Role Overview:

You will partner with account executives and practice leadership to build customer confidence, articulate technical solutions, and enable seamless handoffs to delivery teams. This is a customer-facing role focused on discovery, design, and positioning — not deep implementation. You will work across the SIEM, SOAR, detection-as-code, and emerging technologies like Snowflake for security data lakes.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead technical discovery calls and translate customer requirements into high-level solution designs
• Speak credibly about product capabilities, integrations, and architectural trade-offs (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel, CrowdStrike Next-Gen SIEM, Tines, Torque, Snowflake)
• Draw integration diagrams, validate technical feasibility, and position GuidePoint’s differentiated capabilities

We are looking for a Security Engineer to join our Detection Response team. What You Will Do:

• Monitor and respond to security alerts across multiple channels, including managed SOC escalations.
