanning thousands of courts and millions of cases across the U.S. We aggregate and structure trial court filings, rulings, motions, and outcomes into a unified, searchable platform, combining large-scale data infrastructure with AI-powered analysis to extract, organize, and surface insights across that data. This makes large-scale trial court research possible for the first time.

Our tools enable attorneys to analyze judge tendencies, evaluate opposing counsel, find and assess expert witnesses, and see which arguments and strategies have succeeded in similar cases, so they can assess risk earlier, save time on research, and develop more effective, data-backed case strategies.

About the Role:

Trellis is looking for a Product Manager, Growth to own two key growth levers: bringing the right buyers in through organic search and converting them through a strong product-led experience.

This role will split time between product-led growth and SEO, owning the connection between acquisition, activation, trial conversion and expansion. You’ll report to our Director of Product and work closely with Engineering and Design to define priorities, write clear requirements, unblock execution and measure impact through Amplitude and/or GSC.

This is a great role for someone who is analytical, technical enough to partner closely with Engineering and comfortable turning ambiguous growth opportunities into clear, measurable product work.

What You’ll Do:

Own Product-Led Growth

  • Own the activation funnel from first session through paid conversion.
  • Instrument the PLG funnel in Amplitude and define key activation benchmarks.
  • Run structured experiments to reduce friction and improve time-to-first-value.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success on trial, conversion and expansion motions.
  • Connect PLG initiatives directly to activation and conversion metrics.

Own SEO & Organic Discovery

  • Identify coverage gaps across Trellis’s large programmatic SEO footprint.
  • Prioritize which case types, courts and court slugs should be expanded for indexing.
  • Own canonical URL strategy and MCP/UTM attribution governance at scale.
  • Partner with Engineering on schema, indexing infrastructure and court taxonomy expansion.
  • Track organic acquisition through in-product activation in Amplitude and GSC.

Drive Roadmap, Delivery, and Reporting

  • Maintain a clear, written roadmap for PLG and SEO initiatives.
  • Write scoped product requirements that Engineering can execute without unnecessary back-and-forth.
  • Run sprint priorities and unblock Engineering and Design independently.
  • Proactively surface blockers, risks, and trade-offs to stakeholders.
  • Deliver a consistent weekly written update covering roadmap status, experiment results, key decisions and blockers.

Who You Are:

  • 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally with hands-on PLG, growth, activation, or funnel ownership.
  • Hands-on SEO experience, especially technical SEO or programmatic SEO at a meaningful scale.
  • Proficiency with GSC and Amplitude, or a similar product analytics platform.
  • Strong comfort working with Engineering on technical requirements and implementation trade-offs.
  • Excellent async communication skills, including PRDs, roadmap updates, Slack communication, and stakeholder updates that do not require constant follow-up.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in legal tech, court data, B2B SaaS or another complex data environment.
  • Experience with AI-powered product features, MCP integrations, or attribution systems.
  • Familiarity with large-scale indexing, schema, metadata, taxonomy or URL governance.

Benefits:

  • Meaningful equity
  • Full Medical, dental, and vision coverage (for you and your family). ALL premiums covered!
  • 401k w/ full match up to state limit
  • Work from anywhere, but be willing to travel for sales meetings, leadership retreats, etc
  • Flexible vacation policy. You manage your own time

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. Product Senior Product Manager (USA/Europe - Remote) at Hospitable

Senior Product Manager owns product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a multi-million dollar business line, prioritizing features and driving execution across engineering, sales, and customer support teams.

Senior Remote Posted about 2 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

tldr; We build software for Airbnbs to rent themselves, with a state-of-the-art product and user experience.

We have crafted an Applicant Handbook, which we highly recommend you check out, where you can find out more about the company, culture, how we recruit, what we do, and how we do it: https://hsptb.com/hndbk

We are bold, like risk, and take on big challenges together. Our customers love the product, provide valuable feedback, and trust us to rapidly help them with more of their problems.

Feel free to join in one of our upcoming Townhalls on YouTube to experience it for yourself: https://hsptb.com/twnhll

Hospitable.com is a remote-only and fully distributed company. We hire based on timezones, not countries.

Responsibilities

We deliver value to our customers by relentlessly simplifying our product and uncovering new ways to gift our customers their time back. We want to make managing short-term rentals trivial. Your responsibility is to keep our product on mission.

  • Drive outcomes and own the results on multi-million dollar business lines
  • Develop and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, breaking that down into rapidly shippable projects, consistent with the company vision.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.
  • Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps, based on your interaction with customers and aggregate customer feedback.
  • Partner with sales, customer support, and engineering to ship features and products that solve the right problems while knowing that Andrew’s favorite ice cream flavor is pistachio.
  • Ensure new features are launched smoothly and (mostly) on schedule.
  • Prioritize, set the pace of execution, and balance engineering cost with impact on business.
  • Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users.
  • Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision. Actively seek out opportunities to innovate.

This job can be rewarding as it is challenging. You’ll be expected to manage multiple complex projects at the same time while maintaining focus and ensuring a regular cadence of releases. If that sounds overwhelming, this may not be a good fit for you.

For this position, your location is not a requirement. The ideal fit could work under European or American east coast timezones.

Don’t tick all the boxes? Talk to us about why you’re still an amazing fit. The successful candidate will demonstrate how they are uniquely qualified for this role and will be someone that we cannot wait to start working with.

Here’s what we’re paying attention to:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, real estate or hospitality software.
  • Exceptional communication skills - especially written - with a particular knack for clearly and precisely articulating customer concerns.
  • High degree of empathy both toward customers and teammates.
  • Track record of owning 0→1, end-to-end product, and feature development.
  • Intense focus on shipping products, and ability to make trade-offs that require prioritizing different competing demands.
  • Ability to manage a project, structuring it into relevant work categories, dependencies, and priorities within a relevant tool.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and persistent in ensuring that your product is successful.
  • Able to make decisions when surrounded by uncertainty. You don’t require a support system to maintain momentum.

The company itself is also a product, one that we iterate on. We’re always improving and creating an environment where we all love to work.

  • A supportive, radically transparent, and caring team environment, where you are trusted, not managed—and a culture that is focused on results and output.
  • The total budget for this role is between USD $170,000.00 - USD $207,546.90 depending on the cost of living in your location. We can hire talent internationally as contractors—or employees if you are based in the United States, the European Union, or Australia, taking into account payroll taxes to determine your gross compensation. For US employees, the gross compensation could be between USD $156,749.60 - USD $191,369.96.
  • For US employees: healthcare (including EPO, PPO and HSA), 401(k).
  • We also offer options into the company equity through (RSU’s), with a current grant value of up to $75,471.60, to share in the long-term upside value of the company.
  • Separately, this role is eligible for up to an additional USD $576,090.00 per year in Performance Share Units (PSUs). These PSUs do not vest over time and are granted only upon the achievement of clearly defined business performance targets. The size and payout of this award are directly tied to measurable outcomes and are intended to strongly align compensation with company impact.
  • 35 days off per year, encouraged (including self-serve public holidays) and parental leave.
  • Complimentary mental health and emotional support with therapists on call through Slack by Spill.
  • Earn virtual coins through our peer recognition platform and redeem them through gift cards, donations, or monetary rewards.

Why Mozilla?

Mozilla Corporation is the non-profit-backed technology company that has shaped the internet for the better over the last 25 years. We make pioneering brands like Firefox, the privacy-minded web browser. Now, with more than 225 million people around the world using our products each month, we’re shaping the next 25 years of technology and helping to reclaim an internet built for people, not companies. Our work focuses on diverse areas including AI, social media, security and more. And we’re doing this while never losing our focus on our core mission – to make the internet better for people.

The Mozilla Corporation is wholly owned by the non-profit 501© Mozilla Foundation. This means we aren’t beholden to any shareholders — only to our mission. Along with thousands of volunteer contributors and collaborators all over the world, Mozillians design, build and distribute open-source software that enables people to enjoy the internet on their terms.

About this team and role:

The New Products organization is an innovation and entrepreneurial organization focused on launching new products and new businesses for Mozilla.  We are looking for a Director of Product Management with the strategy and execution skills to build businesses from the ground up.  This role sits at the intersection of gaming and the open web — you’ll be defining how Mozilla enters a new market and building the business model, go-to-market strategy, and product from the ground up.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the PC gaming market - including ecosystems, distribution models, audience segmentation, and monetization patterns
  • Lead the vision and strategy for a new product area, ensuring development of a high quality product with strong alignment to Mozilla’s strengths and customer value.
  • Manage a team of design and engineering resources to create an enjoyable and user-centric product that can meet or exceed business goals
  • Able to seamlessly navigate between high level strategic planning and practical implementation, translating the strategy into the roadmap and action plans for the teams
  • Clear and articulate communication of product plans, customer value, trade-offs, and outcomes to a wide array of audiences including cross-functional partners, Mozilla Leadership, employees, and customers
  • Be a thought leader in the gaming space, with a strong understanding of the market, the different audiences, and potential opportunities in the industry
  • Define and own product metrics to evaluate performance, validate strategic decisions, and prioritize the roadmap — comfortable moving between qualitative signals and quantitative data to build conviction and communicate progress
  • Navigate competing priorities across cross functional teams — building alignment and trust with partners while maintaining a clear point of view on what the product needs to succeed

What you’ll bring:

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with a successful track record.
  • 5+ years of working in and around the video gaming industry with familiarity with PC/desktop gaming ecosystems, platforms and audiences
  • Passion or long term interest in gaming
  • 5+ years of experience managing cross disciplined teams, with evidence of strong people leadership capabilities.
  • Proven experience building and scaling early stage products, shaping the product based on customer and market insights, finding product market fit and driving growth
  • Ability to define and own product metrics to prioritize roadmap and drive confidence in the product strategy
  • Comfort representing the product externally via thought leadership, podcasts, conferences and other platforms

What you’ll get:

  • Generous performance-based bonus plans to all eligible employees - we share in our success as one team
  • Rich medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Generous retirement contributions with 100% immediate vesting (regardless of whether you contribute)
  • Quarterly all-company wellness days where everyone takes a pause together
  • Country specific holidays plus a day off for your birthday
  • One-time home office stipend
  • Annual professional development budget
  • Quarterly well-being stipend
  • Considerable paid parental leave
  • Employee referral bonus program
  • Other benefits (life/AD&D, disability, EAP, etc. - varies by country)

Product Product Manager at Silverfin

Lead product strategy and vision for an AI-powered accounting software platform serving 1000+ firms globally.

Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Who we are?

Silverfin is a cutting-edge cloud software solution built by accountants, for accountants.

Founded in 2013, Silverfin was created to solve the frustrations of manual, error-prone processes in analysing financial data and compliance. From day one, we’ve been a cloud-first platform with an open API architecture, leveraging structured data to transform how accountants work.

Our mission is simple: to enhance and support the accountancy profession through AI and automation, ensuring accountants remain relevant and respected in the future of finance.

In 2023, Silverfin became part of the Visma Group, joining one of Europe’s leading providers of cloud software. This partnership strengthens our ability to innovate and expand our impact within the accountancy industry.

Today, Silverfin is trusted by over 1000+ firms across 19 countries. Our clients include all of the Big 4 accounting firms, as well as leading global networks like BDO, PKF, Baker Tilly, Grant Thornton, and Moore.

Headquartered in Ghent, with offices in London, Luxembourg, Gouda (NL), and a 2nd office in South of Belgium (Mont-Saint-Guibert), we’re a team of over 200 people - including a diverse remote engineering team working across multiple time zones - all working together to drive innovation in accounting.

How would you support our success?

That mission is still standing strong, and we’ve made a bet on where the work is heading. An accountant won’t click through screens to fill in data and assemble an answer. They’ll expect it to be done already or to be able to just ask for it. “I’m meeting this client tomorrow, help me prepare.” “If the current numbers hold to year-end, how much should they prepay next quarter? Draft them the message.” “What’s the most this business can pay out in dividends? Prepare the distribution tests for me to discuss with the customer.”.

Everyone will have agents that attempt to get those answers. The scarce thing (and the bet) is whether the answer is one an accountant can put their name under. Our compliance engine is what makes it so. While agents play a big role in getting to compliance deliverables, there’s a deterministic, controlled and auditable core.

Turning that into insights into the hands of the accountant and their clients is your team’s mission.

What would you do to drive our success?

The territory: every touchpoint where an accounting firm’s work reaches its client: data visualisation, exports, the client conversations, the thread between meetings, and, increasingly, the agents on top of all of it. A lot of what worked well yesterday needs to be questioned. You own the experience of the end client on the other side of those moments: the person our customer serves.

What you’re walking into: there is a foundation to build on but there’s plenty of opportunities remaining to be discovered and delivered on. Our customers want us to keep focus on this, so you’ll need to iterate and keep the pace high, while keeping the outcome in the center of the decisions you make.

What would success look like?

  • Customer value at pace. This is the one thing you care about most, you want to keep a team focused and moving at pace. You have the spine to say no to protect the one or two things that matter from the dozen that don’t.
  • Discovery rigour. You’re in front of real users constantly to learn and validate what you’re doing (Teresa Torres’ continuous discovery habits are our foundation). You kill the ideas that don’t survive contact with users as readily as you ship the ones that do.
  • You inspire. People across the organisation understand what you’re doing and why. You set people up for success when telling customers about this cool thing Silverfin is doing, and you’re not too shy to go to customer events and be in front of an audience occasionally.

Who you are

The ground under this role will evolve quickly. The agentic shift means the territory you own today won’t be the territory next year. Some of what you build will be questioned, merged, or reinvented. If you need a stable lane to do your best work, this will frustrate you. If redrawing the map is a part you enjoy, you’ll thrive.

You don’t need to have been a PM before. If you’ve spent years across the table from business owners and found yourself redesigning the workflow instead of just running it: questioning why the work is done this way, prototyping your own fixes, dragging your firm toward better tools… that instinct is what we’re hiring. We’ll teach you the craft: you’ll work daily with a strong product designer, learn continuous discovery inside a team that already practices it, get coaching from product leadership, and have budget for training. What we can’t teach is the judgment that comes from sitting with real clients. That’s the part you bring.

You’re AI-native in your own work. You reach for AI by default: to draft, to analyse, to prototype; and because the capabilities keeps moving, you keep re-testing where it is. What it couldn’t do last quarter it might do now: you’re the person who notices quickly and changes their opinion.

How we work

  • We’re impatient, on purpose. We’d rather put a rough version in front of a user this week than a polished one next month. If your instinct is to de-risk everything before showing it, we’ll clash; if your instinct is to learn in public, we’ll get along.
  • AI is a daily tool. We prototype with it, test with it, and expect you to. You don’t need to do everything yourself, but “I’ll wait for the team to prototype this” is the wrong reflex here.
  • Product carries real weight in the trio. Our engineers and designers are strong partners, but they look to product to drive direction and make the call. If you want alignment handed to you, this isn’t the place.
  • Strategy grows from the ground up. Direction isn’t a finished vision cascading down, teams closest to users keep shaping a large share of it. That’s the best thing about this job if you want to do strategy, and the worst thing if you want to execute someone else’s.

We care for you

  • Be part of something bigger – Join a growing SaaS company that’s now proudly part of Visma, Europe’s leader in mission-critical cloud software.
  • A connected team– Take part in regular team activities, retreats, and offsites to keep our culture thriving.
  • Grow with us – Take advantage of career development opportunities and a personal training allowance to support your growth.
  • Time to recharge – Enjoy our company-wide Wellbeing Days off each month (reviewed annually).
  • Fair compensation– Receive a competitive rewards package with benefits tailored to your role.
  • Flexibility with connection – This is primarily a hybrid role based in our Ghent HQ, with a minimum of two days a week in the office. For the right candidate, we’re open to exploring a hybrid setup based from our London office instead. We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we also offer flexibility to accommodate unexpected events.
  • Work where you thrive – Enjoy the freedom of a fully remote setup while staying connected through virtual collaboration

How we work

At Silverfin, we’re an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, or disability status. We’re committed to elevating talent by creating an environment where we can all thrive together.

We have a unique culture with our values as the backbone:

Who we are - Authentically human

How we think - With a growth mindset

How we act- Bravely,  side by side

How we win - By doing what we love

At Silverfin we make our own way. We are constantly looking for new and innovative ways to move forward. Continuous learning and development is encouraged to support your personal and professional growth.

At the same time, this opens up many new opportunities that allow our people to grow with Silverfin, and often faster than with other companies. So many ambitious team members have already found their way to a new challenge within Silverfin.

We want you to reach your full potential. To get you there, we don’t want to think in boxes and over-structure things. So your options are not limited to 1 team or 1 career track. Your talent, motivation and potential play a crucial role in evolving across the teams into new roles.

If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.

We hope this excites you.

The ideal candidate combines deep product management expertise with strong commercial instincts and has experience taking a greenfield product to market. They’re energized by a role whose influence grows commensurate with impact.

Lastly, the right person for this role should be eager to engage in respectful argument, prepared to change their mind, and committed to a kind workplace.

You will work closely with the new VP of Business Development on these initiatives.
  • Pace-Setting Execution: Establish clear output-based metrics for your project, ensuring your roadmaps align with engineering’s capacity and velocity expectations.

Qualifications

Manage through convincing, not dictating.
  • Commercial Instincts: Strong ability to connect product & architectural decisions to commercial outcomes, market demand signals, and pricing strategies.
  • Execution-First: A history of managing projects, products, and cross-functional initiatives in lean, fast-moving environments. Ready to roll up your sleeves as an individual contributor on day one.

Product Payments Product Manager at CardFlight

Owns payments product strategy, roadmap, and certifications while translating complex payment processing requirements into engineering specs and managing processor integrations.

Senior Remote Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

We’re currently looking for a Payments Product Manager who will take a key role on our United States location-neutral team. You’ll serve as CardFlight’s payments domain expert. Bringing leadership, expertise, and experience across transaction networks and methods, processor integrations and certifications, compliance mandates, card brand relationships, and emerging payment standards, while serving as the connective tissue among the payments team, engineering, and the broader product organization.

You’ll interpret product strategy, technical specifications and translate complex requirements into engineering-ready stories. This is a product management role at its core — you will own the strategy, requirements, and roadmap for our payments infrastructure. The nature of payments integrations and certifications means a meaningful portion of your time also involves project-level execution, but the job is defined by product thinking, not task coordination.

In this role, we value someone who brings deep payments expertise and a genuine customer-centric product mindset, combined with deep understanding of the context and constraints in payment transaction processing, and a pragmatism and solution-oriented mindset to create and ship elegant solutions despite lots of complexity below the surface.  You thrive in technical ambiguity, operate with a high degree of self-sufficiency, and understand that in payments, the details matter as much as the strategy.

What You’ll Do

Payments Strategy & Certification Ownership

  • Providing product thought leadership on how all transactional components of our product function, how that maps to processor integrations, our roadmap for end-to-end certification processes, while working alongside the certification team on execution.
  • Managing processor integration and certification processes end-to-end, from intake paperwork through testing and delivery, including negotiating scope and requirements with certification analysts at major processors.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact with processors and card brands for compliance matters, emerging standards, and production issues, with the communication skills and relationship-building discipline to represent CardFlight effectively in high-stakes technical conversations.
  • Reviewing card brand compliance bulletins and emerging payments standards, developing a pragmatic point of view on where the product needs to evolve, surfacing and actioning those recommendations proactively.
  • Acting as CardFlight’s internal expert on topics like emerging payment methods and standards, EMV kernels, certification intake requirements, and processor integration architecture, helping the broader team build knowledge.
  • Managing many concurrent workstreams across multiple active certifications and processor integrations simultaneously without losing attention to detail.

Technical Requirements & Spec Interpretation

  • Reading and interpreting raw specification documents from card brands and processors, and translating them into clear, engineering-ready requirements, user stories, and Product Requirements Documents without requiring them to be pre-interpreted by someone else.
  • Identifying compliance obligations from standards bodies like EMVCo and PCI-DSS, card brand rules and processor integration specs, and proactively surfacing requirements before they become production issues.
  • Assessing how new user-facing features impact processor integrations and certification requirements, and flagging those dependencies early in the product development process.
  • Advocating for payments capabilities such as emerging authentication standards, network tokenization, or new payment methods by building the product case before they become urgent priorities.

Roadmap Stewardship & Launch Readiness

  • Maintaining and executing against a roadmap that balances active certifications, new processor integrations, compliance obligations, and platform improvements.
  • Acting as the bridge between the payments team and the broader product organization, ensuring payments infrastructure priorities are visible, understood, and accounted for in the overall product roadmap.
  • Clearly communicating the reasoning behind roadmap decisions to engineering, operations, and partner teams so everyone understands not just what is being built but why.
  • Owning launch readiness by coordinating across teams to ensure documentation, certification sign-off, and engineering work are all aligned and complete before anything ships.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Deeply embedded in the payments team’s culture and daily work, serving as a trusted partner to the certification team while bringing a product management lens to their priorities and processes.
  • Embedded in the engineering team’s daily rhythm, attending standups, refinements, and sprint planning, and reviewing completed work to ensure it meets the intended product outcome before release.
  • Working with operations to share product requirements, review documentation, and train the team on how new features or compliance changes work so they can effectively support merchants after launch.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • At least 3 years (and preferably 5-10+ years) of product management experience in payments. What matters is that you have built deep expertise in payments infrastructure, have overseen integrations into payment processors and experience with their certification processes, and that you are familiar with shipping software that is developed and maintained in-house.
  • Comfort with the project-management overhead that payments certifications require tracking timelines, managing external partners, and coordinating across teams while keeping the product perspective front and center.
  • Deep understanding of processor certification processes (including “Level 3” card present certifications) and hands-on experience managing certifications with major processors and card brands. If this doesn’t resonate, this role is likely not the right fit.
  • Familiarity with applicable standards like PCI DSS and EMVCo kernel lifecycles.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and translate raw processor integration specs and card brand rules into clear engineering requirements without needing them pre-interpreted by someone else.
  • Proven experience managing relationships with processors and card brands, with the communication skills and professionalism to represent a smaller organization effectively in high-stakes technical conversations.
  • The ability to prioritize effectively across a complex, ever-shifting set of payments obligations, certifications, compliance mandates, processor integrations, and product requests, and communicate those priorities clearly to the teams depending on you.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the organizational discipline to manage multiple deadlines and work with external partners simultaneously.
  • A natural collaborator who can bring together engineering, operations, and external partners to move complex technical work forward.
  • Comfort working with product analytics tools and the ability to use data to support and defend product decisions.

Who We Are

We are a leading payments technology company that empowers small businesses across the United States to accept payments seamlessly through our flagship product, SwipeSimple. We distribute our solutions primarily through a robust network of hundreds of merchant acquirers and independent sales organizations (ISOs), who in turn onboard thousands of merchants onto the SwipeSimple platform each month.

We are backed by private equity, including WestView Capital Partners, and are at an exciting inflection point in our growth journey.  We have a strong foundation of profitable recurring revenue today, and are focused on scaling over the next three to four years through optimizing our core channel, accelerating our direct-to-merchant offering, expanding value-added services, and selectively entering new markets.

Why You’ll Love Being Part of the CardFlight Team

  • US location-neutral work environment

  • Home-office equipment stipend

  • Flexible paid time off

  • Employee Engagement (Lunch & Learns, team building events)

  • Learning & Development culture

  • Comprehensive Health Benefits

  • Competitive compensation including:

    • Annualized Base Salary Range: $120,000 – $180,000
    • Annualized Company Performance Bonus: $8,000 – $20,000
    • Company Stock Options: 10,000
  • Remote flexibility and autonomy

Product Product Manager at Silverfin

Lead product strategy and execution for an AI-powered accounting platform, guiding development of client-facing features and compliance-driven insights.

VP of Product Innovation leads strategic and tactical product development for new AI and content-intelligence initiatives, balancing hands-on product management with executive vision-setting across the organization.

Exec Remote Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

We’re gearing up for our “next big thing” and are looking for a VP of Product Innovation to serve as the strategic and tactical engine driving our next generation of product innovation. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), this role will develop new product initiatives with disciplined product execution.

If you’re excited by the idea of owning the creation of something new and looking for a product leadership role with room to grow influence and impact, this role is for you.

You will help us deliver immediate value to our established platform ecosystems while defining the future direction of our new products. You’ll be especially effective, if you’re able to transition seamlessly between being deeply hands-on, an individual contributor serving as the primary Product Manager for our flagship AI and content-intelligence initiatives, and a strategic leader helping define the long term product vision for the business. You’ll be collaborating across the organization, partnering with sales, marketing, engineering, operations, our existing product management organization, and everything in between.

Key Responsibilities:

AI & Emerging Product Discovery

  • Market-Driven Discovery: Act as a critical voice of the customer, engaging in direct market validation and customer discovery to ensure AI initiatives solve real-world workflows and industry standards.
  • Primary Product Owner: Act as the lead, initially, day-to-day Product Manager for the flagship AI-focused product lines, owning the roadmap, writing requirements, and defining technical specs.
  • Value Mapping: Ensure all AI product investments articulate clear business outcomes, drive revenue growth, expand margins, and compound long-term enterprise value.

Cross-Functional Alignment & Go-To-Market Strategy

  • Cross-Infrastructure Coordination: Collaborate with core product PMs to align on dependencies and ensure next-gen AI features integrate with and enhance legacy infrastructure products without disrupting system stability.
  • C-Suite & GTM Alignment: Partner with the CEO, CTO, and Sales leader to define pricing/packaging enablement, create the AI-forward growth narrative, and support high-value enterprise sales opportunities and strategic partnerships. You will work closely with the new VP of Business Development on these initiatives.
  • Pace-Setting Execution: Establish clear output-based metrics for your project, ensuring your roadmaps align with engineering’s capacity and velocity expectations.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS product management, developer platforms, enterprise software, or APIs, with proven experience in a product leadership capacity.
  • Greenfield Product Experience: Demonstrated track record of taking greenfield products to market, which includes identifying opportunities before there is a roadmap, validating demand with customers, and building alignment to create growth.
  • AI-Native Expertise: Demonstrated track record of conceptualizing, prototyping, or deploying live, production-grade AI systems. This could be across legacy “AI” solutions, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic workflows, or semantic data models.
  • Infrastructure Platform Experience: Deep understanding and experience managing developer-focused infrastructure products serving platform providers, developers, and content infrastructure teams.
  • Direct experience engaging in commercial validation, creating business cases, and identifying market value as a core part of the product development process.
  • Familiarity with the learning / HR software industry is preferred

Skills & Capabilities

  • Exceptional Communication & Influence: Proven ability to sit with deeply technical engineers to discuss data architecture, coordinate laterally with peer PMs without organizational friction, and present compelling product visions to C-suite executives and enterprise clients.
  • Must be highly proficient in basic PM blocking-and-tackling (backlog management, user stories, cross-team dependency mapping).

Product Coin Market Cap: Technical AI Product Manager

Technical product manager prototypes AI features in Python, owns prompt/context engineering, and validates AI product concepts before handing off to engineering for production.

Mid Remote Posted 1 day ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: Global / Dubai / Hong Kong / Singapore

About the role
CoinMarketCap is building AI products to help users discover, understand, and act on crypto information more effectively. We’re hiring a Technical AI Product Manager to join our AI team. This is an individual contributor role in the Product org. You’ll spend most of your time building and iterating: identifying user pain points, prototyping in Python, prompt engineering, context engineering, and improving AI features we’ve already shipped based on real usage and feedback.Once an MVP is validated, you’ll partner with Engineering to productionize and scale it. You are not responsible for long-term platform scalability or owning the full engineering surface area. You are responsible for producing strong prototypes and handing Engineering a clear, validated direction.
What you’ll do
Includes but not limited to:
1. Identify the biggest user pain points where a crypto AI can materially improve outcomes. 2. Turn ambiguous ideas into a clear MVP, with crisp scope, constraints, and success metrics.3. Prototype full AI experiences in Python to validate value and quality before we ship to production. 4. Own prompts and context engineering: instruction design, context shaping, guardrails, tool/function calling patterns, and output formatting.5. Build practical evaluation loops: golden sets, scenario coverage, qualitative rubrics, regressions, and acceptance criteria.6. Design the AI user experience: make it clear, trustworthy, and resilient if things go wrong.7. Run fast experiments, learn from real outputs and usage data, and iterate quickly.8. Partner with Engineering to ship: provide handoff specs, edge cases, evaluation results, and support debugging and iteration post-launch.9. Work on whatever surface is the highest leverage.
What we’re looking for
1.Strong product judgment and the ability to make good calls under ambiguity.2. Hands-on Python prototyping ability: you move fast, write clean code, and can translate ideas into working prototypes.3. Practical LLM experience + intuition: you understand prompt iteration, context design, and have a strong intuition for how to build useful products on top of LLMsA strong evaluation mindset: you can define quality, test for failure modes, and prevent regressions without heavy process.4. High-agency execution: you can go from “vague problem” → “shipped learning” with minimal supervision.5. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written): convey complex messages clearly and simply, and driving conviction across stakeholders.
Nice to have
1.Shipped user-facing AI features (chat, agents, copilots, summarization, search/Q&A, personalization).2. 0 to 1 experience in fast-moving environments and owning ambiguous problems end-to-end. 3. Experience building tool-using and agent-like workflows. 4. Experience and interest in cryptocurrency.
We have a strong preference for candidates who can point to things they’ve built (prototypes, side projects, or shipped features) and explain how they navigated ambiguity to reach a useful outcome. To stand out, include examples of these in your application.

Product Product Manager at Specialized Pipe Technologies

Product manager owns merchant capital UX, partner APIs, and money movement flows for a fintech platform, driving adoption and ROI metrics across engineering, design, and partner teams.

Mid Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

The Role

You’ll own a slice of how merchants experience capital from Pipe. Servicing flows, money movement rails that make them work in the five countries we serve - US, UK, CA, AUS and NZ, and the APIs, and integrations. This means partner-facing APIs for offer surfacing and acceptance, split payout logic with partners like Uber Eats and Housecall Pro, and bank rail integrations that move dollars in and out at scale. It’s where product design, credit logic, partner engineering, and payments infrastructure meet. And where a lot of Pipe’s economics get made.

You’ll own measurable outcomes and high stakes interactions with our partners, not just ship features. Expected metrics include partner integration adoption and growth, and positive internal rate of return on the flows you touch. You’ll work directly with engineering, design, risk, capital markets, and partner success and you’ll be expected to have a point of view, not just synthesize others’.

What you’ll do

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for merchant capital UX, partner-facing APIs, and the servicing and money movement flows underneath them.
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap tied to specific conversion, adoption, money movement, and margin outcomes.
  • Partner directly with engineering on API and rails design; webhook patterns, idempotency, reconciliation, failure handling, partner sandbox experience, and the operational realities of working with payment providers. You should have opinions here, not just relay them.
  • Run user and partner research: talk to merchants, sit with partner engineering teams, watch real usage.
  • Write specs tight enough that engineering can build from them and product reviews can challenge them.Define, monitor, and analyze metrics yourself; pulling your own SQL when you need to.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Design, Risk, Legal, Marketing, Capital Markets and Partner Success.

What we’re looking for

  • 2-4 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, embedded finance, or developer-facing platforms. Strong candidates from adjacent backgrounds (engineering, credit, partnerships) who’ve transitioned into PM are also welcome.
  • You can read API docs critically and have shipped products where the API was the product, or close to it.
  • Exposure to money movement is a strong plus; ACH, card rails, split payouts, reconciliation, or direct work with providers
  • SQL fluency. You pull your own data; you don’t wait for a dashboard.
  • Comfort using AI tools (Cursor, Claude, similar) to prototype, draft, and unblock yourself rather than waiting on others’ bandwidth.
  • Curiosity about credit; underwriting, repayment mechanics, loss dynamics. You don’t need to be a risk expert, but you should want to become fluent.
  • Strong written communication. We make a lot of decisions asynchronously and the quality of your writing will shape the quality of those decisions.
  • Track record of shipping things that moved real metrics, not just shipped.

You’ll be successful here if:

  • You’d rather own a smaller surface and move it meaningfully than coordinate a larger one and move it slowly.
  • You’re comfortable making calls with imperfect data and revising fast.
  • You find the intersection of credit, software, and partner ecosystems genuinely interesting, not just a job.

Compensation and benefits

The annual US base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $220,000. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Pipe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.

We are a fully remote company and we believe in taking care of our employees. As a Pipe employee, you’ll receive:

  • The best equipment to help you do your job
  • Flexible vacation and work hours - we believe in a healthy work-life balance (really!)
  • Excellent health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Generous parental leave for anyone growing their family, regardless of gender
  • Great colleagues - we value a culture of authenticity, humility, and excellence
