What this role involves

About Trellis:

Trellis (https://trellis.law/) is the largest legal research platform for state trial courts, with coverage spanning thousands of courts and millions of cases across the U.S. We aggregate and structure trial court filings, rulings, motions, and outcomes into a unified, searchable platform, combining large-scale data infrastructure with AI-powered analysis to extract, organize, and surface insights across that data. This makes large-scale trial court research possible for the first time.

Our tools enable attorneys to analyze judge tendencies, evaluate opposing counsel, find and assess expert witnesses, and see which arguments and strategies have succeeded in similar cases, so they can assess risk earlier, save time on research, and develop more effective, data-backed case strategies.

About the Role:

Trellis is looking for a Product Manager, Growth to own two key growth levers: bringing the right buyers in through organic search and converting them through a strong product-led experience.

This role will split time between product-led growth and SEO, owning the connection between acquisition, activation, trial conversion and expansion. You’ll report to our Director of Product and work closely with Engineering and Design to define priorities, write clear requirements, unblock execution and measure impact through Amplitude and/or GSC.

This is a great role for someone who is analytical, technical enough to partner closely with Engineering and comfortable turning ambiguous growth opportunities into clear, measurable product work.

What You’ll Do:

Own Product-Led Growth

  • Own the activation funnel from first session through paid conversion.
  • Instrument the PLG funnel in Amplitude and define key activation benchmarks.
  • Run structured experiments to reduce friction and improve time-to-first-value.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success on trial, conversion and expansion motions.
  • Connect PLG initiatives directly to activation and conversion metrics.

Own SEO & Organic Discovery

  • Identify coverage gaps across Trellis’s large programmatic SEO footprint.
  • Prioritize which case types, courts and court slugs should be expanded for indexing.
  • Own canonical URL strategy and MCP/UTM attribution governance at scale.
  • Partner with Engineering on schema, indexing infrastructure and court taxonomy expansion.
  • Track organic acquisition through in-product activation in Amplitude and GSC.

Drive Roadmap, Delivery, and Reporting

  • Maintain a clear, written roadmap for PLG and SEO initiatives.
  • Write scoped product requirements that Engineering can execute without unnecessary back-and-forth.
  • Run sprint priorities and unblock Engineering and Design independently.
  • Proactively surface blockers, risks, and trade-offs to stakeholders.
  • Deliver a consistent weekly written update covering roadmap status, experiment results, key decisions and blockers.

Who You Are:

  • 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally with hands-on PLG, growth, activation, or funnel ownership.
  • Hands-on SEO experience, especially technical SEO or programmatic SEO at a meaningful scale.
  • Proficiency with GSC and Amplitude, or a similar product analytics platform.
  • Strong comfort working with Engineering on technical requirements and implementation trade-offs.
  • Excellent async communication skills, including PRDs, roadmap updates, Slack communication, and stakeholder updates that do not require constant follow-up.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in legal tech, court data, B2B SaaS or another complex data environment.
  • Experience with AI-powered product features, MCP integrations, or attribution systems.
  • Familiarity with large-scale indexing, schema, metadata, taxonomy or URL governance.

Benefits:

  • Meaningful equity
  • Full Medical, dental, and vision coverage (for you and your family). ALL premiums covered!
  • 401k w/ full match up to state limit
  • Work from anywhere, but be willing to travel for sales meetings, leadership retreats, etc
  • Flexible vacation policy. You manage your own time

Product Coin Market Cap: Technical AI Product Manager

Technical product manager prototypes AI features in Python, owns prompt/context engineering, and validates AI product concepts before handing off to engineering for production.

Mid Remote Posted 1 day ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: Global / Dubai / Hong Kong / Singapore

About the role
CoinMarketCap is building AI products to help users discover, understand, and act on crypto information more effectively. We’re hiring a Technical AI Product Manager to join our AI team. This is an individual contributor role in the Product org. You’ll spend most of your time building and iterating: identifying user pain points, prototyping in Python, prompt engineering, context engineering, and improving AI features we’ve already shipped based on real usage and feedback.Once an MVP is validated, you’ll partner with Engineering to productionize and scale it. You are not responsible for long-term platform scalability or owning the full engineering surface area. You are responsible for producing strong prototypes and handing Engineering a clear, validated direction.
What you’ll do
Includes but not limited to:
1. Identify the biggest user pain points where a crypto AI can materially improve outcomes. 2. Turn ambiguous ideas into a clear MVP, with crisp scope, constraints, and success metrics.3. Prototype full AI experiences in Python to validate value and quality before we ship to production. 4. Own prompts and context engineering: instruction design, context shaping, guardrails, tool/function calling patterns, and output formatting.5. Build practical evaluation loops: golden sets, scenario coverage, qualitative rubrics, regressions, and acceptance criteria.6. Design the AI user experience: make it clear, trustworthy, and resilient if things go wrong.7. Run fast experiments, learn from real outputs and usage data, and iterate quickly.8. Partner with Engineering to ship: provide handoff specs, edge cases, evaluation results, and support debugging and iteration post-launch.9. Work on whatever surface is the highest leverage.
What we’re looking for
1.Strong product judgment and the ability to make good calls under ambiguity.2. Hands-on Python prototyping ability: you move fast, write clean code, and can translate ideas into working prototypes.3. Practical LLM experience + intuition: you understand prompt iteration, context design, and have a strong intuition for how to build useful products on top of LLMsA strong evaluation mindset: you can define quality, test for failure modes, and prevent regressions without heavy process.4. High-agency execution: you can go from “vague problem” → “shipped learning” with minimal supervision.5. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written): convey complex messages clearly and simply, and driving conviction across stakeholders.
Nice to have
1.Shipped user-facing AI features (chat, agents, copilots, summarization, search/Q&A, personalization).2. 0 to 1 experience in fast-moving environments and owning ambiguous problems end-to-end. 3. Experience building tool-using and agent-like workflows. 4. Experience and interest in cryptocurrency.
We have a strong preference for candidates who can point to things they’ve built (prototypes, side projects, or shipped features) and explain how they navigated ambiguity to reach a useful outcome. To stand out, include examples of these in your application.

Product Product Manager at Specialized Pipe Technologies

Product manager owns merchant capital UX, partner APIs, and money movement flows for a fintech platform, driving adoption and ROI metrics across engineering, design, and partner teams.

Mid Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

The Role

You’ll own a slice of how merchants experience capital from Pipe. Servicing flows, money movement rails that make them work in the five countries we serve - US, UK, CA, AUS and NZ, and the APIs, and integrations. This means partner-facing APIs for offer surfacing and acceptance, split payout logic with partners like Uber Eats and Housecall Pro, and bank rail integrations that move dollars in and out at scale. It’s where product design, credit logic, partner engineering, and payments infrastructure meet. And where a lot of Pipe’s economics get made.

You’ll own measurable outcomes and high stakes interactions with our partners, not just ship features. Expected metrics include partner integration adoption and growth, and positive internal rate of return on the flows you touch. You’ll work directly with engineering, design, risk, capital markets, and partner success and you’ll be expected to have a point of view, not just synthesize others’.

What you’ll do

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for merchant capital UX, partner-facing APIs, and the servicing and money movement flows underneath them.
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap tied to specific conversion, adoption, money movement, and margin outcomes.
  • Partner directly with engineering on API and rails design; webhook patterns, idempotency, reconciliation, failure handling, partner sandbox experience, and the operational realities of working with payment providers. You should have opinions here, not just relay them.
  • Run user and partner research: talk to merchants, sit with partner engineering teams, watch real usage.
  • Write specs tight enough that engineering can build from them and product reviews can challenge them.Define, monitor, and analyze metrics yourself; pulling your own SQL when you need to.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Design, Risk, Legal, Marketing, Capital Markets and Partner Success.

What we’re looking for

  • 2-4 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, embedded finance, or developer-facing platforms. Strong candidates from adjacent backgrounds (engineering, credit, partnerships) who’ve transitioned into PM are also welcome.
  • You can read API docs critically and have shipped products where the API was the product, or close to it.
  • Exposure to money movement is a strong plus; ACH, card rails, split payouts, reconciliation, or direct work with providers
  • SQL fluency. You pull your own data; you don’t wait for a dashboard.
  • Comfort using AI tools (Cursor, Claude, similar) to prototype, draft, and unblock yourself rather than waiting on others’ bandwidth.
  • Curiosity about credit; underwriting, repayment mechanics, loss dynamics. You don’t need to be a risk expert, but you should want to become fluent.
  • Strong written communication. We make a lot of decisions asynchronously and the quality of your writing will shape the quality of those decisions.
  • Track record of shipping things that moved real metrics, not just shipped.

You’ll be successful here if:

  • You’d rather own a smaller surface and move it meaningfully than coordinate a larger one and move it slowly.
  • You’re comfortable making calls with imperfect data and revising fast.
  • You find the intersection of credit, software, and partner ecosystems genuinely interesting, not just a job.

Compensation and benefits

The annual US base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $220,000. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Pipe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.

We are a fully remote company and we believe in taking care of our employees. As a Pipe employee, you’ll receive:

  • The best equipment to help you do your job
  • Flexible vacation and work hours - we believe in a healthy work-life balance (really!)
  • Excellent health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Generous parental leave for anyone growing their family, regardless of gender
  • Great colleagues - we value a culture of authenticity, humility, and excellence

Product Delivery

  • Lead cross-functional Agile teams through product planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release activities.

  • Develop and maintain well-defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, UX, QA, and data teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

  • Present product strategy, roadmap updates, delivery progress, and key metrics to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Identify risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs early while proactively communicating mitigation strategies.

Product Product Manager at Specialized Pipe Technologies

Own end-to-end product lifecycle for merchant capital UX, partner APIs, and money movement flows, driving adoption and financial outcomes across cross-functional teams.

What this role involves

Product Manager

About Pluribus Digital

Join us and do work that matters: use your skills to improve how your government serves the public.

Pluribus Digital partners with government customers to design, develop, and deliver impactful digital products. We are a hands-on digital services consultancy—part technologists, part change agents, and all heart. We employ modern engineering practices to solve complex challenges across healthcare, financial regulation, identity management, and digital government services.

About the Role

Pluribus Digital is seeking a Product Manager to support the modernization of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Health Insurance Oversight System (HIOS). This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, data, and user needs while delivering mission-critical solutions that improve healthcare oversight and operations.

As a Product Manager, you’ll partner with government stakeholders, engineers, architects, data specialists, and UX professionals to define product strategy and guide delivery across complex modernization initiatives. This role is highly collaborative and requires balancing business priorities, technical considerations, and data-driven decision making throughout the product lifecycle.

The HIOS platform supports large volumes of regulatory and operational data, making this position especially well suited for someone with experience delivering data-intensive applications, modern APIs, reporting capabilities, and enterprise-scale software solutions in Agile environments.

Applying modern Digital Services principles and human-centered design, you’ll help ensure products are built around user needs, informed by data, and aligned with CMS mission objectives.

We are committed to continuous employee growth and upskilling, equipping our team with versatile, high-impact skills that drive success across multiple engagements throughout their careers at Pluribus.

What You’ll Do

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with CMS modernization priorities.

  • Partner with government stakeholders to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into product outcomes.

  • Prioritize features and capabilities based on mission impact, customer value, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines.

  • Drive product decisions using qualitative user feedback, operational metrics, and data insights.

Product Delivery

  • Lead cross-functional Agile teams through product planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release activities.

  • Develop and maintain well-defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, UX, QA, and data teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

  • Support SAFe planning activities, including Program Increment (PI) Planning and roadmap alignment.

Data & Platform Modernization

  • Partner with engineering and data teams to define requirements for data-intensive applications, reporting capabilities, APIs, and system integrations.

  • Help modernize legacy workflows through scalable, cloud-native product solutions.

  • Ensure product decisions support data quality, interoperability, security, and long-term maintainability.

  • Leverage analytics and performance metrics to measure product success and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build trusted relationships with Product Owners, government leadership, technical teams, and external stakeholders.

  • Present product strategy, roadmap updates, delivery progress, and key metrics to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Identify risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs early while proactively communicating mitigation strategies.

  • Foster collaboration across multiple delivery teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.

Innovation

  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve user experience and operational efficiency.

  • Champion continuous improvement through experimentation, feedback, and iterative product delivery.

  • Promote modern digital service practices that improve both customer outcomes and delivery effectiveness.

What You’ll Bring

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust designation (current or recent clearance preferred).

As a Growth PM, you will play a key role in our product-led growth and self-serve initiatives within our Product Growth team. Your goal will be to understand the core value levers of our product and use strong growth instincts to drive activation, adoption, monetization, retention, and expansion. We believe the strongest product-led growth comes from helping customers realize value through thoughtful product experiences, not from forcing growth at the expense of customer trust.

You will partner closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, sales, customer success, and other cross-functional teammates to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Who You Are

Our ideal candidate is curious, proactive, customer-centric, and energized by solving growth problems through product. You have strong product judgment, a bias toward learning, and a demonstrated ability to turn customer insight and data into measurable impact.

You have experience in product-led growth and self-serve product development, with a strong understanding of funnels, loops, lifecycle optimization, and experimentation. You are a strong cross-functional partner who collaborates effectively with engineering, design, research, data, marketing, sales, customer success, and other stakeholders. You care deeply about craft and customer experience, and you believe the best growth comes from helping users realize value faster and more often, not from adding friction or compromising product quality.

Your Impact

  • Drive product growth across key parts of the customer journey, including activation, adoption, monetization, retention, and expansion
  • Build and optimize growth loops that are repeatable, scalable, and measurable
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior, funnel performance, lifecycle moments, and value realization to identify high-leverage opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, data, marketing, and customer-facing teams to develop effective strategies and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Use quantitative analysis, qualitative insight, and product judgment to inform priorities and decisions
  • Generate and test hypotheses through thoughtful experimentation and rapid iteration
  • Contribute to growth strategy and roadmap decisions by identifying opportunities, recommending priorities, and driving execution within your area
  • Guide initiatives through the full product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization through launch, analysis, and optimization
  • Communicate progress, trade-offs, learnings, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leaders
  • Help raise the bar for experimentation rigor, evidence-based decision-making, and product quality across the team

Your Experience

  • 3-5 years in product management, including meaningful experience in product-led growth and/or experimentation-focused roles in modern B2B SaaS environments
  • BA/BS/MS in Computer Science, Business, Design, or related equivalent field/experience
  • Strong quantitative business acumen and comfort using data to identify opportunities, evaluate performance, and inform decisions
  • In-depth knowledge of product growth best practices, experimentation, and funnel analysis
  • Passion for customer and business success, shortening time to value, and the craft of product management
  • Strong ability to understand users and rally teams around the right problems to solve
  • Proven track record of strong cross-functional collaboration
  • An entrepreneurial spirit – you are self-driven, accountable, and comfortable presenting to customers, prospects, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Egoless self-starter with great product sense, curiosity, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a growth mindset.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically, from shaping direction to driving execution and iteration
  • Demonstrated fluency with modern AI tools and concepts, either through building AI-powered product experiences or using AI meaningfully to improve product thinking, execution, analysis, and decision-making
  • Champion our core values of intelligence, intensity, integrity, and ownership

Considered a plus

  • Experience in fleet, automotive, transportation software, vertical SaaS, or a related space
  • Experience writing and reading SQL
  • Experience across multiple growth surfaces, such as onboarding, trial, adoption, monetization, or lifecycle experiences
  • Experience with hybrid B2B PLG and SLG products
  • Experience optimizing mature products as well as exploring zero-to-one opportunities
  • Experience building, launching, or iterating on AI-powered product features or workflows
  • Experience working in design-forward, product-led environments with a strong emphasis on user experience, craft, and thoughtful growth

  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically, from shaping direction to driving execution and iteration

  • Balance customer value, business priorities and technical constraints to maximise product outcomes.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager delivering digital products within Agile environments.
  • Strong experience managing complex product backlogs and defining product roadmaps.
  • Experience working with large volumes of customer and operational data to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across technical and business functions.
  • Experience working closely with Engineering, Design and Data teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with experience in product discovery and problem definition.
  • Commercially aware, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and deliver measurable value.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional delivery teams.

Highly Desirable Experience

  • Strong experience in Debt Management, Collections & Recoveries.
  • Experience within Energy & Utilities, particularly around customer debt, billing or payment journeys.
  • Alternatively, experience within Financial Services or FinTech, especially collections, lending, repayments or credit products.
  • Experience delivering customer-facing digital products that improve financial outcomes or reduce operational debt.

Product Product Manager, Risk Management at Hyperproof

Owns product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for first-party and third-party risk management features in a GRC platform.

Mid Posted 6 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Us

Hyperproof is on a mission to transform the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) world with a powerful new software platform. With Hyperproof, companies can save time and money while also operating their programs at a much higher level of effectiveness and accountability. We envision a world where organizations we depend on are truly trustworthy — and Hyperproof is the platform that will get them there.

We have a great team and culture — picture yourself in a highly collaborative startup environment where you can make a real impact on something truly important. It’s an exciting time to be at Hyperproof; we raised our Series B round in 2023, validating our teamwork and company vision, and we continue to grow rapidly.

Hyperproof is hiring a Product Manager to join our growing product team, focused on our Risk Management product area — spanning both first-party risk management and third-party risk management (TPRM).

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of features across two interconnected and high-growth product areas: first-party risk management (risk register, control testing, risk scoring, framework alignment) and third-party risk management (vendor assessments, vendor lifecycle, questionnaire automation, risk scoring). You will be empowered with the autonomy needed to drive successful outcomes and shape how organizations understand and manage risk holistically.

  • Own the product roadmap for first-party and third-party risk management, making prioritization decisions grounded in customer research, market trends, and business impact.
  • Define and drive delivery of features across the full risk lifecycle: risk identification, assessment, scoring, monitoring, remediation, and vendor collaboration workflows.
  • Collaborate deeply with engineering, design, and QA to translate complex GRC domain requirements into clear, well-scoped product specs and user stories.
  • Conduct ongoing customer discovery — interviews, feedback sessions, usage data analysis — to deeply understand the problems our customers face managing both organizational and third-party risk.
  • Monitor product metrics, customer feedback, and usage patterns to identify areas for improvement and validate new ideas; build quick prototypes or wireframes to test hypotheses early.
  • Partner with go-to-market teams (sales, marketing, customer success) to ensure new features are positioned and adopted effectively in the market.
  • Represent Hyperproof as a subject matter expert in risk management at industry events, customer conversations, and partner discussions.
  • Continuously champion the needs of our users — compliance professionals, risk managers, and vendor risk teams — ensuring they remain the top priority in every product decision.

How You’ll Know You Are Successful

  • Hundreds of companies, including enterprise customers, will use your features to build stronger, more scalable risk programs.
  • Customers will post rave reviews on G2 and in community forums citing the risk management capabilities you shipped.
  • You will develop a deep understanding of how organizations manage first-party and third-party risk — and translate that understanding into product decisions that clearly resonate.
  • You will create insightful solutions that land well with customers and open new segments of the market.
  • You will identify new opportunities at the intersection of first-party and third-party risk and propose innovative ways to approach them.
  • You will be a valued team player who helps those around you do their best work.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning and shipping features for enterprise or B2B SaaS products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Excellent communication skills — the ability to build alignment and clarity across technical and non-technical audiences, including engineering, design, executives, and customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and synthesize customer feedback, market research, and business requirements to inform product strategy and prioritization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience writing clear, well-structured product specs and user stories that engineering teams can build from confidently.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Deep curiosity — you delve into the details to understand root causes of problems, unexpected user behavior, and unmet needs.
  • A genuine team player — people around you do better work because of your enthusiasm, openness, and willingness to help.

What Will Be a Plus

  • Experience in the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) or cybersecurity domain — as a practitioner, product manager, or power user.
  • Familiarity with third-party risk management programs, vendor assessment workflows, or supplier risk concepts.
  • Experience with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, or similar.
  • You have shipped AI-assisted or AI-enabled product features in a production environment.
  • Experience working with or alongside vendor risk, information security, or procurement teams.

We are a fully remote company! This role is open to candidates based in India. Rather than restrict ourselves to only finding talent in one city, we’d rather find the absolute best people regardless of where they live.

  • Hyperproof also loves to see an internal transfer. If a linear career path is not what you’re looking for, you can work with your manager and our people team to explore lateral moves to other parts of the organization as you continue to grow with us
