  • Share in DevOps responsibilities and champion observability tooling and practices.

Delivery & Ownership

  • Break your work into well-understood, properly prioritized pieces, and handle risk and ambiguity responsibly, including under pressure and shifting priorities.
  • Make realistic but ambitious commitments, deliver on them, and communicate blockers or cost overruns early, weighing cost and value in your own work and in your suggestions to others.
  • Help refine requirements and ensure you have the context to make good day-to-day decisions without constant escalation.
  • Participate in agile (Scrum/Kanban) ceremonies and help make them effective.

Security Senior Risk Analyst at AlphaSense

Designs and builds a quantitative, AI-driven enterprise risk management program spanning information security, AI, and operational risk.

Senior Posted 20 minutes ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

With market intelligence and search built on proven AI, AlphaSense delivers insights that matter from content you can trust. Our universe of public and private content includes equity research, company filings, event transcripts, expert calls, news, trade journals, and clients’ own research content.

The acquisition of Tegus by AlphaSense in 2024 advances our shared mission to empower professionals to make smarter decisions through AI-driven market intelligence. Together, AlphaSense and Tegus will accelerate growth, innovation, and content expansion, with complementary product and content capabilities that enable users to unearth even more comprehensive insights from thousands of content sets. Our platform is trusted by over 6,000 enterprise customers, including a majority of the S&P 500. Founded in 2011, AlphaSense is headquartered in New York City with more than 2,000 employees across the globe and offices in the U.S., U.K., Finland, India, Singapore, Canada, and Ireland. Come join us!

About the Role

AlphaSense is maturing its security risk management program and needs a Senior Risk Analyst to be a core builder and operator of that function. You will design, implement, and mature a risk framework that spans information security, AI, and operational risk—building toward a program that is quantitative-leaning, connected to live data sources, and actionable at every altitude from service owner to executive leadership. You will establish risk identification and scoring methodologies, own the enterprise risk register, and produce risk intelligence that drives real decisions. You will also support the TPRM function led by a dedicated TPRM lead, contributing to assessments and risk tracking as needed. You approach this with an AI-native mindset: using AI to monitor threat landscapes, analyze risk data, draft risk narratives, and surface emerging risks faster than a traditional manual program could. The goal is a risk function, not a risk register—one that measures outcomes and reduced exposure, not just activity. This is not a role for someone looking to maintain a program that already exists. AlphaSense is building a risk management discipline that we believe can serve as the blueprint for how AI-era companies measure, communicate, and act on risk. Risk management across the industry is still largely qualitative, reactive, and disconnected from the systems that generate real signal. We intend to change that—and we want someone on this team who shares that ambition and wants to be part of building the model that others will eventually follow.

Key Responsibilities

Risk Program Design & Maturation

Design and implement a structured risk management program, including risk taxonomy, scoring methodology, risk appetite statements, and escalation thresholds. Align the program with ISO 27005, NIST RMF, or ISO 31000 as appropriate. This is largely greenfield work—you will help define the architecture and continuously mature the discipline as the company scales.

Risk Register Ownership

Build and maintain the enterprise risk register as a living operational tool, not a compliance artifact. Lead periodic risk identification workshops with business, engineering, and legal stakeholders to surface new and evolving risks. Ensure every risk has a documented owner, risk rating, treatment decision, and remediation timeline—and that the register reflects current reality, not last quarter’s snapshot.

AI-Augmented Risk Analysis

Leverage AI tools to monitor threat intelligence, identify patterns across risk data, accelerate risk narrative drafting, and keep the risk register current between formal review cycles. Build AI-assisted workflows that reduce manual risk review burden and surface emerging risks earlier. Apply judgment to validate AI output before it informs a risk decision.

Third-Party & Vendor Risk Support

Support the TPRM function in partnership with the dedicated TPRM lead. Contribute to vendor risk assessments, risk scoring, and finding documentation as needed. Provide risk framework input to ensure third-party risks are consistently rated and tracked in alignment with the broader risk register.

AI & Emerging Technology Risk

Identify and assess AI-related risks including data privacy, model bias, explainability, security misuse, agentic system behavior, and third-party AI dependencies. Support compliance with AI governance frameworks (ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act). Maintain current knowledge of the evolving AI risk landscape and help AlphaSense stay ahead of regulatory and operational risks from AI deployment.

Risk Reporting & Executive Communication

Produce clear, executive-ready risk reports, dashboards, and periodic risk summaries. Translate technical risk findings into business impact language that drives informed decisions at the service owner, leadership, and board levels. Make risk actionable at every altitude—engineers understand their exposure, executives understand portfolio risk.

Cross-Functional Risk Advisory

Provide cross-functional risk and control guidance on process improvements, new technology adoption, post-implementation reviews, and remediation activities. Support stakeholders in interpreting risk requirements and embedding risk management practices into how they build and operate—not as a checkpoint, but as an enabling partner.

What Success Looks Like

  • Security and compliance controls are clearly documented, tested, and consistently implemented—with evidence generated by integrations, not collected by hand
  • Risks and compliance gaps are identified early, tracked with owners, and remediated in partnership with technical teams before auditors find them
  • GRC processes scale alongside platform growth and new customer or regulatory requirements without proportional headcount growth
  • Stakeholders across Engineering, Legal, and Product view the GRC function as a trusted, enabling partner—not a compliance checkpoint
  • AI tools are used deliberately and responsibly: output is validated, sensitive data is protected, and automation creates leverage without introducing new risk
  • The risk register is a live operational tool that reflects current exposure—engineers know their risk posture, executives can explain portfolio risk, and risk scores change when the environment changes
  • Risk reporting is driven by KRIs and live data sources, not manually assembled status updates—leadership has real-time visibility into risk posture

Who You Are

Basic Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in GRC, information security, risk management, or IT audit, preferably in a SaaS or cloud-native environment
  • Strong understanding of security and compliance frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF 2.0, and CIS Controls; working knowledge of ISO 42001 and NIST AI RMF
  • AI-native mindset: you use AI tools—LLMs, agents, automation—for real, substantive work including analysis, drafting, evidence gathering, and workflow automation. You apply judgment about where AI creates leverage and where a human must stay in the loop
  • Proficiency with GRC platforms for evidence management and control testing (Drata, Vanta, AuditBoard, ServiceNow GRC, or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and the security and compliance posture tooling that runs on them (CSPM, SIEM, identity platforms)
  • Experience supporting external audits across security or privacy domains, including evidence collection, control walkthroughs, and auditor interaction
  • Ability to interpret technical controls and translate findings into compliance, risk, and policy documentation that engineers and non-technical stakeholders both understand
  • Working knowledge of risk registers, control libraries, and policy governance lifecycles
  • Working knowledge of privacy and data protection requirements (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA) and how they intersect with security controls, in partnership with Legal and Product teams
  • Strong written communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail; able to produce clear audit responses, risk narratives, and control documentation under deadline
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in information security risk management or a combined GRC/risk role with responsibility for building or significantly maturing a risk register and scoring methodology
  • Demonstrated use of AI or data tools to surface risk insights, analyze trends, draft risk narratives, or automate risk register workflows—with clear judgment about validating AI output before it informs a decision
  • Proven experience maturing an organization’s risk program from qualitative to quantitative risk measurement—including introducing scoring models, KRI frameworks, and data-driven risk reporting that changed how leadership makes risk decisions
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts, KRI development and tracking, and risk reporting pipelines that connect live data sources to dashboards and executive reporting
  • Proficiency with GRC platforms for risk tracking, control testing, and evidence management (Drata, Vanta, AuditBoard, ServiceNow GRC, or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical skills: comfort with qualitative and quantitative risk scoring, heat maps, likelihood/impact matrices, and risk appetite articulation
  • Experience producing executive-ready risk reports and translating technical findings into business impact language for non-technical audiences
  • Experience supporting TPRM assessments and contributing to vendor risk documentation in partnership with a dedicated TPRM function

Nice to Have

  • Relevant certifications: CISA, CRISC, CISM, CISSP, CCSK, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer
  • Experience with AI governance frameworks including ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, or OECD AI Principles
  • Exposure to SOX ITGC cycles—managing evidence, walkthroughs, and findings with external auditors
  • Privacy program crossover: data mapping, DPIAs, GDPR/CCPA operational compliance
  • Scripting or automation experience (Python, JavaScript, or low-code tools) applied to GRC or compliance workflows
  • Quantitative risk experience: FAIR-style decomposition, Monte Carlo simulation, or loss exceedance analysis applied to real risk decisions—not just theoretical familiarity
  • Experience with AI risk domains: model risk, algorithmic bias, AI system failure modes, agentic system risks, and governance frameworks including NIST AI RMF or ISO 42001
  • Familiarity with risk aggregation and BI tooling (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) for risk dashboarding and executive reporting
  • Background in financial services regulatory risk environments (SOX, FFIEC, or equivalent).

Product Senior Product Manager, Acquisition at PandaDoc

Senior Product Manager drives user acquisition strategy and roadmap, designing growth loops and exploring AI-native distribution surfaces to scale top-of-funnel product discovery.

Senior Posted 20 minutes ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive PandaDoc’s user acquisition product strategy in the next era of product-led and agent-led growth.

Acquisition is undergoing a fundamental shift. Traditional channels like SEO and paid acquisition are giving way to new discovery surfaces: generative engines, agent ecosystems, marketplaces, integrations, and AI-native distribution. The future of growth is moving from PLG to agent-led growth — where products are discovered, recommended, and activated through intelligent systems and workflows.

As Sr. PM, Growth, you’ll own the product strategy and roadmap for how new users discover and activate on PandaDoc. You’ll define the product surfaces, loops, and mechanics that drive top-of-funnel growth. You’ll work at the intersection of product, data, and growth, translating acquisition signals into durable product investments.

This is a product role with a growth mandate: you’ll own a roadmap, drive cross-functional execution, and build product capabilities that compound over time. You’ll report to the Sr. Director of Product.

What You’ll Do

Own the acquisition product roadmap

  • Define and execute PandaDoc’s top-of-funnel product strategy, from freemium entry points to AI-native discovery surfaces
  • Own the roadmap for acquisition-related product surfaces: From MCPs and skills to sharing mechanics and new entry points
  • Partner with engineering, design, and data to ship product changes that move acquisition metrics

Build acquisition loops, not just features

  • Design growth systems that compound: product loops, integrations, template distribution, sharing mechanics, and workflow ecosystems
  • Identify ways PandaDoc naturally spreads through collaboration, workflows, and document sharing
  • Turn user behavior and product capabilities into scalable acquisition engines

Explore and validate new distribution surfaces

  • Develop product strategy for emerging acquisition channels including generative search (GEO), AI discovery surfaces, MCP servers, agent marketplaces, and ecosystem integrations
  • Identify new ways PandaDoc can be surfaced, recommended, and activated within AI workflows and automation ecosystems
  • Run scoped product experiments to validate new distribution mechanics before committing to full builds

Drive a high-velocity experimentation practice

  • Maintain a rigorous experimentation roadmap for acquisition loops and onboarding entry points
  • Define hypotheses, instrument experiments, analyze results, and translate learnings into product decisions
  • Balance quick experiments with longer-horizon product investments

Use data to drive decisions

  • Own the acquisition funnel metrics: traffic, signups, activation, and channel-level conversion
  • Work with analytics to build clear measurement frameworks for new acquisition initiatives
  • Identify the leading indicators that predict sustainable growth

Partner across the company

  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and GTM to execute acquisition initiatives
  • Align leadership around evolving acquisition strategies and emerging opportunities
  • Represent the acquisition roadmap in planning processes and to executive stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 5–8+ years in product management, with significant time in growth, acquisition, or PLG-focused roles at SaaS companies
  • Proven track record owning a product roadmap and shipping features that measurably moved top-of-funnel metrics
  • Experience with product-led growth models: freemium funnels, self-serve onboarding, viral and sharing loops
  • Proven experience working, managing, and influencing multiple teams

Product instincts

  • Strong ability to identify the product investments that will compound — not just campaigns or one-off experiments
  • Comfortable translating ambiguous growth problems into clear product bets with defined success criteria
  • Skilled at scoping experiments appropriately and knowing when a signal is strong enough to build on

Data fluency

  • Data-informed decision making; comfortable owning funnel metrics and digging into data to form and test hypotheses
  • Experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Hex, or Snowflake)
  • Able to design experiments with proper instrumentation and interpret results rigorously

AI-native orientation

  • Deep belief that user acquisition is fundamentally changing in the age of AI
  • Understands how generative AI, agentic workflows, and new distribution surfaces are reshaping product discovery
  • Uses AI tools hands-on to accelerate research, prototyping, and experimentation

Technical comfort

  • Comfortable collaborating with engineers and digging into technical tradeoffs
  • Able to explore APIs, integrations, and automation platforms to understand distribution opportunities
  • Not necessarily an engineer, but technically curious and fluent

At Cloudbeds, we’re not just building software, we’re transforming hospitality. Our intelligently designed platform powers properties across 150 countries, processing billions in bookings annually. From independent properties to hotel groups, we help hoteliers transform operations and uplevel their commercial strategy through a unified platform that integrates with hundreds of partners. And we do it with a completely remote team. Imagine working alongside global innovators to build AI-powered solutions that solve hoteliers’ biggest challenges. Since our founding in 2012, we’ve become the World’s Best Hotel PMS Solutions Provider and landed on Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500 again in 2024, but we’re just getting started.

Location: Remote

How You’ll Make an Impact:

As a Senior Frontend Engineer on the squad, you’ll build and evolve the guest-facing booking experience in a modern React and TypeScript codebase, partnering with backend, product, and design to ship features that are fast, polished, and built to convert. You’ll work across the full booking journey, from checkout to the customization tools properties use to make the experience their own, applying modern e-commerce best practices and leaning on analytics and experimentation to guide what we build. There’s also plenty of room to shape an increasingly AI-ready experience and to help create entirely new offerings that properties can sell directly through the booking engine.

Our Booking Engine Team:

This role is part of the Booking Engine Squad, the team behind the guest-facing reservation experience that powers direct bookings for tens of thousands of Cloudbeds properties worldwide. Direct bookings are one of the most valuable channels we can win for a property, and we’re constantly building new and innovative ways to help them capture that demand, from richer customization to entirely new booking experiences. It sits on the revenue-critical path, so speed, reliability, and getting the details right directly shape whether a guest completes a booking. It’s one of our highest-leverage products, and if you want to own real software used around the world, this is a great team to build on.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Design, build, and evolve the guest-facing booking experience in React and TypeScript

You’ll work on systems where correctness, latency, and resilience under load are core to the job, not afterthoughts. Your goal is to deliver an exceptional experience to customers around the world, with quality, performance, and scalability top of mind.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Design and implement features and improvements in PHP
  • Design and build the APIs and integrations the booking flow depends on
  • Model and evolve the data behind availability, pricing, and reservations
  • Own the performance, scalability, and reliability of our services at scale
  • Contribute to the ongoing initiative to migrate our core platform into microservices and event-driven services
  • Lead discussions on complex technical concepts and requirements with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, drive technical decisions, and contribute to the backend architecture group
  • Write clean, well-tested, well-documented, and elegant code, including documentation for new and existing areas of our application
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, build, and ship high-quality features
  • Mentor team members through pair programming and code reviews
  • Re-architect and refactor existing systems, and help design the long-term vision for our technology and component architectures
  • Advocate for engineering best practices, quality, and test automation across our code and processes

What Sets You Up for Success:

  • 5+ years of PHP web application software engineering experience
  • Expert knowledge of relational databases, indexing, and searching technologies
  • Experience with API-driven design and development
  • Good product sense and empathy for our customers
  • Solid Git fundamentals, including workflows and actions
  • Strong knowledge of and a passion for software best practices, design patterns, and testing, including test automation across unit, integration, and end-to-end levels
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration, with a real sense of ownership and good time management
  • Passionate about agile practices and continuous improvement
  • Business-level English fluency, verbal and written
  • Experience identifying and improving application performance

Bonus Skills to Stand Out:

  • Experience with PHP frameworks (Laravel or Symfony)
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS)
  • Experience designing and building microservices
  • Experience working with AI coding tools like Claude Code
  • Experience working with a remote-first, globally distributed team
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and GitHub
  • Travel industry experience (a plus, but definitely not required!)

Depending on your skills and experience, you can expect your annual compensation to be between $140,000 and $160,000 USD. Please note that we maintain high flexibility, and packages above this range will be considered. ( The salary is only for US-based candidates).

Product Senior Product Manager (USA/Europe - Remote) at Hospitable

Senior Product Manager owns product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a multi-million dollar business line, prioritizing features and driving execution across engineering, sales, and customer support teams.

Senior Remote Posted about 2 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

tldr; We build software for Airbnbs to rent themselves, with a state-of-the-art product and user experience.

We have crafted an Applicant Handbook, which we highly recommend you check out, where you can find out more about the company, culture, how we recruit, what we do, and how we do it: https://hsptb.com/hndbk

We are bold, like risk, and take on big challenges together. Our customers love the product, provide valuable feedback, and trust us to rapidly help them with more of their problems.

Feel free to join in one of our upcoming Townhalls on YouTube to experience it for yourself: https://hsptb.com/twnhll

Hospitable.com is a remote-only and fully distributed company. We hire based on timezones, not countries.

Responsibilities

We deliver value to our customers by relentlessly simplifying our product and uncovering new ways to gift our customers their time back. We want to make managing short-term rentals trivial. Your responsibility is to keep our product on mission.

  • Drive outcomes and own the results on multi-million dollar business lines
  • Develop and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, breaking that down into rapidly shippable projects, consistent with the company vision.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.
  • Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps, based on your interaction with customers and aggregate customer feedback.
  • Partner with sales, customer support, and engineering to ship features and products that solve the right problems while knowing that Andrew’s favorite ice cream flavor is pistachio.
  • Ensure new features are launched smoothly and (mostly) on schedule.
  • Prioritize, set the pace of execution, and balance engineering cost with impact on business.
  • Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users.
  • Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision. Actively seek out opportunities to innovate.

This job can be rewarding as it is challenging. You’ll be expected to manage multiple complex projects at the same time while maintaining focus and ensuring a regular cadence of releases. If that sounds overwhelming, this may not be a good fit for you.

For this position, your location is not a requirement. The ideal fit could work under European or American east coast timezones.

Don’t tick all the boxes? Talk to us about why you’re still an amazing fit. The successful candidate will demonstrate how they are uniquely qualified for this role and will be someone that we cannot wait to start working with.

Here’s what we’re paying attention to:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, real estate or hospitality software.
  • Exceptional communication skills - especially written - with a particular knack for clearly and precisely articulating customer concerns.
  • High degree of empathy both toward customers and teammates.
  • Track record of owning 0→1, end-to-end product, and feature development.
  • Intense focus on shipping products, and ability to make trade-offs that require prioritizing different competing demands.
  • Ability to manage a project, structuring it into relevant work categories, dependencies, and priorities within a relevant tool.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and persistent in ensuring that your product is successful.
  • Able to make decisions when surrounded by uncertainty. You don’t require a support system to maintain momentum.

The company itself is also a product, one that we iterate on. We’re always improving and creating an environment where we all love to work.

  • A supportive, radically transparent, and caring team environment, where you are trusted, not managed—and a culture that is focused on results and output.
  • The total budget for this role is between USD $170,000.00 - USD $207,546.90 depending on the cost of living in your location. We can hire talent internationally as contractors—or employees if you are based in the United States, the European Union, or Australia, taking into account payroll taxes to determine your gross compensation. For US employees, the gross compensation could be between USD $156,749.60 - USD $191,369.96.
  • For US employees: healthcare (including EPO, PPO and HSA), 401(k).
  • We also offer options into the company equity through (RSU’s), with a current grant value of up to $75,471.60, to share in the long-term upside value of the company.
  • Separately, this role is eligible for up to an additional USD $576,090.00 per year in Performance Share Units (PSUs). These PSUs do not vest over time and are granted only upon the achievement of clearly defined business performance targets. The size and payout of this award are directly tied to measurable outcomes and are intended to strongly align compensation with company impact.
  • 35 days off per year, encouraged (including self-serve public holidays) and parental leave.
  • Complimentary mental health and emotional support with therapists on call through Slack by Spill.
  • Earn virtual coins through our peer recognition platform and redeem them through gift cards, donations, or monetary rewards.
