Finance Payroll Specialist at Standard Bots

Manages full-cycle multi-state payroll operations in Workday, ensures payroll accuracy and tax compliance, and supports payroll system implementation and maintenance.

Mid Remote Posted about 11 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Standard Bots

Standard Bots builds AI-native industrial robot arms deployed at manufacturing facilities across the U.S. In June 2026 we closed a $200M Series C at a $1B valuation, led by RoboStrategy with continued backing from General Catalyst and new participation from the Amazon Industrial Innovation Fund and Samsung Next. This role is central to building the financial infrastructure to match our growth.

Note: This is a full-time, remote role open to candidates based anywhere in the U.S.

The Role

We’re bringing payroll in-house. Standard Bots is migrating off a PEO onto Workday, with a January 1 go-live, and we’re hiring a Payroll Specialist to own payroll end-to-end from day one of that transition.

This is a hands-on role with real scope. You’ll run every payroll cycle, own the accuracy of what lands in employees’ bank accounts, and be the person the rest of the company comes to with payroll questions. You’ll also help finish standing up Workday Payroll – testing, parallel runs, configuration cleanup – and then run the system you helped build. If you like the combination of building something new and running it well, this is that job.

You’ll report directly to the Senior Finance Manager and work closely with People Ops.

What You’ll Do

Payroll Operations

- Own and execute full-cycle multi-state payroll in Workday for salaried and hourly employees, including off-cycle runs, terminations, retro pay, and bonus and commission payments

- Maintain payroll data integrity in Workday – earnings and deduction codes, pay groups, work locations, tax elections, garnishments, and direct deposit

- Track hourly time and attendance, overtime, shift differentials, and PTO accruals in coordination with Manufacturing Operations

- Serve as the first point of contact for employee payroll questions, resolving them accurately and discreetly

Workday Implementation Support

- Support the final phase of the Workday Payroll implementation: configuration validation, test and parallel payroll runs, data migration checks, and cutover from our current PEO

- Document payroll procedures and build the internal controls, checklists, and approval workflows a growing company needs

Tax & Compliance

- Register and maintain state and local payroll tax accounts as we hire into new jurisdictions; monitor filings, deposits, and agency notices, and resolve issues through to closure

- Support quarter- and year-end payroll processes: 941s, W-2s, state filings, and amendments

Benefits, GL & Audit

- Administer payroll-side benefit and 401(k) deductions, including contribution changes and funding files; partner with People Ops and the plan provider on reconciliations and census data

- Reconcile payroll to the general ledger each cycle; prepare payroll journal entries and accruals and support the monthly close

- Provide payroll data and reconciliations for the annual financial statement audit, 401(k) audit, workers’ compensation audit, and R&D tax credit studies

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of full-cycle payroll experience, including multi-state payroll in the U.S.

- Hands-on Workday Payroll experience is required – processing payroll in Workday, not just viewing reports in it

- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax rules, wage and hour law, and FLSA classification

- Experience with payroll GL mapping, reconciliation, and journal entries

- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets

- Exceptional accuracy and follow-through – the judgment to spot when a number looks wrong before it goes out the door

- Sound discretion with confidential compensation and employee data

- Clear written communication and the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-moving environment

Nice to Have

- Experience transitioning payroll from a PEO to an in-house Workday environment

- Experience with a manufacturing or other hourly, non-exempt workforce

- Workday Payroll implementation or configuration exposure (EIBs, calculated fields, payroll reporting)

- Experience at a venture-backed company scaling through rapid headcount growth

- CPP or FPC certification

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $90,000, depending on experience. We are open to a variety of seniority levels for this role and will build compensation packages that are commensurate with seniority and skill level. Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at Standard Bots. All Full-Time Employees are eligible for Employee Stock Options. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees.

Engineer Front End Developer (Remote LATAM) at Atmosera

Front-end developer builds and maintains user interfaces for internal tools while growing into Power BI reporting ownership and dashboard delivery.

Mid Remote Posted about 11 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Atmosera empowers businesses to redefine what’s possible with modern technology and human expertise. Our exceptional experience across Applications, Data & AI, DevOps, Security, and the Microsoft Azure platform enables organizations to accelerate innovation, enhance security, and optimize operational agility.

As a Microsoft Partner with nine specializations, GitHub AI Partner of the Year, a member of the GitHub Advisory Board, and a member of the prestigious Microsoft Intelligent Security Association (MISA), Atmosera expertly delivers cutting-edge, integrated solutions that deliver business value.

Your Impact

You are joining us as a front-end web developer who will own and evolve the user interfaces for our internal tools. Alongside that primary focus, you will grow into full ownership of our Power BI reporting, building on solid, hands-on Power BI experience to take on report and dashboard delivery. Your day-to-day will involve building and improving user interfaces first and foremost, while growing into ownership of our Power BI reports, dashboards, and report-deployment process — all aimed at making our internal tools more usable and our reporting reliable, consistent, and easy to maintain.

What Success Looks Like

We measure success by results and alignment. Here is how we define a “win” for this role over your first year:

After 90 Days

‱ The Foundation — You have developed a strong understanding of the existing front-end codebase, and are already building and updating individual Power BI reports yourself as part of your onboarding.

‱ The Integration — You have built working relationships with Engineering and with the client-facing teams who rely on your reporting output, and are fielding Power BI requests directly.

‱ The Contribution — You have independently delivered several Power BI report or dashboard updates, and shipped your first UI improvement.

After 1 Year

‱ Your Impact — You have taken full ownership of Power BI reporting — including report delivery and the report-deployment process — while also shipping measurable improvements to our internal tools’ UI.

‱ Your Growth — You have become the team’s go-to owner for Power BI reporting and a strong, independent contributor on the front-end codebase.

‱ Your Influence — You have defined and documented standard measures, naming conventions, and templates that made reporting consistent across programs and clients, and helped shape a new internal configuration-management interface from the ground up.

The Skill Matrix

Required Skills (The Non-Negotiables)

‱ Years of Experience — 5+ years (in role)

‱ Role-Specific Mastery — Strong, hands-on front-end web development skills (React or similar) as your primary craft, complemented by solid, hands-on Power BI experience — enough to take on full ownership of report and dashboard delivery.

‱ Operational Excellence — Working knowledge of the Power BI data layer (semantic models, DAX, Power Query/M) and SQL, with comfort learning and eventually owning an existing Python-based deployment/automation codebase.

‱ Communication — Strong written and spoken English, with the fluency to collaborate clearly with technical, non-technical, and client-facing colleagues.

‱ Collaboration — Experience partnering with engineers and cross-functional or client-facing teams to make sure the right data is surfaced in the right way, and comfort taking over and improving an inherited platform rather than only building from scratch.

‱ Problem Solving — A strong eye for design and usability, and the judgment to improve the robustness of an existing deployment process by reducing brittle, manual steps.

Nice to Have (The Bonus Points)

‱ Power BI Projects (PBIP) — Experience with Power BI Projects and TMDL semantic-model definitions.

‱ Power Platform — Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

‱ Design Tooling — Experience with design systems, component libraries, or UX tooling (e.g., Figma) to keep interfaces consistent and polished.

‱ Azure Ecosystem — Familiarity with Azure Resource Graph, Log Analytics/KQL, and Microsoft Sentinel.

How We Show Up

These ‘Core Three’ represent the heartbeat of Atmosera. They are the behaviors and attributes we align to every day, defining how we interact, solve problems, and celebrate our wins together. This is simply who we are at our best.

‱ Humble (Low Ego, High Impact) — We share credit easily, admit when we’re wrong, and view every mistake as a data point for growth.

‱ Hungry (Internal Drive) — We have a natural bias for action. We don’t wait for permission to solve a problem or find a better way to do things.

‱ Mindful (Intentional Awareness) — We are conscious of our impact on the team. We listen more than we speak and respond to challenges with empathy and situational awareness.

Our Interview Process

We value your time and aim for transparency. Our typical interview process looks like this:

1. Talent Screen: (30 mins) A conversation about your background and the role mission.

2. The Impact & Attributes Assessment: (60 mins) The “What” (Required Skills and Core Capabilities). This stage will require a live-coding challenge.

3. Collaborator Loop: (45 mins) The “How” (Cultural DNA and The Core Three).

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.

Sales Mid Market Account Executive - US at Sprinto

Builds and manages a mid-market territory in the US, identifying target accounts and closing full-cycle deals with security and compliance leaders at 500-1000 employee companies.

Mid Remote Posted about 11 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Sprinto is an Autonomous Trust Platform that centralizes trust requirements across security frameworks, vendors, and customers.

Sprinto autonomously executes tasks needed to maintain trust across compliance, audits, risk management, vendor risk, privacy, and AI governance, enabling organizations to maintain a strong, reliable trust posture without draining operational bandwidth and resources on repetitive tasks.

Backed by top-tier investors such as Accel, Elevation, and Blume Ventures, we’ve raised $31.8M in funding to fuel our mission. Trusted by over 4,000 organizations across 75 countries, Sprinto helps organizations stay audit-ready, manage real-time risks, and scale fearlessly. With 300+ native integrations and AI-driven automation, Sprinto supports 200+ global security standards natively, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and more. Sprinto’s extensible architecture enables organizations to build and support an infinite number of custom integrations and frameworks.

Founded in 2020 by second-time founders Girish Redekar and Raghuveer Kancherla, Sprinto powers compliance for organizations like Whatfix, Encora, Anaconda, Whatnot, Ultrahuman, WeWork, Everstage, AI Foundation, HackerRank, and many more.

Life as a Sprinter -

Nobody succeeds at Sprinto by staying in their lane.

We are organized around problems, not job titles. Sprinters take ownership beyond their role, solve hard problems, and care deeply about the impact they create. If something can be improved, fixed, or built, we don’t wait for permission; we step in.

Being remote means we rely less on proximity and more on trust. We write things down, communicate openly, and move quickly because great teams aren’t built by sitting together, they’re built by pulling in the same direction.

We believe progress beats perfection, feedback is a gift, and doing the right thing matters, even when nobody is watching.

And while we move with urgency, we never move alone.

The mission -

You will own the Mid-Market segment in the US as an individual contributor. This means building your territory from the ground up, identifying and prioritizing the right accounts, and running full-cycle deals from first outreach to close without a playbook handed to you.

Your buyers are Heads of Security, Directors of Engineering, Heads of Compliance, and VP-level stakeholders at companies with 500 to 1,000 employees. Deals average $30K to $60K in ACV and you will be working a focused, high-velocity account list. You will have founder-level access and visibility, fast decisions, no bureaucracy, and a direct line to the people building the product.

Where you’ll leave your mark?

  • Own a greenfield enterprise territory in the US from day one, building your pipeline from scratch with no inherited book of business.
  • Close net new mid-market logos in the $30K to $60K ACV range, targeting companies with 500 to 1,000 employees across your defined territory.
  • Run full-cycle, multi-threaded deals with buying committees that include CISOs, VP Engineering, and Heads of Compliance— not a single-contact motion.
  • Build and work a focused account list, prioritizing accounts with a replicable system rather than volume-based outreach.
  • Contribute directly to shaping what mid-market sales looks like at Sprinto in the US — your wins, losses, and learnings will inform the playbook.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Consultants and SDRs to bring the right support into deals at the right moment while owning the relationship and the close.
  • Forecast with discipline and accuracy, managing a pipeline that reflects reality rather than optimism.

The kind of builder we’re looking for -

  • A background at a challenger brand in cybersecurity, GRC, compliance, or security-adjacent SaaS— somewhere the brand did not open doors for you and you built pipeline through outbound discipline and genuine buyer relationships.
  • A track record of carrying and exceeding a quota of $700K or more as an individual contributor, sustained across at least two consecutive years.
  • Experience selling technical products to CISO, VP Engineering, or CTO buyers, with the ability to hold a credible conversation about security workflows and compliance requirements without a pre-sales engineer doing the heavy lifting.
  • A focused account prioritization system — you can explain exactly how you decide which accounts to go after, in what order, and why.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a genuine appetite for the blank canvas — you have built from zero before and that is the environment where you do your best work.
  • Working knowledge of MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, or Force Management applied consistently.

$240,000 - $260,000 a year

Inclusion & Diversity -

At Sprinto, talent, curiosity, and ownership matter more than where you come from. We hire people for the problems they can solve, the impact they create, and the way they help others succeed—not their background, identity, or personal circumstances. We believe the best teams are built when people with different perspectives come together around a shared ambition to build something meaningful.

We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating a fair, inclusive, and accessible hiring process for everyone.

Own and build a mid-market sales territory in the US, identifying accounts and closing full-cycle deals with security and compliance leaders at 500-1,000 person companies.

Sales Affiliate Manager at toogeza

Builds and manages RNK Health's affiliate partnership channel from the ground up, recruiting partners, negotiating terms, launching campaigns, and optimizing performance.

Mid Remote Posted about 11 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Type: Full-time

Location: Remote

Working hours: 14:00–22:00 Kyiv time

Market: United States

About RNK Health

RNK Health is a fast-growing telehealth brand focused primarily on the US market.

We help customers access prescription-based treatments such as NAD+, sermorelin, tirzepatide, semaglutide, and B12. Customers complete an online health assessment and receive treatment only after approval from a licensed medical provider. Approved treatments are then shipped directly to the customer.

Our business is built around recurring treatment and subscription-based care, which means we focus not only on customer acquisition, but also on conversion, retention, customer quality, refunds, and long-term value.

RNK Health has been growing for approximately 1.5 years and today has an international team of around 40–45 people across functions including Marketing, Product, Sales, Analytics, Customer Support, and Retention.

We are now entering the next stage of growth and are strengthening key functions with experienced people who can help us build scalable systems and acquisition channels.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to build and grow our affiliate channel.

This is not a role where you will inherit a mature affiliate program and simply maintain an existing portfolio of partners.

Our affiliate function is still at an early stage, so this is a hands-on, build-from-the-ground-up role with significant ownership.

You will be responsible for developing the affiliate channel end-to-end: identifying and recruiting partners, negotiating commercial terms, launching campaigns, building strong partner relationships, monitoring economics, optimizing performance, and helping shape the processes and infrastructure needed to scale the channel.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, commercially strong, highly data-driven, and comfortable creating a partner pipeline rather than waiting for inbound opportunities.

Existing relationships with affiliates, publishers, and networks in health, wellness, weight loss, supplements, or adjacent performance marketing verticals will be a strong advantage.

What you will own

Partner acquisition Build a strong pipeline of affiliates, publishers, networks, and strategic partners. You will proactively identify relevant partners, initiate conversations, present RNK Health and its offers, negotiate terms, and move partnerships from first contact through launch. We expect you to actively develop the channel rather than rely primarily on inbound opportunities.

Affiliate relationships Own relationships with partners throughout the full lifecycle. You will manage onboarding, communication, campaign launches, performance discussions, optimization, troubleshooting, and opportunities for further growth. This is an end-to-end ownership role — you will not simply source partners and hand them over to another team.

Deals and unit economics

Negotiate CPA and other performance-based partnership structures. You should be comfortable evaluating partnerships through key business metrics including: CAC / CPA, Conversion rate, AOV, Revenue, Refunds, Retention, LTV. Your goal will be to ensure that affiliate growth remains commercially sustainable and that increased volume comes from high-quality traffic.

Campaign launches

Coordinate affiliate launches across RNK Health products and offers. Make sure partners have everything required to launch successfully, including: Tracking links, UTMs, Funnels and landing pages, Offers, Creative assets, Messaging, Campaign information. You will work closely with internal teams to remove launch blockers and help partners go live efficiently.

Performance and optimization

Monitor affiliate traffic, conversions, CAC/CPA, revenue, refunds, and partner-level performance. Identify which partnerships can be scaled, where performance is under target, and what needs to change in the offer, funnel, creative, traffic mix, or commercial structure. We expect you to understand what each partner is doing and continuously look for opportunities to improve performance and increase profitable volume.

Tracking and attribution Own affiliate tracking and reporting. Make sure links, UTMs, conversions, attribution, and partner payouts are accurate. Investigate discrepancies between internal data and partner reporting and work with Analytics or other teams to resolve tracking issues. Experience with Everflow or a similar affiliate platform is highly relevant.

Cross-functional collaboration

Work closely with Marketing, Product, Creative, and Analytics teams. For example, if a strong partner can scale but requires a different landing page, offer, creative concept, or tracking setup, you will help define the requirement and coordinate internally to move it forward.

Compliance and traffic quality

Make sure partners follow approved messaging, claims, brand guidelines, and healthcare marketing requirements. Affiliate growth cannot come at the expense of traffic quality or compliance, so you will also be responsible for maintaining appropriate partner standards as the channel scales.

Who we are looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing

  • Strong experience recruiting and managing affiliates, publishers, and networks

  • Proven ability to proactively source and activate new partners

  • Experience negotiating CPA and other performance-based partnerships

  • Strong understanding of affiliate tracking, attribution, UTMs, and reporting

  • Experience with Everflow or similar affiliate platforms

  • Strong understanding of CAC/CPA, CR, AOV, refunds, retention, and LTV

  • Ability to analyze partner performance and make decisions based on data

  • Experience managing multiple partners and campaign launches simultaneously

  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills

  • Strong communication and relationship-management skills

  • High level of ownership and ability to operate independently

  • Comfortable building processes and a channel from an early stage rather than joining an established affiliate function

  • Strong working English, both written and spoken, for partner communication and collaboration in an international environment

Strong advantages

  • Existing relationships with affiliates, publishers, or networks in health, wellness, weight loss, supplements, or related performance marketing verticals

  • Experience in telehealth, DTC health, supplements, weight loss, or another subscription-based health business

  • Experience building or significantly scaling an affiliate program from an early stage

  • Strong understanding of recurring-revenue and subscription economics

Why join RNK Health?

Build a channel, not just manage one

You will have the opportunity to shape the affiliate function from an early stage instead of inheriting a mature playbook. You will influence partner strategy, commercial models, processes, tracking, offers, and the overall way the channel operates.

Direct impact on business metrics

Affiliate is viewed as an important growth opportunity for RNK Health. Strong partnerships and successful campaigns can directly influence acquisition volume, CAC, revenue, retention, and overall business growth. You will be able to see the impact of your work from the first months in the role.

High ownership and autonomy

We are looking for someone who can bring ideas, challenge existing assumptions, identify opportunities, and turn them into action. There is a short path between a strong idea and implementation when the business case makes sense.

Close collaboration with senior leadership

You will have visibility across the business and work closely with senior stakeholders while building a strategically important acquisition channel.

Become a key person within the Growth organization

Because the affiliate function is being built at an early stage, the person who successfully develops the channel will become an important contributor within the broader Marketing and Growth organization.

Broader opportunities over time

RNK Health is part of a broader health and wellness product ecosystem. As the business grows, there may be opportunities to contribute to additional products, acquisition initiatives, or related projects over time.

Working format

This is a full-time remote role.

Working hours are 14:00–22:00 Kyiv time, with a daily team sync at 18:00 Kyiv time.

The team is international and includes colleagues from Ukraine and Latin America. English is required for effective collaboration and external partner communication.

Hiring process

The hiring process includes:

  1. Initial interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist

  2. Screening with RNK Health’s internal Recruiter

  3. Interview with the relevant Hiring Manager

During the later stages, we will go deeper into your affiliate experience, partner network, performance cases, economics, tracking expertise, and how you would approach building and scaling the affiliate channel at RNK Health.
