Vos principales responsabilités seront de :

• Structurer et animer les rituels de pilotage (comités, points d’avancement, reporting) ;
• Organiser, prioriser et suivre les cycles de delivery ;
• Créer et assurer le pilotage du planning et du budget, en cohérence avec les engagements pris ;
• Coordonner l’ensemble des parties prenantes client et équipes internes ;
• Mettre en place des cadres de travail adaptés à la maturité de l’organisation des clients ;
• Rendre appropriables par les équipes les rituels et méthodes mises en place ;
• Assurer l’élaboration, le suivi et la mise à jour des roadmaps produit définies avec le client ;
• Comprendre finement les enjeux business, besoins métier et contraintes client ;
• Identifier les dépendances, anticiper les risques et fluidifier les arbitrages entre les parties prenantes ;
• Garantir un haut niveau d’exigence et de qualité dans les prestations délivrées ;
• Être responsable de la qualité de la documentation et des spécifications sur les projets.

Vos responsabilités secondaires seront de :

• Apporter un regard complémentaire aux Lead Designers sur la vision produit ;
• Participer à la définition de propositions commerciales ;
• Contribuer au partage de méthodes et de bonnes pratiques pour élever les standards de l’équipe ;
• Participer à des phases de recherche utilisateur complexes.

Votre expérience devrait nous montrer que vous :

• Justifiez d’une expérience minimum de 5 ans dans la gestion de projets numériques ;
• Évoluez avec aisance dans des organisations complexes et politiques ;
• Vous intégrez autant à des équipes product design, tech que PM ;
• Avez une proximité avérée avec le design produit, vous permettant de comprendre les enjeux métier et d’échanger avec des designers ;
• Avez une forte sensibilité au sens du détail, à l’esthétisme, à la qualité perçue ;
• Maîtrisez les logiques de delivery agile, qu’il s’agisse de Scrum, Kanban ou d’approches hybrides ;
• Utilisez des outils comme Jira, Notion, Confluence, Linear ou équivalents ;
• Êtes autonome, organisé et rigoureux dans la réalisation de vos projets.

• Télétravail majoritaire, mais poste basé en Île-de-France ;
• Déplacements possibles chez nos clients à Paris selon les besoins des projets ;
• Bureaux à Montreuil ouverts toute la semaine, sans obligation de présence régulière ;

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Remote Senior Construction Scheduler to work with our team in Virginia and a leading technology client on a large-scale data center construction program.

The Senior Scheduler should have experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to plan, develop and execute construction schedules for mission critical facilities. This includes new-builds and retrofits to existing /operating facilities.

The ideal candidate should have an excellent understanding of scheduling best practices, resource & cost loaded scheduling, overall construction project controls as well as the interpersonal skills to be able to work closely with the internal stakeholders of the project team on a daily basis.

The Senior Scheduler will take responsibility for end to end service delivery and to act as key, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met through the delivery of a value added service. To be successful in this role you must have great communication skills and be comfortable operating in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities:

• Regular travel to construction site is expected.
• Effectively work with Stakeholders, Clients, Contractors and Sub Contractors on a daily basis.
• Develop and maintain a detailed construction program schedule using Primavera P6 and Tableau for multi-project environments.

Qualifications

What you bring to the team

• Delivery Leadership: 10+ years leading technically complex IT projects and programs, with 8+ years in a dedicated Project Manager role and a consistent track record of on-time, high-quality delivery.
• End-to-End Project Governance: Proven ability to drive projects through the full lifecycle — initiation through handover — using standard PMO artifacts including Project Charter, RAID, RACI, schedules, and status reporting.
• Healthcare & Client Delivery: Demonstrated experience delivering healthcare IT implementations, with payer-side experience strongly preferred. Able to set and hold clear client expectations around scope, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes.

What we would like to see, but not required

We are seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer or Senior Program Manager to lead the optimization and scaling of our fulfillment network infrastructure. In this role, you will own the long-term facility design strategy and drive the execution of multi-million-dollar capital projects, from initial concept through automation deployment.
