The Role

Fever is hiring a full-time Commercial Content Writer to produce branded content on the Secret Media Network across the UK. This role will be positioned in the Brand Partnerships & Creative Solutions team, based in our London office. Day-to-day, you’ll be creating fun, informative and shareable content for our commercial partners – amazing brands that want to engage with our national audience across the UK and beyond. We’re looking for a team player who is up for getting stuck in and feels comfortable wearing many hats.

What You’ll Do

  • Writing engaging, accurate, and informative articles, at pace, for our commercial partners
  • Writing, scheduling and publishing social media posts, and liaising with our marketing team to ensure we’re optimising copy to drive sales and/or awareness.
  • Filming and editing social media video for Instagram and TikTok, including video coverage of branded events
  • Creating and sending out newsletters
  • Keeping track of your tasks, across multiple campaigns, will be super-important; expertise with social and digital management tools is essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a member of the Marketing & Brand team, reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, this position will develop compelling, audience-centered marketing messages that drive action in support of our services and products. The position will support the marketing aspects of new program and product launches, including support of sales and service enablement efforts. Because this is a remote-optional job posting, this salary range takes into account all possible locations within the United States, but candidates will only be eligible for the salary range for their location.

  • Experiencia demostrable en la generación de material audiovisual con Inteligencia Artificial (IA).
  • Manejo fluido de herramientas de postproducción y sonido como Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition o ProTools.
  • Capacidad para trabajar por proyectos de manera autónoma, con proactividad y una gran atención al detalle.

Puntos extra si:

  • Tienes conocimientos de Adobe Illustrator.
  • Cuentas con formación relacionada: Grado en Comunicación Audiovisual o Grado Superior en Captación, Iluminación y Tratamiento de la Imagen.

About The Role

We are looking for someone who understands how YouTube works, knows what makes people click and keep watching, and can use audience behavior and performance data to continuously improve content.

You will own Flick’s YouTube content from idea to publication, including research, scripting, filming, editing, publishing, and performance analysis. You will work closely with the founders, product team, and filmmaker community to create videos that are useful, entertaining, and relevant to filmmakers and creative professionals.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute Flick’s YouTube content strategy
  • Research trends, creators, competitors, and audience interests across AI filmmaking, film production, animation, and creative technology
  • Develop compelling video concepts, titles, hooks, and thumbnail directions
  • Write scripts and structure videos to maximize audience retention
  • Record product walkthroughs, tutorials, interviews, creator stories, and behind-the-scenes content
  • Edit long-form YouTube videos and repurpose them into Shorts and social media clips
  • Collaborate with filmmakers and Flick users to showcase real creative workflows and projects
  • Publish and optimize videos, including titles, descriptions, chapters, tags, and thumbnails
  • Track click-through rate, watch time, retention, subscriber growth, and conversions, using performance data to improve future content
  • Experiment quickly with new topics, formats, and storytelling approaches

  • AI filmmaking tutorials and workflow breakdowns

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience creating content specifically for YouTube
  • Strong understanding of YouTube titles, thumbnails, hooks, audience retention, and channel growth
  • Ability to independently take a video from concept to final upload
  • Strong video editing and visual storytelling skills
  • Comfortable appearing on camera or directing on-camera talent
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex products clearly and engagingly
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Genuine interest in AI, filmmaking, storytelling, and creative technology
  • Willingness to test ideas, analyze performance, and adjust direction when needed

Nice to Have
