Product Senior Product Manager, Acquisition at PandaDoc

Senior Product Manager owns acquisition product strategy and roadmap, defining discovery surfaces and growth loops while partnering across engineering, design, and data teams.

Senior Posted 39 minutes ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive PandaDoc’s user acquisition product strategy in the next era of product-led and agent-led growth.

Acquisition is undergoing a fundamental shift. Traditional channels like SEO and paid acquisition are giving way to new discovery surfaces: generative engines, agent ecosystems, marketplaces, integrations, and AI-native distribution. The future of growth is moving from PLG to agent-led growth — where products are discovered, recommended, and activated through intelligent systems and workflows.

As Sr. PM, Growth, you’ll own the product strategy and roadmap for how new users discover and activate on PandaDoc. You’ll define the product surfaces, loops, and mechanics that drive top-of-funnel growth. You’ll work at the intersection of product, data, and growth, translating acquisition signals into durable product investments.

This is a product role with a growth mandate: you’ll own a roadmap, drive cross-functional execution, and build product capabilities that compound over time. You’ll report to the Sr. Director of Product.

What You’ll Do

Own the acquisition product roadmap

  • Define and execute PandaDoc’s top-of-funnel product strategy, from freemium entry points to AI-native discovery surfaces
  • Own the roadmap for acquisition-related product surfaces: From MCPs and skills to sharing mechanics and new entry points
  • Partner with engineering, design, and data to ship product changes that move acquisition metrics

Build acquisition loops, not just features

  • Design growth systems that compound: product loops, integrations, template distribution, sharing mechanics, and workflow ecosystems
  • Identify ways PandaDoc naturally spreads through collaboration, workflows, and document sharing
  • Turn user behavior and product capabilities into scalable acquisition engines

Explore and validate new distribution surfaces

  • Develop product strategy for emerging acquisition channels including generative search (GEO), AI discovery surfaces, MCP servers, agent marketplaces, and ecosystem integrations
  • Identify new ways PandaDoc can be surfaced, recommended, and activated within AI workflows and automation ecosystems
  • Run scoped product experiments to validate new distribution mechanics before committing to full builds

Drive a high-velocity experimentation practice

  • Maintain a rigorous experimentation roadmap for acquisition loops and onboarding entry points
  • Define hypotheses, instrument experiments, analyze results, and translate learnings into product decisions
  • Balance quick experiments with longer-horizon product investments

Use data to drive decisions

  • Own the acquisition funnel metrics: traffic, signups, activation, and channel-level conversion
  • Work with analytics to build clear measurement frameworks for new acquisition initiatives
  • Identify the leading indicators that predict sustainable growth

Partner across the company

  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and GTM to execute acquisition initiatives
  • Align leadership around evolving acquisition strategies and emerging opportunities
  • Represent the acquisition roadmap in planning processes and to executive stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 5–8+ years in product management, with significant time in growth, acquisition, or PLG-focused roles at SaaS companies
  • Proven track record owning a product roadmap and shipping features that measurably moved top-of-funnel metrics
  • Experience with product-led growth models: freemium funnels, self-serve onboarding, viral and sharing loops
  • Proven experience working, managing, and influencing multiple teams

Product instincts

  • Strong ability to identify the product investments that will compound — not just campaigns or one-off experiments
  • Comfortable translating ambiguous growth problems into clear product bets with defined success criteria
  • Skilled at scoping experiments appropriately and knowing when a signal is strong enough to build on

Data fluency

  • Data-informed decision making; comfortable owning funnel metrics and digging into data to form and test hypotheses
  • Experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Hex, or Snowflake)
  • Able to design experiments with proper instrumentation and interpret results rigorously

AI-native orientation

  • Deep belief that user acquisition is fundamentally changing in the age of AI
  • Understands how generative AI, agentic workflows, and new distribution surfaces are reshaping product discovery
  • Uses AI tools hands-on to accelerate research, prototyping, and experimentation

Technical comfort

  • Comfortable collaborating with engineers and digging into technical tradeoffs
  • Able to explore APIs, integrations, and automation platforms to understand distribution opportunities
  • Not necessarily an engineer, but technically curious and fluent

Product Senior Product Manager (USA/Europe - Remote) at Hospitable

Senior Product Manager owns product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a multi-million dollar business line, prioritizing features and driving execution across engineering, sales, and customer support teams.

Senior Remote Posted about 4 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

tldr; We build software for Airbnbs to rent themselves, with a state-of-the-art product and user experience.

We have crafted an Applicant Handbook, which we highly recommend you check out, where you can find out more about the company, culture, how we recruit, what we do, and how we do it: https://hsptb.com/hndbk

We are bold, like risk, and take on big challenges together. Our customers love the product, provide valuable feedback, and trust us to rapidly help them with more of their problems.

Feel free to join in one of our upcoming Townhalls on YouTube to experience it for yourself: https://hsptb.com/twnhll

Hospitable.com is a remote-only and fully distributed company. We hire based on timezones, not countries.

Responsibilities

We deliver value to our customers by relentlessly simplifying our product and uncovering new ways to gift our customers their time back. We want to make managing short-term rentals trivial. Your responsibility is to keep our product on mission.

  • Drive outcomes and own the results on multi-million dollar business lines
  • Develop and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, breaking that down into rapidly shippable projects, consistent with the company vision.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.
  • Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps, based on your interaction with customers and aggregate customer feedback.
  • Partner with sales, customer support, and engineering to ship features and products that solve the right problems while knowing that Andrew’s favorite ice cream flavor is pistachio.
  • Ensure new features are launched smoothly and (mostly) on schedule.
  • Prioritize, set the pace of execution, and balance engineering cost with impact on business.
  • Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users.
  • Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision. Actively seek out opportunities to innovate.

This job can be rewarding as it is challenging. You’ll be expected to manage multiple complex projects at the same time while maintaining focus and ensuring a regular cadence of releases. If that sounds overwhelming, this may not be a good fit for you.

For this position, your location is not a requirement. The ideal fit could work under European or American east coast timezones.

Don’t tick all the boxes? Talk to us about why you’re still an amazing fit. The successful candidate will demonstrate how they are uniquely qualified for this role and will be someone that we cannot wait to start working with.

Here’s what we’re paying attention to:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, real estate or hospitality software.
  • Exceptional communication skills - especially written - with a particular knack for clearly and precisely articulating customer concerns.
  • High degree of empathy both toward customers and teammates.
  • Track record of owning 0→1, end-to-end product, and feature development.
  • Intense focus on shipping products, and ability to make trade-offs that require prioritizing different competing demands.
  • Ability to manage a project, structuring it into relevant work categories, dependencies, and priorities within a relevant tool.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and persistent in ensuring that your product is successful.
  • Able to make decisions when surrounded by uncertainty. You don’t require a support system to maintain momentum.

The company itself is also a product, one that we iterate on. We’re always improving and creating an environment where we all love to work.

  • A supportive, radically transparent, and caring team environment, where you are trusted, not managed—and a culture that is focused on results and output.
  • The total budget for this role is between USD $170,000.00 - USD $207,546.90 depending on the cost of living in your location. We can hire talent internationally as contractors—or employees if you are based in the United States, the European Union, or Australia, taking into account payroll taxes to determine your gross compensation. For US employees, the gross compensation could be between USD $156,749.60 - USD $191,369.96.
  • For US employees: healthcare (including EPO, PPO and HSA), 401(k).
  • We also offer options into the company equity through (RSU’s), with a current grant value of up to $75,471.60, to share in the long-term upside value of the company.
  • Separately, this role is eligible for up to an additional USD $576,090.00 per year in Performance Share Units (PSUs). These PSUs do not vest over time and are granted only upon the achievement of clearly defined business performance targets. The size and payout of this award are directly tied to measurable outcomes and are intended to strongly align compensation with company impact.
  • 35 days off per year, encouraged (including self-serve public holidays) and parental leave.
  • Complimentary mental health and emotional support with therapists on call through Slack by Spill.
  • Earn virtual coins through our peer recognition platform and redeem them through gift cards, donations, or monetary rewards.

Product Payments Product Manager at CardFlight

Owns payments product strategy, roadmap, and certifications while translating complex payment processing requirements into engineering specs and managing processor integrations.

Senior Remote Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

We’re currently looking for a Payments Product Manager who will take a key role on our United States location-neutral team. You’ll serve as CardFlight’s payments domain expert. Bringing leadership, expertise, and experience across transaction networks and methods, processor integrations and certifications, compliance mandates, card brand relationships, and emerging payment standards, while serving as the connective tissue among the payments team, engineering, and the broader product organization.

You’ll interpret product strategy, technical specifications and translate complex requirements into engineering-ready stories. This is a product management role at its core — you will own the strategy, requirements, and roadmap for our payments infrastructure. The nature of payments integrations and certifications means a meaningful portion of your time also involves project-level execution, but the job is defined by product thinking, not task coordination.

In this role, we value someone who brings deep payments expertise and a genuine customer-centric product mindset, combined with deep understanding of the context and constraints in payment transaction processing, and a pragmatism and solution-oriented mindset to create and ship elegant solutions despite lots of complexity below the surface.  You thrive in technical ambiguity, operate with a high degree of self-sufficiency, and understand that in payments, the details matter as much as the strategy.

What You’ll Do

Payments Strategy & Certification Ownership

  • Providing product thought leadership on how all transactional components of our product function, how that maps to processor integrations, our roadmap for end-to-end certification processes, while working alongside the certification team on execution.
  • Managing processor integration and certification processes end-to-end, from intake paperwork through testing and delivery, including negotiating scope and requirements with certification analysts at major processors.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact with processors and card brands for compliance matters, emerging standards, and production issues, with the communication skills and relationship-building discipline to represent CardFlight effectively in high-stakes technical conversations.
  • Reviewing card brand compliance bulletins and emerging payments standards, developing a pragmatic point of view on where the product needs to evolve, surfacing and actioning those recommendations proactively.
  • Acting as CardFlight’s internal expert on topics like emerging payment methods and standards, EMV kernels, certification intake requirements, and processor integration architecture, helping the broader team build knowledge.
  • Managing many concurrent workstreams across multiple active certifications and processor integrations simultaneously without losing attention to detail.

Technical Requirements & Spec Interpretation

  • Reading and interpreting raw specification documents from card brands and processors, and translating them into clear, engineering-ready requirements, user stories, and Product Requirements Documents without requiring them to be pre-interpreted by someone else.
  • Identifying compliance obligations from standards bodies like EMVCo and PCI-DSS, card brand rules and processor integration specs, and proactively surfacing requirements before they become production issues.
  • Assessing how new user-facing features impact processor integrations and certification requirements, and flagging those dependencies early in the product development process.
  • Advocating for payments capabilities such as emerging authentication standards, network tokenization, or new payment methods by building the product case before they become urgent priorities.

Roadmap Stewardship & Launch Readiness

  • Maintaining and executing against a roadmap that balances active certifications, new processor integrations, compliance obligations, and platform improvements.
  • Acting as the bridge between the payments team and the broader product organization, ensuring payments infrastructure priorities are visible, understood, and accounted for in the overall product roadmap.
  • Clearly communicating the reasoning behind roadmap decisions to engineering, operations, and partner teams so everyone understands not just what is being built but why.
  • Owning launch readiness by coordinating across teams to ensure documentation, certification sign-off, and engineering work are all aligned and complete before anything ships.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Deeply embedded in the payments team’s culture and daily work, serving as a trusted partner to the certification team while bringing a product management lens to their priorities and processes.
  • Embedded in the engineering team’s daily rhythm, attending standups, refinements, and sprint planning, and reviewing completed work to ensure it meets the intended product outcome before release.
  • Working with operations to share product requirements, review documentation, and train the team on how new features or compliance changes work so they can effectively support merchants after launch.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • At least 3 years (and preferably 5-10+ years) of product management experience in payments. What matters is that you have built deep expertise in payments infrastructure, have overseen integrations into payment processors and experience with their certification processes, and that you are familiar with shipping software that is developed and maintained in-house.
  • Comfort with the project-management overhead that payments certifications require tracking timelines, managing external partners, and coordinating across teams while keeping the product perspective front and center.
  • Deep understanding of processor certification processes (including “Level 3” card present certifications) and hands-on experience managing certifications with major processors and card brands. If this doesn’t resonate, this role is likely not the right fit.
  • Familiarity with applicable standards like PCI DSS and EMVCo kernel lifecycles.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and translate raw processor integration specs and card brand rules into clear engineering requirements without needing them pre-interpreted by someone else.
  • Proven experience managing relationships with processors and card brands, with the communication skills and professionalism to represent a smaller organization effectively in high-stakes technical conversations.
  • The ability to prioritize effectively across a complex, ever-shifting set of payments obligations, certifications, compliance mandates, processor integrations, and product requests, and communicate those priorities clearly to the teams depending on you.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the organizational discipline to manage multiple deadlines and work with external partners simultaneously.
  • A natural collaborator who can bring together engineering, operations, and external partners to move complex technical work forward.
  • Comfort working with product analytics tools and the ability to use data to support and defend product decisions.

Who We Are

We are a leading payments technology company that empowers small businesses across the United States to accept payments seamlessly through our flagship product, SwipeSimple. We distribute our solutions primarily through a robust network of hundreds of merchant acquirers and independent sales organizations (ISOs), who in turn onboard thousands of merchants onto the SwipeSimple platform each month.

We are backed by private equity, including WestView Capital Partners, and are at an exciting inflection point in our growth journey.  We have a strong foundation of profitable recurring revenue today, and are focused on scaling over the next three to four years through optimizing our core channel, accelerating our direct-to-merchant offering, expanding value-added services, and selectively entering new markets.

Why You’ll Love Being Part of the CardFlight Team

  • US location-neutral work environment

  • Home-office equipment stipend

  • Flexible paid time off

  • Employee Engagement (Lunch & Learns, team building events)

  • Learning & Development culture

  • Comprehensive Health Benefits

  • Competitive compensation including:

    • Annualized Base Salary Range: $120,000 – $180,000
    • Annualized Company Performance Bonus: $8,000 – $20,000
    • Company Stock Options: 10,000
  • Remote flexibility and autonomy

Product Sr. Technical Product Manager at Smarsh

Senior Technical Product Manager defines AI-powered product strategy, develops technical roadmaps, and drives developer adoption for compliance and data management solutions.

Senior Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Our Mission

Our mission is to build the definitive engineering platform that accelerates developer innovation. We empower our teams by providing them with intelligent, scalable, and self-service tools, enabling them to build the future without being constrained by infrastructure complexity.

About the Role

Smarsh is seeking a Technical AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and commercialization of AI-powered solutions within our compliance and data archival platform. This role combines deep product expertise with AI/ML fluency to drive innovation, build differentiated capabilities, and accelerate market adoption of intelligent features that help our enterprise customers manage risk and ensure regulatory compliance.

Your mission is to create a world-class, seamless experience for our developers, enabling them to provision, manage, and scale their application backends with speed and confidence. You will blend deep technical expertise with a strong sense of product ownership to define the future of how our company handles data at scale, directly influencing the productivity and innovation of hundreds of engineers.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Vision and Strategy: Define and deliver on a multi-year vision for our portfolio of workload assets. You will develop a clear product strategy and roadmap that aligns with the broader goals of the engineering organization.

  • Be the Voice of the Developer: Act as the primary liaison between the Product team and our engineering team. Translate high level business objectives into actionable technical roadmaps, anticipate risks and develop mitigation strategies, and closely work with Iteration Manager to align delivery cadences.

  • Drive the Roadmap: Translate complex technical requirements and user needs into a prioritized backlog of clear user stories, epics, and product specifications. You will work within an agile environment to ensure a steady flow of value to our customers.

  • Serve as a Product Evangelist: Champion the platform’s vision and services across the organization. Drive adoption and enablement by working with developers to create clear documentation, best practices, and training materials.

  • Manage the Asset Lifecycle: Oversee the entire lifecycle of our workload assets—from evaluating new technologies and market trends to managing versions and planning the graceful deprecation of legacy systems.

  • Analyse and Measure: Define and analyse metrics that measure the success of your products, including developer satisfaction, reliability, performance, and total cost of ownership. Use this data to inform your product strategy.

  • AI Transformation: Build the business case for ongoing investment in AI, monitoring unit economics, leading cross-functional collaboration with AI/ML engineers and delivering AI solutions.

  • Lead Through Influence: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders in security, compliance, finance, and application development to ensure our workload assets are secure, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals.

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of building and delivering products for developers (e.g., APIs, infrastructure, platform services) with at least 1-year leading AI, ML or data products. Key Outcomes & Deliverables (First 6–12 Months)

  • Outcome 1: Cross-Market Scalability. Successfully launch and deploy our brand-new V1 Compliance Platform within the Australian (AU) market. Once validated, you will blueprint the architectural logic to seamlessly scale and localize the platform across other core Sleek markets (including SG, HK, and UK).

  • RegTech & AI Literacy: Hands-on experience developing or working closely with RegTech systems or deeply rule-based software environments. You are highly fluent with AI workflows, possess a strong understanding of technical AI model evaluations (Evals), and have the engineering literacy to take an AI product live on your own.
  • Technical Grip & Analytical Rigor: Exceptional structured problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. You excel at working backward from targets, breaking down complex API documentation, and translating messy operational landscapes into clean, executable Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
  • Ecosystem Match: Prior experience navigating a fast-paced startup or scale-up ecosystem is highly preferred, and direct compliance sector exposure is a major added advantage.

Must- have attributes

  • High Agency: A deeply proactive, self-directed professional who takes full responsibility for product outcomes, aggressively drives initiatives forward without waiting for permission, and treats the platform’s success as a personal mandate.
  • Ability to Influence & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional capability to articulate crystal-clear product logic, navigate organizational complexities, and build powerful consensus with highly demanding or protective internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking with a Builder’s Execution: A rare combination of high-level visionary capability—the ability to look ahead and chart long-term product roadmaps—paired with the hands-on grit to execute, code-switch, and build solutions from the ground up.
  • Thriving Under Ambiguity: Comfortable operating in highly dynamic environments with shifting variables, possessing the psychological stamina and intellectual agility to make sound product decisions with incomplete data.

Behavioural fit is also important at Sleek, and we will be looking for candidates that have a proven track record of embodying the below attributes in their recent roles:

When you join Splice, you join a network of colleagues, peers, and collaborators. Are you ready?

JOB TITLE: Senior Product Manager, Growth LOCATION: REMOTE US

THE ROLE:

Splice INSTRUMENT launched in October 2025 to give music makers a new wave of best-in-class content and tooling that complements and supplements our human-made Sounds library to help creators land their next big hit. As the Senior Growth Product Manager, you will own the full growth ecosystem around INSTRUMENT end to end: how new creators become aware of it, how they discover and explore what it offers, how they activate and convert to paid, and how they stay. This is not a secondary layer bolted onto the product; it’s what turns a great tool into a growing, durable business .

This role is equal parts strategic and hands-on. You’ll shape how we raise awareness of INSTRUMENT and position it alongside Sounds, then get in the weeds with design, engineering, data, and marketing to ship the onboarding flows, experiments, and monetization mechanics that move the needle. You’ll own the metrics across the full funnel — awareness, discovery, exploration, activation, monetization, and retention — and be accountable for the business outcomes that follow.

TEAM INFORMATION:

You’ll be part of a cross-functional pod that partners closely with the INSTRUMENT product team, leveraging the best-in-class content and tooling they continually build to drive awareness, exploration, adoption, and engagement. You’ll also partner tightly with Sounds Growth to build end-to-end customer journeys tailored to different cohorts of music makers meeting the needs of each based on who they are and what they’re trying to create to drive free-to-paid conversion across both offerings.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Own the INSTRUMENT growth funnel end-to-end: acquisition (across paid and owned channels), onboarding/activation, free-to-paid conversion, and retention.
  • Define the growth hypotheses, design and run experiments (pricing, logged out web pages, onboarding, lifecycle messaging, in-product journeys), and combine quantitative and qualitative data to decide what scales.
  • Partner closely with design to shape flows from first concept through to shipped experience. You have a strong enough design eye to catch what is off before it reaches engineering.
  • Drive delivery alongside engineering: write crisp specs, run sprints, track progress, hold the quality bar.
  • Track performance across your surfaces using our analytics platform, own event instrumentation, and use data to make sharp prioritization calls.
  • Shape the product side of growth: identify the funnel gaps, propose the hypotheses and when to experiment vs when to ship, and surface the changes that move the needle.
  • Use modern tools: AI assistants, research synthesizers, internal tooling, as a core part of how you work.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5–8 years of product management experience, ideally in B2C SaaS subscription-based products
  • Proven experience owning growth, lifecycle and funnel optimization initiatives with a strong track record of measurable business impact.
  • Deep understanding of experimentation frameworks, analytics, and metrics-driven decision-making (A/B testing, cohort analysis, LTV, ARPS, conversion, retention).
  • Strong product sense with the ability to balance customer experience, platform constraints, and business outcomes.
  • Solid understanding of subscription economics and hybrid/usage-based pricing models.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience influencing without authority.
  • Familiarity with lifecycle marketing and value-prop messaging

NICE TO HAVES:

  • Experience in music tech, creative tools, or creator platforms.
  • Familiarity with credits, virtual-currency, freemium or usage-based monetization models.
  • Experience working with or adjacent to commerce platforms — billing, payments, pricing infrastructure, or checkout flows.
  • Exposure to AI-powered personalization or data-driven content discovery.

SPLICE BENEFITS:

  • Compensation & Equity: Competitive pay with annual reviews and equity opportunities.
  • Time Off: Unlimited PTO to recharge and thrive.
  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents.
  • Retirement Savings: 401(k) plan with immediate vesting and company match.
  • Parental Support: 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave for non-birthing parents, and 18-20 weeks for birthing parents.
  • Flexible Work Options: Work remotely or connect at our office hubs and creative spaces worldwide.
  • Professional Growth: Annual learning budget, leadership programs, and team ambassador opportunities.
  • Community & Connection: Inclusive events, team meet-ups, and vibrant Employee Resource Groups.

The national pay range for this role is $148,320 - $185,400. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience.

We give Entrepreneurs time back to focus on what they love doing - growing their business and being with customers. With a surging number of Entrepreneurs globally, we are innovating in a highly lucrative space.

We operate 3 business segments:

Sleek launched in 2017 and now has around 15,000 customers across our offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and the UK. We have around 600 staff with an intact startup mindset.

We have recently raised Series B financing off the back of >70% compound annual growth in Revenue over the last 5 years. Sleek has been recognised by The Financial Times, The Straits Times, Forbes and LinkedIn as one of the fastest growing companies in Asia.

Backed by world-class investors, we are on track to be one of the few cash flow positive, tech-enabled unicorns based out of Asia Pacific.

At Sleek, we are on a mission to streamline operations and elevate customer experience through intelligent automation and modern engineering.

About the Role:

We are looking for a sharp, commercially-minded, and execution-oriented Product Manager to own the compliance and RegTech architecture of our global platform. In this role, you will be given the autonomy to solve complex product problems and architect an intelligent, automation-first compliance framework.

Mission of the Role

To architect, scale, and manage a unified, multi-market compliance platform that mitigates regional regulatory risks, automates localization, and accelerates product expansion across APAC.

  • Outcome 2: AI-Driven Operational Efficiency. Directly reduce manual compliance workloads and eliminate operational bottlenecks by championing the integration of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) into our everyday screening pipelines.

  • Outcome 3: Cost Optimization & UX Refinement. Drastically reduce global KYC and KYB API transactional vendor costs. Concurrently, optimize the end-to-end data integration touchpoints to elevate user conversion rates and significantly minimize candidate drop-offs during onboarding.

Must-have experience

  • 15 Years of Total Working Experience including 6- 7 years of deep specialization in the field. A deep, proven career background demonstrating long-term professional stability, maturity, and a comprehensive understanding of business operations.
  • Minimum 3 Years of Relevant Product Management Experience: Extensive core expertise leading complex, data-heavy digital software products, with a heavy track record of taking products successfully from 0-to-1 launch.

Ownership: This shows reliability and helps build trust within the team. We move fast and need to know that everyone will see things through to completion and proactively help to get things back on track when challenges arise. Accountability is really important to us.

Humility: There is so much we don’t know. Humility allows for open-mindedness to feedback and a willingness to learn from others. It paves the way for collaboration and creates a positive work environment. It is a key ingredient of self awareness and emotional intelligence.

Structured Thinking: Our business is complex with many layers (many services, many countries, many cultures). Regardless of whether you’re more analytical or creative in nature, being able to show sound judgement is important to us. It ensures solutions are pragmatic and balance the needs of the organisation, team and customers.

Attention to detail: You’ll be managing multiple, complex workstreams from numerous stakeholders. It will be important for you to keep track of everything and notice when information is missing or inconsistent.

Excellent listener and clear communicator: We have a variety of nationalities and for many people, English isn’t their first language. For you to excel, you’ll need to be present in your calls and make sure you properly receive and thoughtfully send messages to others in the business.

About the interview process

The successful candidate will participate in the below interview stages (note that the order might be different to what you read below).

We anticipate the process to last no more than 3 weeks from start to finish. Whether the interviews are held over video call or in person will depend on your location and the role.

A ~30 minute chat with our Talent Acquisition team to learn more about you, your background, and what you’re looking for.

A ~60 minute live case study/ technical interview with the Chief Product Officer evaluating your structured problem solving approach, solution design.

A ~60 minute case-based technical review with our panel diving deep into API integration frameworks and translating raw documents into robust Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).

Offer + references

We’ll make a non-binding offer verbally or by email, followed by a couple of short phone or video calls with references that you provide.

This may include using external vendors to verify the below:

- Your education

- Any criminal history

By submitting a job application, you confirm that you have read and agree to our Data Privacy Statement for Candidates, found at sleek.com.

Some other great things about working at Sleek…

Flexibility: The role will be fully remote, with work from home five days a week However, if you are based in Singapore, the role will follow a hybrid model. If you need to start early or start late to cater to your family or other needs, we don’t mind, so long as you get your work done and proactively communicate. Product Senior Product Manager, CRM at Donorbox

Leads the CRM product vision and roadmap across data and engagement layers, owning strategy execution, data model evolution, segmentation capabilities, and new customer acquisition.

Senior Remote Posted 4 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Donorbox

Donorbox is a leading fundraising platform and donor management system for nonprofit organizations. Our mission is to accelerate positive impact worldwide by helping nonprofits become highly effective at raising funds and managing their supporter base. Since 2014, we have powered more than 100,000 global organizations to raise over $4 billion in donations. 🚀

Our fast-growing company is profitable and bootstrapped with a healthy run rate. We have a fully distributed and diverse 150-person team based in 16+ states and 23+ countries. In 2026, Donorbox was named by Built In as one of the Best Places to Work in Washington, DC.

🏅 Donorbox is rated the #1 software for fundraising, donor management, and nonprofit payment on G2 based on hundreds of verified customer reviews — a reflection of the care our team puts into building products that nonprofits trust.

The Opportunity

We’re building the next chapter of the Donorbox platform: a nonprofit CRM that helps organizations turn contacts into donations and donations into lasting relationships. We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the Donorbox CRM and empower nonprofits to manage their supporters and communicate with them at scale.

The CRM was launched in early 2026 on the back of a beta that drew thousands of leads. Today, it does the core jobs well and is ready for thoughtful stewardship into a market-leading product.

You’ll own the CRM across the data layer (supporter records, data quality, segmentation logic, and reporting) and the engagement layer (email and multi-channel communications, automations, and stewardship). Together these aspects will cover the full “understand your supporters and communicate with them” surface. You will be the single product leader connecting both layers.

This is a builder’s role at an inflection point.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the CRM vision and roadmap end-to-end: Translate the company’s CRM strategy into a sequenced plan with clear, measurable outcomes.
  • Advise and execute on a data model evolution strategy: Get deep into how supporters, households, donations, soft credits, and communications are modeled today, and drive the evolution toward a more robust, scalable model.
  • Sharpen segmentation and Lists: Enable nonprofits with powerful filtering and the path toward data-informed segmentation that nonprofits need.
  • Grow CRM as an acquisition engine: Ship top-of-funnel features that pull new organizations into the platform.
  • Make communications demonstrably drive giving: Own the insights and metrics that help nonprofits use email and direct stewardship to uplift their fundraising.
  • Run great product practice: Talk to nonprofits constantly, separate the real problem from the stated request, define success before you ship, measure it after, and iterate to success.

Who You Are (Must-Haves)

  • 5+ years in product management. Previous experience building a B2B SaaS product or platform area. You’ve owned outcomes end-to-end and made good decisions under ambiguity and resource constraints.
  • You think in data models. You can sit with engineers and hold your own on schema, uniqueness constraints, migrations, and architectural tradeoffs. You’re comfortable shipping on top of an evolving model and have lived through real data migrations. You understand that for this product, the data model is the product.
  • You have experience with mass communication tools. That might be email marketing, transactional emails, in-app notifications, or SMS, but you are comfortable with how communication channels get built, utilized, and measured. You know what signals success for the sender and how to guide customers towards best practice.
  • You’ve built data-heavy B2B SaaS.  A CRM, marketing-automation, segmentation, analytics, or similar data-platform product where the hard problems were about modeling and moving data, not just surfacing screens and commenting in Figma.
  • You speak data fluently. You don’t need to be a data engineer, but you are comfortable with JOINs and with writing CTEs. You wake up excited to look at user data, and you back your decisions with your insights.
  • You build for non-technical, resource-strapped users. Our users are often a one-person fundraising department or an overwhelmed development director. Empathy for mission-driven, under-resourced organizations is a requirement, not a nice-to-have.
  • You discover, decide, and translate. You love talking directly with users, can separate signals from noise, and can turn fuzzy needs into specs engineers can build against. You’ve got analogies ready to clearly communicate technical realities to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.

Nice To Have

  • Nonprofit or fundraising domain knowledge. A feel for how nonprofits operate and execute on fundraising strategies is a huge advantage, but isn’t a gate. We will take sharp product instincts over sector tenure alone, but be prepared to articulate how your experience will translate over to our focus on non-profit users.
  • Hands-on experience with AI, and a point of view on human–AI interaction. Enough time building prototypes, agents, or workflows to be credible without needing to be an S-tier practitioner. A thoughtful view of where AI creates real value, where it can act on its own, and where a human should stay in the loop to review and decide.
  • Familiarity with segmentation or query tools. Whether it comes from a CRM, a BI tool, or hands-on SQL, you’ll have a head start if you have experience with how users want to slice an audience into meaningful groups and what makes that easy or painful.
  • Demonstrable, self-directed continuous learning. Curiosity is important. We’d love to hear about your projects, hobbies, or interests that demonstrate that quality, and we’d love to hear about how that translates into your craft.

Details

  • Fully remote based in Canada or United States, with a preference for CT/ET time zones
  • Salary: $160,000–$200,000 (USD or CAD, based on location), depending on experience

Benefits & Perks

  • Fully remote work from the comfort of your home
  • Generous time off policy of 21 days (birthday included 🎉), 8+ designated/floating holidays, 2 paid volunteer days, and additional sick days (dependent on state/country)
  • Employer-sponsored health insurance plan through TriNet, including medical (United Healthcare), dental, vision, and life (for US employees) and similar offering for Canadian employees
  • 401(k) retirement plan via TriNet’s partner, Empower, with an employer match of up to 4% (for US employees) and Registered Retirement Savings Plans (RRSP), with an employer match of up to 4% (for Canadian employees)
  • Reimbursement package for home office expenses and professional development, up to $1.5k
  • Eligibility for employee equity plan (stock options)
  • Wellness program with fitness and mindfulness classes
  • Love your work and our mission of serving nonprofits!

We have 5 stages:

  1. Apply here and fill out our questions to tell us about you!
  2. Prescreen Call with the Talent Team

A quick note for all candidates

We’ve recently seen an increase in recruitment scams across the industry, and we want to make sure you (and your data) stay safe while applying to CookUnity. We also want you to know that we take this seriously — sometimes, as part of our process, we may ask for a brief “proof of humanity” to confirm that we’re connecting with a real person, not an impersonator. Here are a few tips to help you protect yourself and know what to expect from us:

  • Apply only through our official channels. All open roles are listed on our official careers page: careers.cookunity.com
  • Our recruiters are real people — and easy to verify. You can always find them on LinkedIn with verified profiles. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out to us on our official LinkedIn Company Page.
  • We only communicate through official CookUnity channels. That means emails ending in @cookunity.com and interviews held through official company platforms (Google Meet or Zoom) — never WhatsApp, Telegram, or SMS.
  • We’ll never ask for payment or personal financial details. If anyone does, please don’t share any information and let us know right away.

If something ever feels off or you’re unsure about a message, we’d much rather you double-check with us. You can always contact us directly through any of our social media channels. We appreciate your interest in joining CookUnity — and we care about keeping your experience (and safety) as genuine as possible.
