Prospect and generate your own pipeline through outbound strategies, targeted outreach, networking, events, and partner/channel relationships â you own the top of your funnel.
Own the full sales cycle from first touch through discovery, demo, technical/security evaluation, proposal, negotiation, and close.
Sell Trusteroâs AI for GRC platform to enterprise security, compliance, risk, and audit leaders across your assigned territory (EU and/or US East).

Remote-first flexibility within your territory (EU or US East).
Collaborative, mission-driven team building the future of AI-powered GRC.
Proven hunter mentality: a track record of self-sourcing and closing net-new enterprise logos, not just working assigned or inbound leads.
3+ years of closing experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with direct experience selling GRC/compliance software (e.g., SOC 2/ISO 27001 automation, security & risk platforms, audit tools) and/or AI-driven software solutions.
Demonstrated success selling to security, compliance, risk, or audit buyers (CISO, CCO, VP/Head of GRC, Head of Security, IT Risk) at the enterprise/mid-market level.
Experience managing complex, multi-threaded sales cycles with technical evaluations and multiple stakeholders (security, legal, procurement, finance).
Strong command of MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, value-based, or consultative selling methodologies.

About Trellis:
Trellis (https://trellis.law/) is the largest legal research platform for state trial courts, with coverage spanning thousands of courts and millions of cases across the U.S. We aggregate and structure trial court filings, rulings, motions, and outcomes into a unified, searchable platform, combining large-scale data infrastructure with AI-powered analysis to extract, organize, and surface insights across that data. UX/UI designer executes pixel-perfect deliverables across CRO experimentation, website design, lifecycle marketing, and paid media campaigns.
As Cro Metrics continues to scale its integrated growth marketing services, the Design team is expanding to meet rising demand across CRO experimentation, website design and development, lifecycle marketing, and paid media. This is part of a strategic hiring plan to bring on reliable, high-quality design talent that can operate with consistency and speed across our full service offering and strengthen our creative, strategic, and technical design capabilities.
Weâre hiring designers at two levels:
You donât need to choose which one to apply for. Conversion to full-time employment happens selectively when thereâs a clear business need and mutual interest. Either way, weâre looking for someone we can build with long-term.
At Cro Metrics, weâre on a mission to redefine growth for organizations and brands through unparalleled digital experiences that inspire action and deliver results. We are an experiment-led growth marketing agency that partners with mission-driven and high-growth companies to scale through data-driven experimentation. Our expertise spans A/B testing, personalization, paid media, lifecycle marketing, and full-funnel digital strategy â empowering clients to make smarter decisions that drive measurable results.
Our fully remote team of strategists, analysts, engineers, and designers works across industries including eCommerce, fintech, nonprofit, and hospitality. We believe in autonomy, collaboration, and innovation as we help our clients grow smarter and faster. Our proprietary platform, Iris, unifies analytics, testing, creative, and roadmaps in one system â with AI-powered tools that predict test outcomes, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and surface insights instantly.
Designers at Cro Metrics take written briefs, hypotheses, and creative direction and translate them into polished, production-ready designs, from experiment variations and landing pages to email templates and paid media creative. Speed, accuracy, and craft are the trademarks of the team across both levels.
Where the two levels differ:
Youâre the engine behind our design output. You translate strategy and creative direction into polished, pixel-perfect deliverables at pace, working within established design systems and brand guidelines across multiple clients and channels. This level is ideal for a designer who takes pride in executional excellence, thrives with clear direction, and can manage a high volume of deliverables without sacrificing quality. (Typically 2â4 years of relevant experience.)
You own the thinking and the execution â from shaping UX strategy and design systems to producing high-quality deliverables across website redesigns, landing pages, paid media, and lifecycle marketing. You collaborate deeply with strategists, engineers, analysts, and clients, present your work directly, and help mature Cro Metricsâ AI-powered design capabilities. This level is ideal for a designer who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys working at the intersection of strategy, technology, and design, and wants meaningful ownership over the quality and impact of design work. (Typically 5â8+ years of relevant experience.)
The first 5â10 business days are a paid evaluation period. Youâll do real client work at your full contract rate. At the end, weâll either continue the engagement, extend the evaluation for a few more days if we need more signal, or end the engagement â and in all three cases, weâll tell you why and pay for all hours worked.

This role requires active, demonstrated use of AI tools in your daily workflow â to support and accelerate your work (ideation, asset generation, iteration, prototyping), not to replace the craft, judgment, and quality that make a designer great. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who thrives on prospecting, building relationships from scratch, and closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals in a fast-moving category (AI + GRC/compliance).
Prospect and generate your own pipeline through outbound strategies, targeted outreach, networking, events, and partner/channel relationships â you own the top of your funnel.
Own the full sales cycle from first touch through discovery, demo, technical/security evaluation, proposal, negotiation, and close.
