Role Overview:

We’re hiring a Deals Associate to support a portfolio of emerging venture capital firms. You’ll help fund managers with deal review and best practices as they deploy capital across the full arc of the process — sourcing, filtering, diligence, execution, and portfolio follow-up. What You’ll Do:

Deal Review:

  • Review fund deals and prepare structured feedback on memos — reinforcing the memo as an internal tool for building investment conviction, as a checkpoint that records key decision factors, and as a deal-level fundraising asset that shows LPs a rigorous, repeatable process
  • Assist with deal intake, pipeline tracking, and due diligence workflows across sourcing, filtering, diligence, execution, and portfolio follow-up
  • Prepare summaries and notes, including on the intricacies of deal documents — SAFEs, convertible instruments, priced rounds, and side letters

Deal Sharing:

  • Support programs that share deals across Decile platform managers and bring in opportunities from outside sources, so strong deals reach the funds best positioned to back them
  • Help route each opportunity to the right funds by thesis, stage, and geography, supporting channels for co-investment and referral

Deal Scouting:

  • Support programs to engage deal scouts, matching opportunities to each fund’s investment thesis

What You Have:

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in VC, startups, operations, consulting, or any role where you considered complicated investment opportunities and communicated with external stakeholders

Client is a growing residential and commercial remodeling contractor seeking a full-time Construction Lead Generation & Estimating Support Virtual Assistant to help identify project opportunities, prepare and send estimates using AI-powered estimating software, and follow up with prospective clients.

The primary focus of this role is identifying qualified construction opportunities through construction bidding platforms, generating and submitting estimates, maintaining an organized pipeline of opportunities, and nurturing leads through follow-up communication. The client has invested in AI estimating software, so prior estimating experience is not required. Instead, the ideal candidate is proactive, organized, comfortable speaking with clients, and enjoys helping generate new business opportunities.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

The base salary range may be subject to change.

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support a growing real estate business focused on residential listings throughout Connecticut and New York. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, fluent in English, highly organized, and experienced in cold calling, lead qualification, and administrative support.

The primary responsibilities of this role include outbound prospecting, appointment setting, CRM management, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks. As the business continues to grow, there is potential for this role to expand into Transaction Coordination responsibilities. Candidates with prior transaction coordination experience—or those interested in learning and growing into this function—are highly encouraged to apply.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

Lead Generation & Appointment Setting

  • Perform outbound cold calls using Mojo Power Dialer to:
    • FSBO (For Sale By Owner) leads
    • Expired listings
    • Absentee owners
    • Pre-foreclosure leads
    • Circle prospecting for homeowners considering selling within the next 3 to 6 months
  • Qualify motivated sellers and identify listing opportunities.
  • Handle objections professionally while building rapport with prospects.
  • Schedule listing appointments directly on the agent’s calendar.
  • Follow up with leads via phone, text message, and email.
  • Send follow-up communications and nurture leads throughout the sales pipeline.

CRM & Administrative Support

  • Accurately update call dispositions within Mojo Dialer.
  • Maintain the CRM with organized notes, follow-up reminders, and lead tracking.
  • Assist with listing paperwork and contract draft preparation using company-provided templates (subject to broker review).
  • Coordinate documents with clients and provide general administrative support.
  • Maintain organized digital files and transaction documentation.

Future Growth Opportunity – Transaction Coordination (Preferred)

As the business expands, this role may evolve to include Transaction Coordination responsibilities, such as:

  • Assisting with transaction coordination from contract to closing.
  • Preparing contracts, disclosures, and transaction documents using company-approved templates.
  • Supporting listing coordination and maintaining organized transaction files.
  • Tracking important transaction deadlines, including inspections, financing contingencies, appraisal dates, and closing timelines.

ABC Sales Leadership Program Objective: The Aditya Birla Capital Sales Leadership Program (SLP) is designed to develop the next generation of sales leaders through an accelerated career path. This program is intended for post-graduate students from colleges across India, providing them with the opportunity to build a robust career in the sales verticals of all our business lines of Aditya Birla Capital. The Program aims at hiring Sales Trainees into the multiple Sales and Distribution channels across the Aditya Birla Capital.

Candidate Profile: MBA / PGDM with specialization into Sales & Marketing / BFSI Prior Experience: 0 – 3 years Role: Sales Trainee Key Result Areas: a) To drive Sales of financial Products and achieve Sales Targets as per the Goal Sheet. b) Deploying effective marketing strategies to sell financial products. c) To ensure all the Pre- and Post-Sales Support and Services to the Customers / Clients. d) Relationship Management with stakeholders and partners and aligning to their requirements. e) Manpower planning, Team Management and continuously developing and supporting them in their deliverables. Compensation Structure: INR 900,000 per annum (break up given below) Year 1: Fixed Cost - INR 7,00,000 per annum

Assured Bonus: INR 1,00,000 post completion of 1 year based on performance Joining Bonus: INR 1,00,000 in first month’s salary, recoverable in case SLP leaves the organisation within the 1st year of service/non confirmation due to performance issues. Year 2: Will move to Sales Incentives plan of the respective LOB. Expectations from the candidates:
